Goddamn ninjas.
As I said before, getting out of that situation was because I literally had no other options. As for the Marno thing, that was in-between plots, if I recall correctly. Usually, anything goes there.
Yes, fate ninja does sound like it would be good for a stealth plot, but stealth is not "warp reality so everyone either doesn't see you or is totally fine with you being there".
Incoming ninjas in five...
MY SOUL IS DARK BUT MY HAIR IS COLORFUL — Brahian Pokémon Alchemist@Addy: I agree on the Marno thing, especially since it was between plots and I was going to have it conveniently wear off when the plot got moving again. However, Kashi does seem a little too...ludicrously powerful. Hell, I actually had to nerf Sagi. There's numerous times where I could have had him bust out a magnus that could have solved the problem, but I didn't. Also, his power is lessened. The Sphinx in Impel Down? Canon Sagi can take him.

They can't for the life of them understand why nobody liked being ruled by a group of manic depressive demigods - 4chanDid she even try to get them signed into the hotel? And seeing as how you're R Ping her now, what with looking like an adult and all, she probably could.
No, she couldn't get money out of thin air. She could only twist fate around her finger to get theoretically infinite money. That's so much better.
So the fact that before this plot where subterfuge and deception weren't necessary the character you used showed neither of these things is unrelated, right?
That seems reasonable enough. You say you didn't leave because of it, but at the same time, you didn't nerf your character.
You left because Duffy didn't let us win all the time. You stated this directly.
You also said that it worked if people weren't concentrating on them IIRC. That bouncer was concentrating on Kashi.
You didn't leave because of that one particular incident. I never claimed that. You left because Duffy wouldn't let you win all the time.
I also like how you ignored several of my points, including one directly after that.
I counted it as a potential "solution of the day." As in, "Hmm. Why oh why would Kashi have such an overpowered ability?"
And from what Duffy told me, he was listing it like that too. As in it is too overpowered for the current plot.
Tough. He was the GM. It was his plot. He has that right.
In our heart, Mr. Ando will always be a penguin.Alright, I did not see all of this, but I do think I got a pretty good idea of the situation.
Addanor, your manner of answering the criticism of your fellow RPers and the GM is simply unacceptable. Consider this a warning. Drop it off, or you shall be suspended.
In the end, the word of the GM is law and while arguing your case is well and good, after some time you begin to push it. Furthermore, you need to be able to take the words of the people you are RPing with as constructive criticism instead of an attack against your person.

>Did she even try to get them signed into the hotel?
Of course she didn't. Because she can't and knows that. She doesn't have a credit card that somehow works between universes.
>So the fact that before this plot where subterfuge and deception weren't necessary the character you used showed neither of these things is unrelated, right?
The only thing that was happening before it was just talking around during downtime. There was no place for them.
(I dropped the part of Mind Screw that would require her to be always in fate-masking for anybody to remember her in regards to the party.)
>You left because Duffy didn't let us win all the time. You stated this directly.
In an initial outburst. Which I later clarified was about the exact manner in which Kizaru was lording over the group and took Aven. I later talked with Jam and Random and when they pointed out that their plots would have unwinnables too, I asked them for a bit more detail on how it would be - and their plans weren't in that fashion and I would be perfectly fine with them.
>You also said that it worked if people weren't concentrating on them IIRC.
No, it's not a part of the skill and as such I wouldn't be saying that.
>You didn't leave because of that one particular incident. I never claimed that.
Hig did, not you.
>I also like how you ignored several of my points, including one directly after that.
Those were just another circle of repeats - insisting that I quit because of what you were thinking I quit instead of accepting that I quit because of what I think I quit.
>I counted it as a potential "solution of the day." As in, "Hmm. Why oh why would Kashi have such an overpowered ability?"
Why it exists: because Sidereals work in mindscrewy ways. She dodged the event.
However, it is normally in the bag of stuff that is not applicable to use in the rp (along with, for example, stealing buildings). I only brought it up (and fudged the rules to make it possible on that scale, too) because the situation was tits-up and needed something like that and pretty much only something like that.
I was merely an executor of a sanctioned Deus ex Machina. If you count it negatively, you mean that I should have just let Spaz dig her own way out of it.

Addy, you've made some valid points, but now that the mods are here you need to stop pushing them.
What if there’s no better word than just not saying anything?

OKAYReally though, Hiimdaisy Snake is best Snake. Scientific fact.
