"Little kids have wings where we come from - well, the ones with strong hearts do. The others are wingless."
"Well, there is one risk. A person's wings are tied to their hearts' resolve - basically, the strength of their will. The stronger your heart, the stronger your wings. But it also goes in reverse. If someone's wings are ripped out..."
"...Their spirit gives up."
"Like Mom."
The games never describe how one summons their wings, so I'm going to have to kind of infer this from what they do say about it...and make up the parts they say literally nothing about. Also, you're going to have to decide for yourself what Daisy's wings look like.
"Okay, then."
-Sagi summons his wings.-
"Okay, I want you to close your eyes and focus. Think about what makes you...you. What you love, what you hate, what you want, what you stand for."
"Let the things that make up your heart coalesce, and they'll become your wings. Just focus on the strength of your own spirit - your wings will be bigger, stronger and more beautiful the stronger and more pure your heart is."

Daisy doesn't seem to be in the ideal mental or emotional state for something like this.
What if there’s no better word than just not saying anything? Two hearts. Four wings. Enclosed space. Knife happy bandits. Bad idea. I'll pass thanks.

-shrugs-
This is a robbery. Give me all of your money and I'll kill you.
