Respect the Red Right Hand
The Dazzler. Also, Spider-Girl, and Howard The Duck, especially now Disney can't antagonize the latter.
How about Toxin? You know, that cop who got a Symbiote on him, and now the two of them are trying to live with each other? Toxin is apparently stronger than both Carnage and Venom (once "he" grows up), but he is different from the other Symbiotes. Why, oh why, did poor Toxin have to go the way of Brother Chuck?
Oh, Equestria, we stand on guard for thee!Power Pack as an animated series.
Heroes For Hire (Luke Cage + Iron Fist) as a Live Action Show.

Seconding Howard The Duck. We need something to wash that horrible excuse for a movie from our minds. I'm also really hoping those rumors about a Doctor Strange movie are true.
Wither.
I saw a stellar example of Bad Powers, Good People. He'll probably be remembered as a generic villain who died in a sub-par mini-crossover. That makes me kind of upset.
@betray: I don't care much for the classic Quasar(I don't mean to say the character sucks or anything just that I don't know much about him) but I really liked Phyla, I don't know how she is currently because I haven't read anything new from cosmic marvel but I tought she was really cool looking and acting
How about ROM Space Knight? That would be the guy in a robot body trying to stop Dire Wraiths from destroying Earth. This is also the same guy who Rogue absorbed a bit of nobility from. It's too bad Marvel Comics doesn't have the rights to the ROM character himself now!
There's also a problem with most writers assuming that certain characters, such as all of ROM's supporting cast, are also off limits and not even bothering to check if they could. So the Spaceknights certainly need more love.
On a related note, Deaths Head does too, yes?
Am I a good man or a bad man?Who's that blonde chick who works at the Bugle? More of her. Because she's an interesting character and not because I think she's hot. Also more Black Cat. And madame Web. The young one.
Actually did that new Hobgoblin ever get resolved or is he just screwing around?
“My body is ready. I’m gonna take your names, take your ass, and then we’ll be making games”. - Reggie Fils-Aime, CEO of Nintendo America
It's Norah Winters glad that she is in other comics, she is actually dating the current hobgoblin so that might lead to something in the future.

Gifted like Christmas

Much in comics and novels, but more so in other forms of media, I say.
I want to see Shuma-Gorath in something other than a Capcom Fighting Game.
Yep, I'm still here.
