Uboa is not evil, just misunderstood. You see, in reality he's just greeting you in his native tongue (AAAAAAAAAA) and hugging you, but since touching him accidentally sends you to a hellish room through a proccess he cannot control, he gets really sad.
He just wants a hug guys.

"I like girls, but now, it's about justice."That makes it worse. He still wants to hug you despite having no arms.

"I like girls, but now, it's about justice."Keep turning the lights on and off on Poniko's room 'till he pops up.
He may scare you a little when you first meet him, but remember, he's a nice guy.
I'm actually making up a story right now about how Uboa is just a poor, misunderstood sweet guy while Poniko is the real evil bitch

"I like girls, but now, it's about justice."There are already 1478416167432597469863145 Gyarados called Mr. Fish. Be creative, people!
Whatever the name, it must contain "kill".
"I like girls, but now, it's about justice."KILLDIE
DIEKILL
KILLKILL
UBERKILL
And my favorite: KIIIIIIILL
"I like girls, but now, it's about justice."

I think she does something when you use the kitty effect.
Have you seen any wild Uboa lately?
"I like girls, but now, it's about justice."
