Actually, Czer is a better example. See here.
It's when basic logic overrides willing suspension of disbelief, plot armour, and convenience.

Right. But it really shouldn't force people to change/retire/do certain stuff with their character if they don't want it.

"I like girls, but now, it's about justice."@Daisy: That was less for you and more an explanation for Pancake's sake. Let's try to keep calm here. And she's not a bad character, she just doesn't work as well as she used to.
When said characters start creating plot holes and idiot balls with their mere presence, yes, they do. It's not fun, and it sucks, but it's necessary.

MY SOUL IS DARK BUT MY HAIR IS COLORFUL — Brahian Pokémon AlchemistI know... Just main problem I have with switching her is she has grown to liked by some characters. Switching her in the middle of plot would kinda make me feel kinda sad. Spazz I'm trying really hard to keep her in logic level. I promise. Ill even have her stay behind.

What's with Daisy anyway? She's worked fine until now, They are ways to write around plot holes and shit. You could say Daisy somehow snuck inside a suitcase or something and the characters brought her around unknowingly (I could actually see this happening). Besides, it's not bad to have a child among your adventuring group. It isn't too realistic, but then again, this isn't real life.

This. One of the reasons I got Alpha out of the way is that he's just an unarmed kid. He really doesn't stand a chance. So, goodbye Alpha.
She hasn't worked fine until now. Problems have been cropping up since day one, but it's only in Duffy's and my plots that they've really started to become jarring.

MY SOUL IS DARK BUT MY HAIR IS COLORFUL — Brahian Pokémon Alchemist@Daisy: No one said you had to do that. Just age her up or something so it makes sense for people to keep dragging her into firefights.
@Pancake: There's also the problem that Daisy started out strong, but hasn't really developed over the course of the plot. She hasn't really done much besides cry and act cute. And Daisy, before you start spamming frowny faces, this does not mean I want you to scrap her. She simply needs a little work.
