Well what I know is that resources for armor are mainly biological, with few minerals, which means that armor is from scales that negate (Or absorb, I don't know how to say it in English) heat, and weapons will be perhaps from different materials. Of course there has to be water enough for them to survive for at least around 500 years.
Is that an OOOHHH that sounds intresting? Also, that would explain why they're always near monsters. That and I know I'll make phoenixes as just huge ass birds that eat humans (or at least are a predator of them, even if they've only been there for around 500 years and Evolution takes a lot of more time then that).
I do know I'm gonna limit fantastic aspects, as you see magic is while very useful in the world, is very much inefficient compared to how it is used in other worlds, and there are no "Magic Items" the monsters will have biological explanations to their differences from wildlife from our world (that will obviously take time) and you'll probably never see elementals or dragons having breath weapons.
Sounds like an ambitious world-building exercise. Good luck, and I look forward to seeing the final result.
What if there’s no better word than just not saying anything? And I just had dinner and re-watched The Avengers on TV.
I can't get over how bloody awesome the concept of this movie is.
