Trifecta.
We keep using that word, and I don't think it means what we think it means.
What if there’s no better word than just not saying anything?I'm kind of worried I'm getting in over my depth here... but again, I think yes.
Of course it'd be supremely unlikely but...
If you can be baptised you can enter a holy order, if you are a priest you can become a bishop can become a cardinal can become the Pope.
this is giving me a very amusing mental image
I'm non-denom, presently, dangerously middling towards deism/agnosticism. I was raised generally Protestant, but I've thought about going Catholic, from time to time.
I fear I would flake out after the first Mass, though. I was already horrible about going to church on Sunday. :P

make it through this year if it kills you yet | 2001-2019

@Mobile: I... believe so.
There would be controversy of course, given he's not human, but I feel like that would be more tied up in the whole worldwide controversy of "holy fuck a non-human sapient" than anything. The Church has already gone on the record to say "if an alien wanted to be baptised we would baptise them", and it would be the same principle, provided he was willing to undergo the education and everything.
It's kind of funny to think that if he was a woman he wouldn't be allowed to become a priest (yet) but there you go.
