The Familiar visiting Zetta found itself staring on the closed gates of the fortress, with no way for it to get inside. Luckily for it, Trenia too notice of the little visitor.
"Hello there, little thingy," she greeted it, gently floating down to the ground. "What brings you here?"
She took the offering of the tea and procured a bag of cookies out of thing air, offering them to the familiar.
"Despair? Such a thing is not befit of a Netherworld. Here and on to the north are lands claimed by Zetta and we will see to them on our own. There is no need for a lotus bearer to come here."
The familiar would find Labelas Enoreth perched atop a mighty mountain, far out in the large desert that still covered most of the planet. He was standing there, hands on the Timestaff, eyes staring, doing nothing in particular - as usual, he was observing the flow of history.
For a while, the Sage at Sunset did nothing... Then he crouched before the familiar. "Yes, little one?" he said.
On empty crossroads, seek the eclipse -- for when Sol and Lua align, the lost shall find their way home.Walking through the desert landscape - strangely populated with plants in some places - was a rather oddly dressed woman. It looked like she had prepared for several different climates, given that she was wearing baggy, pink trousers, a light green tank top and a purple cloak with a collar that covered the lower half of her face. Her hair also, was somewhat unusual. Dark brown aside from the twin-tails, which inexplicably became blonde. Shujiko was probably a fashion assassin, as well as a goddess.
...Bleh, sand houses really aren't appealing... Shujiko thought to herself as she walked onwards. She'd rather have something other than sand to build her own little plot of land. Or even a little house. She'd have given it a try, but the amount of effort required to make a feasible shelter out of sand was disproportionate to how useful that would actually be.
...Might as well try mooch from someone else in the meantime. Surely they wouldn't mind? She could provide infinite motivation!
So, Shujiko sauntered towards the landscape that was most definitely not a desert any more, just as the rains broke. Huh. Well, Shujiko wasn't too bothered by the rain. Instead, the goddess wandered somewhat aimlessly, taking in the land before finding that god that crafted it. Had to be someone good at messing with the earth...
The Red Bird of Summer and the South bent over, his firey plumage changing between many hues of orange and yellow in the light, taking in the unexpected events. The strange floating one was no Majuu; he held a slightly different energy about him, one of enforced chaos as opposed to the simple lawlessness of the primal wilds.
And another creature had appeared, one carrying an unreadable, self-contradictory energy. Despite it's size and peace offering, this one was no less unsettling. Luckily for him, it's attention seemed to be focused on the first one. He decided to let them handle their business first.
Elsewhere, in a temple that had been constructed in the center of the Island, another doll appeared. The one it was visiting did not respond; it was a statue. The doll offered it tea. It didn't respond; it was a statue. The doll delivered it's message. It didn't respond; it was a statue. A society grows great when old men plant trees whose shade they know they will never sit in.
"Well then. Time to work." Trenia spoke into empty air, getting up.
She put her arms in front of her, as if holding an invisible book - and a ghostly image of a book indeed appeared. It looked similar to the Zetta's Sacred Tome form, albeit lacking in fire-shaped sharp edges and being blue in to. The book opened and ghostly pages turned on their own as Trenia peered into them. After the book stopped, several ghostly pages torn themselves out and disappeared into air, with just one of them forming into image of Trenia herself, picking up the visiting familiar and carrying it with her.
The pages appeared before gatherings and single gods, forming Trenia's avatars, all at the same time curtseying and greeting the ones they've been sent to.
"Greetings, fellow gods." said the one sent to the big gathering at the visitors from Gensokyo.
"Greetings, Sheogorath, Czernobog."
"Greetings, Discord, Suzaku."
"Hello, OORAH."
"Good morning, Kriemhild."
All over the world, such greetings were spoken to all still alive and active gods. To most of them, the following message was the same, with just slight alterations to account for Discord and OORAH being the ones participating in the incident. The whole long speech was rolled out in a calm, level intonation of the girl's sweet voice, accompanied by an entrancing look of her deep blue eyes.
"There are many of us here and we have been called to bring up a civilisation. We should be and are using out powers for that, but some of us are taking it too far. A pair has engaged in direct conflict that could have turned expanses of this world to an even more barren and sorrowful state than it was. I propose that we form an agreement to limit our direct interactions with the world after the necessary steps to establish our civilisations. Should any problems and conflicts arise, they are to be solved by hands of our charges, not by our direct intervention, only exception being if the root of those is a direct intervention of another one of us. In that case the violator of the pact may taste the same violation as he attempted. What do you think, colleagues? Do you support such a pact? After all, we are supposed to build up civilisations, capable of standing on their own, not bubbles of helpless happiness with us playing whack-a-mole around it."
She finished with an earnest smile.
And some cases were unique.
The curtsy before this one was a bit deeper than for others.
"Greetings, Labelas Enoreth. As far as I am aware, your generation had a pact of non-intervention, the same as I am proposing to everybody new. Can I count on your support for it?"
And another, more unique cases were the sealed gods.
The avatar that appeared before the statue of Arceus analysed the problem. Their shared consciousness solved it.
A small yellow block appeared in the avatar's hand. Scribbling part of the message on it's top, she torn off a small layer of it and put it to one of the statue's protruding "beams"
◊. Another piece of the proposition was written on the top of the pack and again a small sheet was attached near the first one, each numbered in sequence. The indicating numbers were quite bold, as was the handwriting as a whole. The avatar left with almost the whole statue covered in bits of softly glued paper. Same result has met any other imprisoned gods Trenia has sensed and found.

OORAH, being asleep, did not answer.
The fact that a large amount of missiles struck water where the projection of Discord had been seemed to convey his disagreement, however.
The small force of ground based Unmanned Vehicles infiltrating the ruins of Eponia also seemingly conveyed the same message.
Before the ash completely dispersed, the remaining particles held up with an additional bit of support from the root and spelled message that would have surely earned them a second blasting were it not for their minute lifespan anyway.
"You're a meanie :(" spelled they, complete with a smiley face before being scattered by the winds.
OORAH got a little girl's pouty face beamed into his dreams.

OORAH beamed right back.
I took that stance in the old world. There was never a year where peace was global. I shall not stand back and fail my mission here.
Meanwhile, the small force of Unmanned vehicles began nearing their destination. OORAH would've been dumb to have a missed the godly presence in the area. Therefore, this team was taking advantage of Discord's disappearance to retrieve it.
"Eh?" Suwako blinked, turning to Kanako. "But... I want to keep holding her! She's so cute... um... er..."
It was about now that Suwako realized how tightly she'd been holding the poor familiar. Really, that was quite a bit too tight, it probably hurt quite a bit. Suwako frowned a little.
"Um... sorry, Squeaky-chan, I didn't want to hurt you," she said, loosening her grip.
"Oh, dear. The toad, the monkey, and the dog have all screwed up."Her investigations of the land finished, Shujiko had approached the group nearby when a message rang out, addressing them all.
"A pact, huh?" Shujiko muttered, joining said group as if she'd always been there. "Doesn't sound too bad, I suppose."
Twirling one of her blonde pigtails, Shujiko looked at each of the assembled gods, a bright smile on her face. "Also, hi~! Shujiko Ishi here! Lovely to meet you all, and I must say," Shujiko turned her glance to Suwako. "That is a pretty neat hat. Can I wear it for a few seconds?"
"Ach, you kids go ahead and impose all the bleak and colourless order you like on this rock, see if I care! It's not like I can stop you. Well actually I probably could if I ever set my mind to it, buuuuut that's unlikely to transpire unless I get really, REALLY bored."
"Meet her? Um..." The familiar with Yazata drooped her head, as though deep in thought. "If you so wish, I can take you to see the Witch of Salvation. Then you can witness her glorious mercy first-hand!"
She then ran off into the distance, stopping only when she was just almost out of view to wave, as though inviting Yazata to follow her to the strange, mist shrouded land on the horizon.
The familiar who had approached Labelas Enoreth raised her teacup high, urging him to take a drink. "You have to drink it soon, otherwise it will get cold!" she squeaked out in incoherent gibberish. Whether or not he took the tea, she then repeated the original message the familiar who had been sent to Yazata said, and that the one sent to the group of gods nearby the Kingdom of Salvation had tried to say.
"Um... Hello?" The familiar prodded the statue, hoping for a response. "Is... Is anyone there?" No matter how much she tried, she couldn't get a response; it was a statue.
"Aw..." Were she still able to feel sadness, she might have cried at this point. Instead, she simply laid the teacup next to the statue, in case it was thirsty when it woke up again, and left to return to the Kingdom of Salvation.
"Um... I, um... Hello, I... Uh..." The thing the next familiar faced... Unnerved her for some inexplicable reason. It was clearly a monster; something unnatural, formed from a seemingly random mish-mash of animal parts, radiating an aura of chaos, disorder and, yes, discord. The bird was nothing compared to that, although the two of them combined seemed to make her even more worried. She trembled, before finally, she worked up the nerve to utter something in her strange, incoherent gibberish language.
"U-um... I'VEGOTTAGODOSOMETHING!" she yelped, before rushing off, dropping the teacup behind her in her haste to get away.
"Oh... He's sleeping." The familiar who had been sent to OORAH! pouted, before placing the teacup next to him. "I'll just leave this here, then." A small, dark cloud appeared in her hands, before turning into a letter addressed to the sleeping war god detailing the Witch of Salvation's plans for the world, which she placed next to the teacup. Unfortunately, the entire letter was written in unreadable Witch Runes, making the entire effort pointless. Doubly unfortunately was the fact that, just after she left his chambers, the precariously balanced teacup toppled over, threatening to spill boiling hot tea all over OORAH!'s face.
The familiar sent to Uberwald never came back. It could be assumed she met the same fate as Trenia's letter.
"I... I, um..." The familiar being squeezed to near-death by Suwako murmured incomprehensibly, possibly sending a few curses towards Randy. Eventually, she finally got out a brief word between brushes with asphyxiation.
"The Witch of Salvation... Would allow me to stay, as an... An ambassador... If you wish."

"Remember to take care of this one," Kanako remarked, looking out at the curtain of rain. It shouldn't be long now before there was enough to give this region a chance of surviving. Hopefully they were near a coast; she wanted the ability to go fishing. Fish, grain, and what meat could be gained: the goddess wasn't going to diverge from her normal diet if she could at all help it.
Completely ignoring the suggestion of the pact(or rather, leaving that for Kanako to handle), Suwako eye's lit up at the familiar's response. That was perfect!
She gently put the familiar down, and rapidly nodded.
"Yes! Yes! That's absolutely perfect!" she cheerfully replied. Wait... someone asked about her hat?
Oh, that other goddess.
"Eh? Pyonta-san is mine..."

"Oh, dear. The toad, the monkey, and the dog have all screwed up."Shujiko stuck her lips out in an exaggerated pout. "But it's just a few seconds! Come oooon, we're like, best buds, right?"
While Shujiko argued her totally irrefutable case, she glanced at the goddess who seemed to be on familiar terms with Cute-Hat-Girl, wondering if she was the cause of this rain. Possibly. So the person who made this land was either Cute-Hat-girl, or that other goddess with them...
"Such a pact is acceptable. I did not intend to directly interfere with any civilization, as it stands." Spoke Gaia to Trenia's avatar. "Would you not agree, young ones?"

What is so amusing about this? Why do you take lives? How can you forget?Suwako vehemently shook her head in disagreement. No matter how long it would be for, no one else was allowed to have her hat. Or her Squeaky-chan. Even though her ownership of Squeaky-chan wasn't being threatened at the moment.
"Pyonta-san has only one place to be in, and that's on my head," she asserted.
"Oh, dear. The toad, the monkey, and the dog have all screwed up."

"Her 'mercy' is not needed, Familiar." Gaia knew a witch when she saw one - her daughter Hecate was a goddess of witchcraft, after all. "It is not true peace that she offers."
