Input: Majora mindrapes and murders him after Cloud warns him and he is brushed off as paranoid.
Output: Griff gets a new friend/later girfriend. Who is also a goddess and protects him from all harm when she's around.
@Badger: I will try to calm down. My apologies.

So you say Chris is a womanizing asshole? I'm sorry, but that didn't come off very well, Spaz...
Also, last time I was in the FG, Griff was hugattacked by a Shoggoth. How does that work in his favor?!

"I like girls, but now, it's about justice."@Pancake: No. I meant self-insert in that he has basically no personality so he can be used as a cardboard cutout with a hole in it.
@Badger: Actually, that's somewhat accurate. It's not a jab at Chrissie, but it is a jab at his writing skills. Skills which he stubbornly refuses to improve.

Well, Griff is not very virtuous personality-wise, so saying he "must be a self insert" comes off really badly. I'm pretty sure that wasn't the intention.
And yes, the Majora thing didn't really affect him, but he otherwise fucks up so much so often it's hard to call him a Gary Stu.
But he has! He's a douche!

"I like girls, but now, it's about justice."Even if they are Napkins, it's time to take some confidence in yourself.
You're not gonna get Griff out of this rut if you keep telling yourself that you can't do it.
I feel like a jab at one's skills at something can still instigate some harsh feelings. It's the snark that needs to be toned down, as I don't think this sits well with Napkins.

"Shake the dust." - Anis MojganiI actually think Griff still has a chance though.
Chris I'm going make pretty clear what needs to happen.
Griff does not need any more girlfriends, ex- or not, nor time in other worlds.
Griff needs to be cut off from Majora.
He needs to be challenged.
He needs to change for better or worse.
Is he going to take the shit Cloud says into consideration, and change for the better, make reprimands, or is going to ignore Cloud and get worse and worse until he crosses the Moral Event Horizon.
He does not need anymore stuff added to his backstory unless it involves how he got to be such a douchebag.
Yes I am telling Chris how to write his character. Piss and moan all you want, this is what needs to happen for Griff to move forward.
Oh and Rando. Mr. Pot, you be black too.

PM box is Closed, Indefinitely Friend Code: 3368-4181-6850Spaz, you don't help.
@Hig: He's likeable because he's unlikeable.
I personally find him funny, but eh.
"I like girls, but now, it's about justice."Well, you could have listened to all that good advice we gave you and tried to implement some of it instead of blowing us off with "lolsorry". But since you won't do that, I'm as lost as you are.
You could check out the Writer's Block and come back when you actually have a character. But if you ignore them too, you will just be doing the same thing in another thread. So I don't know if they can help you either, considering how many times we've helped you in a calm, polite, tactful manner. And that one time in a blunt manner like this which you also ignored.

@Hig: He's a dick, but he's such an idiot and so unlucky you end up feeling bad for him.
Or just laugh.
Kinda like Squidward.

When he dumped Shizune for Majora, nothing bad ever happened to him. Sure, Shizune yelled at him, but he just blew it off.
IS THAT ME? AM I THE MOM?
