Let me explain it in a way that is not dumb.
What if there’s no better word than just not saying anything? The warp is a dimension seperated from realspace, a swirling maelstrom originating from the emotions of the sentient species of the galaxy. These emotions have taken physical form into godly creatures, four (plus that other guy we don't talk about) Chaos Gods who represent some of the more powerful virtues and vices of life.
They are empowered by emotion, and said emotion is most empowering when directed through worship.
They also intensely dislike the Emperor, given his significant warp presence as a being of Order, and the fact that his religion is the biggest damn barrier in their way of dominating realspace and ascending their power even further.
What if there’s no better word than just not saying anything? It being powered by emotion is a very strong argument-
Considering how Slaanesh was born from an excess of pleasurable thoughts in the Eldar Empire- who, compared to humans, experience their emotions at a more intense level. Hence why the surviving Eldar, most of them, adopt a more stoic life in order to control it.
But it's technically not all life, and not all emotion.
Because it's connected with the mind, and there are quite a few species that have little or no Warp presence.
Such as- Tau, and anyone in humanity with the Pariah gene (Which basically makes them terrifying to Psykers, because they just seem to not be there, they are also notoriously anti-social in the way that they lack emotion, and their presence is just unsettling).

Though I didn't really count Necrons.
Necrontyr does count though.
