tatsu i don't wanna say anything but those tufts of fur look more like skin tumors
"I like girls, but now, it's about justice."oh i'm sorry tatsu i didn't notice this character is supposed to be heroically struggling against his skin cancer
"I like girls, but now, it's about justice."no, no
i really can't abide by this
he literally walked into jedi school
and murdered defenseless pre-pubscent children in cold blood
i don't care how you justify it, doing that makes you a piece of human excrement, there can be no fingling with wording or beating around the bush
that's an abhorrent thing to do, anakin skywalker is not a tragic villain, he is the star wars version of a school shooter who was not under any kind of drugs, or mind-controlled, but just talked into it by some clearly evil, shriveled old scrotum with bad teeth
he's a terrible person, you can't justify that with "oh he thought he was the good guy", sure, everyone does, but when isis decapitates a guy for religious purposes, or castrate women, we don't see them as redeemable or sympathetic, because they're not, despite them seeing themselves as herioc
@Jam: people say that kotor has moral choices
but this isn't quite accurate
there's like two or three moments in the entire game that are morally ambiguous
everything else the game tells you is good or evil because this is star wars
and you don't need moral ambiguity to be morally complex
something which I think is a problem with some of Bioware's more recent games is that they try to force both choices as "reasonable" or "not good and evil" when they'd really benefit from just being honest with themselves
because it's often clear that the writing team prefer a certain choice anyway
and the sort-of-cheesiness with the dialogue works because Star Wars yeah
kotor is a good game

tats what post was it
@sith: the thing is, the sith generally lose sight of their goals in the pursuit of power
there is actually a good example of this later on in kotor 1
