No. It's completely awful.

Through his absence, it makes you realize how Frollo is pretty much the only good thing about the first film.

Not to mention it's like watching a 'Hamlet II' in the first place.

[up][up] The Aladdin sequels were good. Beauty and the Beast: The Enchanted Christmas was an abomination.

[up] Frollo was indeed the best thing about the first film, but saying he's the only good thing might be a bit of a stretch.

Yeah, there's not really any reason to watch it unless you really wanted to see Quasi in a relationship after the ending of the first one (which was still a much happier ending than any other adaptation).
