Okay. So this is basically a conversation for EVERYONE who would like to join in on the convo.
Basically, anyone.
Anyways...welcome!!!

(sits in his chair) Sorry about my abrupt absence earlier. ^_^;; My father, brother, and I went to our annual neighborhood party. We had a smashing good time. :)
Come on! Let's bless them all until we get fershnickered!Man, I changed my windshield wipers at a good time...It is really pouring outside right now...
And yeah, I might switch...But then, I've heard horror stories about people trying to switch...I'll explain more once I get home, cuz it is a very long and detailed story. ._.
AC:NL Dream Address: 5200-2582-5967Okay, so about the horror stories...
One of the ladies who works in Customer Service has been trying to become a CSMnote for over half a year. She would definitely make a great CSM. She's always helping out with customers and helping the CSM's when they're short on staff, and she knows all the procedures and everything. But for some reason, they keep skipping over her and hiring random people who end up either getting fired or quitting a a couple months after getting hired...
Take the last CSM for example. She was hired about 3 months ago for Photo Lab. After 3 months, they hired her to be a CSM. Now, policy states clearly that you have to be in a department for at least 6 months before you can switch. So why they decided to ignore the policy, I don't know. The lady in customer Service figures that it might be favoritism because the "CSM" is the granddaughter of someone who's worked for Walmart for 27 years. Plus, the Customer Service lady and our assistant manager don't really get along.note
And about those other CSM's...
Earlier this year, we had two new CSM's get hired and one transfer from another store. Only about 4 months ago, one of the two new CSM's got fired, and the other quitnote . The one who transferred was fired because apparently, her boyfriend would buy things with counterfeit moneynote , and whenever she audited drawers, she would switch some of the money with counterfeit bills.
Oh, and this is something unrelated to this story, but someone in another department was telling me this the other day.
There was this one guy who decided to trash the produce section when he was fired. He was rehired only a few months after that. And then there was another guy who stole stuff. And guess what? He was rehired, too! I honestly don't know if someone wasn't paying attention, but I'm pretty sure that when someone steals something, they're supposed to put down that they are not to be rehired ever again.
So anyways, tl:dr our managers really just need to pay more attention to what they're doing and who they're hiring instead of sitting on their hands and expecting everything to run smoothly.

Come on! Let's bless them all until we get fershnickered!Nor do I,...well okay I could probably crochet up something crazy under the correct circumstances, but it's not practical beyond a hat.
I usually stick to the simple stuff like bracelets (Made a loopy green one for Musey) or carry cases.
But anything else would get me nowhere, can't sew for the life of me.

oh sweetie nty i'll stay right here at office depot
no way i would never go work at walmart... omg i give you massive kudos and i wanna like, bake you brownies or something god
