I'm sorry, Beholderess, but everyone's got to draw the line somewhere. I've always hated being on the "it's okay to think that way" side of the line when everyone else is on the "people who think that way are horrible excuses for human beings, and the world would be better off if they all died" side, but there are things for which the best I can do is stand on the line. (Then again, my thoughts tend to go more like "because it's dangerous for them to think that way, we should argue politely so as to try and make them reconsider.")

That's Feo . . . He's a disgusting, mysoginistic, paedophilic asshat who moonlights as a shitty writer—Something AwfulI am of two parts. I think people should think what they want.
At the same time, I never go to OTC, because for me, part of people thinking what they want is the ability to build your own wall of friendship so you can deal with those you desire most to.
So it's a two way street. Is Tv tropes a large community, or is it slightly more than that?
Read my stories!
"Odd Zoomer" would be an awesome name for a movie. I'd imagine it'd be a space opera.
"All thoughts are acceptable.
All beliefs are valid.
All opinions are equal.
There are no exceptions. "
Heheheheheheheheh. That sounds like a challenge to me. I bet I could make anyone who seriously believed that recant it in a matter of minutes.
'All he needs is for somebody to throw handgrenades at him for the rest of his life...'I'd give a straw example, but I'm afraid I'd be thumped.
Insert witty and clever quip here. My page, as the database hates my handle. At the same time, I never go to OTC, because for me, part of people thinking what they want is the ability to build your own wall of friendship so you can deal with those you desire most to.
Seems the most fair way to me.
It was an honor@feotakahari
There is a difference between saying that people should be able to express whatever opinions they want as long as they are basically civil about it, and saying that all these opinions are correct. Personally, I don't believe in moral relativism.
If we disagree, that much, at least, we have in commonSo, would you condone someone posting about their bigotry in a most polite fashion?
Like, say, "I don't mean to offend any of you, but I most heartedly dislike women. I think they should all just...be put away from my sight and we all should build a society made only with men"
and i swear to god, if inane, bunny or lameo say anything about how they agree, i'll...i'll...burn the heart out of them and eat it myself
"My life is my own" | If you want to contact me privately, please ask first on the forum. Why the hell would we say that? We're gay, not misogynists.
...Well, maybe tendo.
One of my few regrets about being born female is the inability to grow a handlebar mustache. -LandstanderI read that in the voice of Joseph Decreux.
The 5 geek social fallacies. Know them well.I would initially gag at the idea of no more women (which in turn would make my dating life particularly unappealing).
Then I'd simply shrug and say, "Whatever."
It was an honor...Oh, fine.
Hand me some of that misogynist pipe, I want a smoke.

Forced Sterilization?
Way too touchy of a topic to bother having an opinion, misguided or educated. All that can come from that is finger and brain stress caused by reading things that SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN WRITTEN IN THE FIRST PLACE.
