I'm not overexerting the idea that Lehav lacks vocabulary right? Because I do know that the term "gravity" was coined somewhen around the 17th century, it wouldn't make sense for someone in a culture that lacks researchers in anything but weaponry to even have that term.

Well he was told of what a pencil is a loooooooong time ago in the room. That I know, and steel comes from legends, the people of the desert do have steel, but most of it is ancient heritage passed down from the first migrates that formed the clans. But the knowledge passed into myths.

I don't think it's your English writing that needs work. The only thing that strikes me as off about it is that "as well" is two words. I think it's more that Lehav makes odd comparisons that most people in his situation wouldn't make, and it can come off as forced sometimes.
