Yeah, I'm thinking we did that exactly and it really didn't like that.
I thought about this shit a bit more on the way over and here's what I'm suggesting happened:
We dug too deep into the system by looking into that inconsistency, and as a result we broke the simulation. It had to pull a hard reset after that stunt we pulled. Now that the day's started over again, I'm thinking some sort of Anti Virus program started up and started weeding out all the "viruses" that could have potentially caused it.
Merit, were your parents and a bunch of other people still around before you got to school?
mario is red, i am green, i try my best, but everyone's mean-Travis is silent for a very long time at hearing of Tessa's death-
-The myriad of expressions he makes makes it very clear he neither expected or intended that to happen-
.....
-Though after some time, he stares Doc dead in the eye-
....You think that's what I'm trying to be? A hero?
My life is a lie, Doc. My entire fucking life is one big gigantic lie. The parents who suffered and died for me, the man who raised me, every hardship, and tender moment, and laughs shared, it's all fucking fake.
Yours is too, you know. That doctorate's bullshit, those dreams of traveling you had, bullshit. That night we drank together, bullshit. You're not a doctor, or a teacher, you might not even be a fucking human being. The same goes for all those kids, too.
And when we finally figure it out, what did they all do? They ran away, they tried to murder each other over stupid personal issues, they made every possible attempt to tear the group apart from the inside.
Well I had enough, and I decided to step up, to succeed where you at every single turn have failed. If they won't work together because they're looking out for each other, then they'll work together because they're watching out for me.
You want to get on my case because I decided to give you what you wanted because you were a coward? Fine. You want to demonize me for killing potentially fake people? Fine. But I'm not playing around anymore, Doc. Either I get out of here and find out who I really am, or I die. No more compromises.
So if you're gonna kill me, go ahead and try it.
You really don't care, do you? That she's dead. Did you even notice her? Would you have helped if you had?
What if there’s no better word than just not saying anything? You're so quick to shift the blame. I guess it was too much to hope that you'd have actual remorse. But it's bleedingly clear that you're a danger to everyone here in this town. You'd do it again if you convinced yourself it was worth it. I can't let—
-His phone starts ringing-
-Keeps his aim, but takes out the phone-
-Reads the text, his aim slackening, leaving him open-

What if there’s no better word than just not saying anything?-Is knocked flat, the gun scattering off to the side of the room-
What if there’s no better word than just not saying anything?-Wipes his nose and looks down at Doc-
It's a million years too early for you to even think you have a chance at killing me, Doc.
Quit wasting your time here and go help those kids. If you hate my methods that much, stop trying so hard to prove them right.
-Steps over him and right out the door, not even looking at the gun-

-I thought gilda gave text to everyone :/-
