It just is.
But like I said, the animation is top notch, the music is astounding, not to mention the fact that Morgan freeman and liam neeson are in it, and do an AMAZING job. It's really really funny, and surprisingly good at tugging at your heart-strings.
I'm a big fan of lego, so I love love love it, but as long as you don't absolutely hate lego with a fiery passion, you will like this film.
