Here is the discussion thread...so get talking! XD
Yay me. XD
I'll get a post up momentarily. Then you'll have all the Imperials you can handle!
... Hooray for having a crew that includes a tactical nuke!
Seriously, if they get Dimension Shift working on a ship-to-ship scale, boarding action is the only offence that they have. And half of the stuff would cause too much damage.
Hooray for having the ship armed with *lots* of tactical nukes.
Boarding is the only real offense Serenity has...
Hooray for having a ship armed with lots and lots of the universe's equivalent to tactical nukes and a Wave-Motion Gun~!
...Ahem. Uh... Should probably try and post at some point, I guess. Hurm.

...I knew I should have kept the beam cannons.
Good thing we're all on the same side.
... Those resource collectors may eventually be 'borrowed'.
And turbolasers are pretty powerful in their own right. But I digress.
Thoughts on my opening post?
Y'know, that thing seems to be roughly the same shape as the Cradle.
But less golden.
Ah, one thing: the Cradle's propulsion is barely working and wouldn't be consistent with technology. The whole ship is downright weird compared to the rest.

I need to get my bridge crew sorted before I can post.
Really, really long. Prepare for some more swearing in Chinese!
I can't wait!

What does the Saint's Cradle look like, again?
Well, note that Praji said that they didn't match any known sublight drive signatures. I'll add in a bit about how the "capital ship"'s signatures were minimal.

It's basically the other way up.

Yeah, it does resemble a Star Destroyer somewhat...
I don't think the Cradle is in any position to accept signals.
And it probably wouldn't be very impressive to have Hayate accept the communication, would it? She's 20. XD

Well, yes, but it's not like the Imperials know that.
And if Hayate did somehow respond, then Hilarity Ensues (probably because they'd assume she was a civilian who had somehow managed to get a hold of the communication terminal in the Saint's Cradle).
What about the fact that everyone's in the throne room, there's a crater in the ground, a hole in the wall, and bodies just lying around?
...Civilians sheltering in the bridge after a disaster of some sort? They're going to probably go for the mundane ideas first rather than the (relatively) fantastical ones. Naturally, this will only make things funnier once the inevitable meet-up or whatever occurs.
Especially when he gets to see them in action.
... Fate would make Vader somewhat envious, don't you think? So what if you have a glowy sword, MINE'S BIGGER.
And there's the heavily accented response to the highly cultured imperials that I'm sure will annoy the hell out of them.

How well does it match the trope?
