I definitely agree with you there, especially on "One Foot" being among the weakest on the album (though I wouldn't rank "It Gets Better Highly" either—that drumbeat gets grating).
Incidentally, any of you ever heard any of their pre-fame music? It's pretty awesome. Some of it even has an interesting Vampire Weekend vibe to it.
''Pink Maggit" by the Deftones.
White Pony (white cover version) was the third piece of music I'd ever heard and when I finally listened to it all the way through in one sitting for the first time, when it got to 2:43 on Pink Maggit for the first time, I can't really explain it. It was a genuine emotional response that I've never had towards music before or since that moment. The only thing that's ever come close was their other song, Kimdracula.

Feel Good Inc. by Gorillaz when I first heard it back in middle school. I can't quite place the feeling it gave me, though. I guess it's easiest to say that I connected with it in some way or another. It- and the rest of the Demon Days album- is a weird song, kind of surreal. I love it though.

I actually feel the same way about a lot of fun. music. When I listened to Some Nights in its entirety, I was just like, "...Alright..." but then I gave everything another listen, and now I think it's one of the best albums ever. Even the weakest songs on there (All Alright, One Foot) are awesome.
See, I'm not a monster. I'm just ahead of the curve.
