Chokichi was still off-put by the situation, but it had elements of things he had read about, in both literature and conspiracy, which sort-of helped, and panicking wasn't going to help. "New world? Um...that seems more ominous than celebratory." He wouldn't lie, having super-powers would be nice, although anything linked to the dream probably wouldn't be good, and if everyone was getting them, it could actually be normal. Considering the range of things, he had no idea whether he had one, or what it was if he did, but he would fins out eventually if the others were any guide, or he could attempt every trigger he could think of.
The start of a new world huh? Thats to be expected from the doomsday club, Hayato thought as he took a slice. Although he had small smile on his face, he had no idea what do with his powers. For a moment he imagined himself as a superhero, fighting crime and saving the world, but then again its seemed like too much work.
Research is what I'm doing when I don't know what I'm doing- Wernher von Braun Until proven otherwise, Everything is RelevantWilliam was starting to fidget on his chair, waiting for something meaningful to be said. So far, the whole thing sounded like one of Inoue's rants, and he was convinced the others were just playing along pretending to have powers using cheap (or maybe not so cheap) tricks. Hey, he'd seen better stuff on Dave Copperfield shows.
If it hadn't been for his own... incidents, he would have dismissed the whole thing.
So he sat back, deciding to wait a little more. But if nothing truly convincing happened soon, he was going to-
-and then he noticed that he could see right through Quinn. Literally. O_O
"I find it quite the contrary my friend." Inoue said, grabbing a few plates for everyone and a bottle of soda.
"I think this is going to be the start of something quite amazing." Inoue said, giving her favorite skeptic a smile, just in time to see Quinn turning see-through.
Inoue’s glasses slid a bit down her face. “Like that…” She said, lower key.
Noticing her own changes that she’s been keeping hidden, Inoue had foreseen this stuff happening. It’s just seeing powers act like that with her own two eyes was something else.
Inoue shook off her stagger and returned to her collected self, and returned to making sure her classmates did the same.
"But! We can talk while we're eating." Inoue said, the food ready to serve.
"Let's eat!"
Everyone had finally taken a seat, and most of the clubmembers took their pick from Inoue's "extra" pizzas.
Either way, everyone had some food to ingest while Inoue told her side of the story.
Inoue, herself finally comfortable, had taken a seat next to the pizzas, her plate and cup next to the pizzas themselves.
Still, the lovely lass felt unconformable, like part of her body was pressing in on her. Inoue unbuttoned the top button of her uniform, and felt the relief of air. And a little more tantalizing view for the rest of the boys.
“Well, now that everyone’s all comfortable…Time to get to the gorilla in the room.”
With that, Inoue began to talk.
“Just before lunch the teachers called the student council together, and let us in on what they knew.”
“Last night, at midnight something, a wave hit throughout the world. It started here somewhere in japan, then moved across the entire planet, striking each and every part of the planet. Apparently, it was a wave that knocked out everyone on the planet. All humans, and even animals. Everyone just fell over, just like we did at my apartment last night.”
“And, when we all awoke, strange things have been happening to people. They’ve been changing, some physically and others in more…different ways. Which well, is what we’ve been talking about. Somehow, each and every person on the planet was changed by the wave in different ways, allowing us to do things that once seemed to be supernatural.”
That’s most of what I know about the situation. Does anyone have anything to add on this?”

"Everyone? As in, not just everyone in this room, not everyone in our school, but every single person and animal on the planet?"
He let this thought sink in for a moment.
"...this will change the entire world."

His mind was racing, it was one thing to think of the strange circumstances of the people in the room as an isolated but, nonetheless, incredible event. It was entirely another matter to imagine that this had extended to the entire planet, and possibly every being on it.
His amazement didn't last for log though, as he soon began to smile again. "Hey... when you think about it, THIS IS KINDA COOL! Sure maybe not everyone has some AMAZING ability but STILL... HA!"
He continued to smile, thinking about what the new world could be like. His body continued to churn out smoke in the meantime, which to anyone who might be close enough to him or the window, might now smell strongly of pizza.
OH GOD WHY AM I A CAR!? - Forzare"I have an inherently bad feeling about this. The world is full of people, and most of them don't want to be super-heroes. A lot of people are going to use their powers, or changes, or...whatever happens...and use them for their own means, or just evil or...um...bad things." He hesitated, more than knowing of his own trouble with phrasing as his weak voice croaked out.
Aoi nodded.
"Another thing is that there may be a lot of people and animals that simply have no control of their powers. They may cause problems of all kinds in these first days of confusion before they gain control. But on the other hand..."
He absent-mindedly opened a portal, brought his hand through it and took a piece of pizza from the box at the other end of the room.
"...there is no denying that once the initial confusion clears, humanity will profit greatly from these powers."
Join us in our quest to play all RPG video games! Moving on to disc 2 of Grandia!Chokichi nodded, only having so many ways of agreeing with someone verbally. He drank some of the oddly plentiful amount of water he had with him and spoke. "We need to make sure we can deal with our own powers. We can decide what to do after that. All this fire and portals and speed and everything is nice, but what about the rest of us? If this affected everyone, doesn't that mean we have some kind of possibly very dangerous ability lurking in us? I would somewhat like to know what these are. It seems only helpful." Chokichi very rarely spoke this much, but the topic was intriguing, and his therapist had recommended discussing something that interested him with others.
Inoue leaned in "Not everyone. Some people don't seem to have anything, but their changes may not be noticable yet. Reguardless you're exactly right." Inoue chimed in, leaning back in her chair.
"I propose we all meet in someplace abanoned where we can figure those things out." Inoue said.
"Besides, it sounds like fun". Inoue said with a smile, before it turned into a frown.
"A hell of a lot more then the rest of this day's been" Inoue muttered under her own breath to herself
Alex, on his end was sitting next to to saki, eating and praying noone talked to him

Silence in the face of evil is itself evil: God will not hold us guiltless. Not to speak is to speak. Not to act is to act."Fun. Or one of the most dangerous things reasonably possible." Chokichi took another drink of water, and contemplated why he carried so much water. "Anyone have a suggestion for such a place?" I am liking this scene. Boring extrovert character is managing to bring himself to talk rather objectively.
"It's GOTTA be PRETTY open." Takashi chimed "I don't MEAN to be selfish... and I'm not, WHEN I SAY no one WANTS to smell me." His smiling face then shifted into a thoughtful frown.
"... I think, and also, NO MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF FLAMMABLE MATERIALS" he said pointing at Saki.
"I like EXPLOSIONS and fire as MUCH as the next guy, but you can NEVER BE too CAREFUL"

OH GOD WHY AM I A CAR!? - ForzareMany ideas went through Chokichi's head, including a massive fan to blow away the odd smoke which admitably qualified as a super-power and a small body of water, but even in his current social state, best described by the clichéd phrase "on a roll", that didn't seem polite. "Do we put more value on privacy or space? There are merits to either."

Saki stayed quiet during the conversation, calming herself down and thinking deeply. It had been a long, long day, and it wasn't over yet.
"How exactly is this fun?" she asked, frowning. "I nearly just burned my shoes off, we all probably have insane amounts of things wrong with our bodies now, and... Well, anyone else seen those movies where people like us get abilities? It never really ends well. After all, how do we know that others have abilities? Anyone see the mailkman roast a dog with laser vision on the way here? Anyone's mother make them breakfast through telekinesis? I mean, you're just assuming, but..."
She went quiet, and then looked towards her camera, an idea forming.
"Hey, everyone. Assuming we were the only ones, who wants to make some headline news?"
I am become Death, Destroyer of Miniputts."I don't think that's entirely wise." He hesitated awkwardly for a moment, but then continued speaking. "I suppose I can't really stop you, but what if you're wrong? And either way, isn't that dangerous?" He hesitated again, took a drink, then spoke." "I mean...Half of us are environmental hazards and half of us don't even know if we have powers. We may as well test us first, just try and figure out. Go through the obvious triggers at least."
The news hit Will like a bucketful of cold water.
-*Its true? I have super powers? They have powers... EVERYONE has powers!?* he thought.
No, that doesn't make any sense. HOW could that happen? The necessary changes in the human body needed to make that happen would be- so radical. Whole new organs would be needed! How could that happen in one night, to every living thing on Earth? Not to mention, things like that portal that guy was making, totally bend the laws of physics...
No, this couldn't be happening, it must be- a dream! Yes, that's it, it's all a dream! He was still back in the apartment, asleep, his mind just running on all that End of the World crap! he convinced himself.
So what now? He might as well just go along with it, he decided. Have fun until he woke up. It wasn't as if he could get hurt in a dream.
-"Ohh! Did you hear that, Will-San? Isn't it cool?" Megane said by his side. But he no longer cared about her, convinced she wasn't real either. "Sure" he answered offhand.

"So lets see... we would have to find a large abandoned place that no one would think to look so we can all meet up in secret. That'll be hard to find unless we discovered an abondoned factory, which make our chances slim", he said as he ate his pizza.
Then Hayato's mouth fell open when he saw Aoi create a portal out of thin air, sending another shiver through his body (or maybe that was because he felt soo cold). Now that is cool, I wanna be able to do that., He thought before returning to the conversation, "Just how do we trigger the powers anyways, cause I don't have the slightest clue as to how these things works."
Research is what I'm doing when I don't know what I'm doing- Wernher von Braun Until proven otherwise, Everything is RelevantSomeone had mentioned looking for somewhere to meet. Hiraku couldn't think of anything, but with the suggestions people had offered he started searching the web.
"I did a quick search, looks like there's some abandoned warehouses down by the docks." He held his tablet up to show the club the pictures and map. "We can just take the 291b bus to get there."
He might be a bit peeved he didn't have any powers (though it sounded like "yet" might belong in that sentence) but he still wanted to see the others try out theirs.
You must agree, my plan is sheer elegance in its simplicity! My Tumblr"-munchmunchgulp- HA! YOU AND ME BOTH PAL!" he said after swallowing his pizza.
"Speaking of which," he took a closer look at Hayato and smiled, "what is COOL... or UNCOOL about you?"
OH GOD WHY AM I A CAR!? - Forzare"An abandoned warehouse...That should work, cliches aside. I want to know what I can do. I have some thoughts from my dream, but I'm still uncertain..." He took yet another drink of water. "And there's other matters...a new world, new rules, new society...We need to train our powers and decide what to do, or it'll all blow up in our faces."
"Which is usually what happens in all the stories" Alex said, before taking another bite of his pizza, and sinking into the background of the conversation...if it not be for Inoue.
Aoi-san said Alex was willing to join. Note to self Inoue, speak to him and formally and do our inination to make him a member. It might be fun to have a nice cermony, and a pledge. The same for Hitomi-san as well, I suppose.
Inoue rocked back in her chair, and spoke.
"Sounds like a good idea if any." Inoue said. "We'll all split up and meet at the docks in the afternoon and sneak into the warehouses, granted if all of us can make it."

Silence in the face of evil is itself evil: God will not hold us guiltless. Not to speak is to speak. Not to act is to act."Um...Yeah...I'm sort of going to need someone to help me on that front...I should be able to...need to be there, but someone's going to have to talk to my therapist and convince him that I'll be at a social gathering with considerable value. Don't have to say what, he at least trusts me there, just...convince him I'm actually doing something and not avoiding him again. Just convince him you're a...friend, associate, whatever."

"Trust me Saki, my ideas haven't done anything to you. Nor have my drinks...Asides from the fact we didn't actually have any last night anyway."
"Besides, being the reporter you are, I assumed you might know more then-" Inoue was cut off whe Hayato spoke, talking about powers.
"Yes yes, it seems that way, but just all of then seem to be quite different
With that, inoue moved and reached under a teacher's desk.
"We just had a meeting about this mess, and I went about ordering some food..."
Inoue pulled out two boxes of pizza from a local pizza place.
"And conivently I have a few extra left" Inoue said with a grin to her classmates.
"So everyone grab a slice and cheer up my friends, it's the start of a new world."
