Anyone interested in ¡Rob! ?

I am planning to watch the first episodes of this and see how it goes. It has as many red flags as..., no idea. There is so little information about it and at least that other wiki seems to suggest it was victim of development hell. Plus the Danza title is likely not a good sign. And the premise sounds a lot like 1/3 of what Modern Family already does well and there is a risk that it will be like Outsourcing...

But let me for once be optimist. Eugenio Derbez is going to be on it. And I got to say that the trope page description (one-man Mexican monty python) is not actually an exaggeration. He is a great comedian and lately shown to also be a great Actor. It is to be seen how will he do in an American-produced sitcom and that's my current plan, to see how it goes.

Wow, a show that will probably be gone faster than Work It.

Asides from the fact that I loath Rob Schneider with a fiery vengeance, just the ads come across as remarkably offensive and more than slightly racist.
