This weekend has left me so tired. And we did a warm-up exercise at taekwondo practice that left everyone with legs too shaky to actually properly do our poomsae.

The lesson here is clearly that we need to do that exercise more often.

Not helped by a knot in my back which made it a bit difficult to breathe properly for me.

I had a similar problem back when I still played American Football ten years ago. We had done crab-walk exercises and my shoulder blades got stuck in a way that made breathing difficult, because my chest couldn't expand enough. Luckily, I got it easily fixed at a chiropractor, who pressed between my shoulder blades with all their weight. There was no pain, but there was a defeaning crack.

Recently I have been thinking about getting myself examined, in case I have SPS. It would explain a lot, because I am strongly affected by stimuli and very easily annoyed by certain sounds and visuals. For instance, before I bought myself molded earplugs I could get dizzy by too much loud noises aroud me. It's less about how loud something is and more about the amount of noise-sources, which makes concerts and bars with loud music horrible to visit. It's surprising I managed to work as a kindergarten teacher for as long as I did, but the earplugs made it more manageable for me.

Besides noise, I am also affected by visuals. I avoid most modern TV-shows and high-graphic games, because they are very annoying for me to look at. Heavily desaturated colours, high framerates and cameras that won't stay still are a major turnoff for me. That's why I prefer to play games with retro designs and like either older TV, or shows that are filmed in a way that looks slightly old-fashioned. For the same reason on Youtube I never watch anything in 60fps.
