@Trip:A trip OC.
I do try to play characters with darkbackstories a lot of the time.
But I like to see them actually working through the problems. Also I suffer from a not giving a shit syndrome at times.

PM box is Closed, Indefinitely Friend Code: 3368-4181-6850I still have my invisible Bioware-ending system in place keeping track of what will happen to Cloud.
It's not gonna be strictly "good ending OR bad ending" and nothing in between, there are a few ways it could go.
(But I am gonna say just as a hint that beating Cloud's face in and telling him to kill himself is not really scoring any points for the "good endings".)
Then again the bad ones are just as interesting and you shouldn't "aim" for things specifically. We'll just see where it goes.
Hmmm, I'm not sure about keeping lancelot being cloud's servant since I'm gonna take a guess that death sorta fragged up how it happens.
Still we can say that cloud did end up encountering a different servant version of lancelot who ended up working alongside cloud, as servants lose their memories between summoning you know in addition to alternate timeline stuff.
We can always say they teamed up to beat up edward cullen and the other sparkly vampires (obviously this is a joke)

Yeah, let me put it this way: it is a good thing I met fox first. Cause if I had been here when death was playing fate that'd kill my interest in the nasuverse immediately.
I still think we should go with the idea I had for a retcon if we want to salvage anything from that atrocity
Other thing: none of my character back stories are what I would consider dark, just what you'd expect of sources of infinite energy and a combat machine
