They held us in big tanks. And they did things that hurt, I couldn't see much, but I could tell somethings had changed. Then they made us fight. And after that it was back to the tanks. They treated it like a game.

We are bound to neutrality because we don't care for any of the political squabbles. If that neutrality is violated against us, such as if Deranyn welcomed us, then Kentil is at fault and the Changelings can pursue that and get justice. But we weren't welcomed, so it's a political problem we can't participate in.
This is one of the biggest parts of being a Changeling. We are always impartial.
