Decided to watch Game Grumps lets play of Bloodborne to try and encourage myself to pick up Dark Souls again after you guys screwed me over with your advice ten minutes in. (Can't nickname Pokemon, can't give decent Souls tips, what are you even good for?) I usually go with Game Grumps if I have to check out a Let's Play because they update consistently and can be counted on not to do the screamy thing and phone in reactions. Except the problem is that Arin is so woefully unobservant that its ruined many a playthrough as I sit there glaring angrily at the screen as he fails to do something obvious because he just never bothered to read anything and never really gets curious about stuff.
Except that wasn't happening with Bloodborne, and it turned out Arin was actually really good at the game, so it was actually watchable. And I watch all 70+ episodes up until the final boss, and then he blows his whole streak by, again, forgetting to do something really important i.e.: eating the damn umbilical cords he spent three episodes getting and talking about how important they were for the ending and how hard they were to get and how he needs to eat them and completely screwing himself over in the process. Almost an entire series of competence, out the window in ten minutes.
I feel cheated. My time feels wasted now.
