What particular bits about it seem seventies? I'm super curious now.
What if there’s no better word than just not saying anything?well when i think of seventies sci-fi, i think generally of sci-fi that's not action-packed, but focused more on like the differences between man + technology, or how fantastical technology affects man, etc etc
which generally has sort of quiet scenes like the ones you've got going on there, and are set in the near-future
it's hard to come up with a better explanation for that seventies sci-fi feel beyond 'i know it when i see it'
UN JOUR JE SERAI DE RETOUR PRÈS DE TOIShe kept falling asleep in the middle of watching Love Live, though Kill La Kill seemed to keep her awake.
I don't even know what that is...
There were plenty of cosplayers for all five meguca, but honestly I think the whole thing was just so overwhelming for her it didn't really register.

The damned queen and the relentless knight.ore monogatari is pretty much a romantic comedy except it has a huge softie of a guy ( he's possibly 8-9 feet and he's only a freshman ) falling in love with a small, petite girl.
completely averts the whole romantic tension by episode three, and it mainly deals with their lives as boyfriend and girlfriend.
it's actually very cool, and all of the episodes should be on crunchy roll.
oh, and introduce her to lupin the third too! there are three 'parts', basically separate shows, and there is also a couple of movies for lupin as well. if you want to see quality, i'd recommend the movies, especially the castle of cagliostro.
