The first two are mobile tie-in games.
BC was meant to be a pre-prequel, set before even Crisis Core, and introduces a bunch of characters you don't care about that are all Turks that are never relevant again and ganks poor Barret's role as founder of Avalanche away from him and gives it to another white pretty boy, which did a lot to fuck up the whole moral ambiguity the original game presented Avalanche with having, too. Because god forbid a black man not in his twenties is relevant to anything. There were a few other bad, unnecessary retcons that serve to desecrate the original game even further, but that's the big one. It was also never released outside of Japan, so basically nobody cares about it.
Dirge or Cerberus: The Lost Chapter is another mobile FFVII game, and is lazy cashing-in at its finest. Basically it's some dumb irrelevant sidestory set during Dirge that fixes the one and only intentional plothole they left in that giant plothole with bits of cutscenes in it that they called a game. It was bad and had nothing noteworthy in it. Moving on.
All the Bravest is such a shameless money-grab that even IGN called them out on it.

MY SOUL IS DARK BUT MY HAIR IS COLORFUL — Brahian Pokémon Alchemist@Trip: I played Katamari Damacy. There were no awful sequels or badly-written forays into the effects of survivor's guilt/PTSD/culture shock, or shitty designs, or nine-year old love interests, or unnecessary death scenes where people piss themselves and then don't even die, or shitty poetry, or songs by Gackt, and I didn't have to slowly dread reaching the ending because I knew there was a terrible follow-up lurking in the wings. It was fun.
But Katamari Damacy, as happy as it makes me, simply did not scratch my innovative/fun/thought-provoking character conflict itch the way that FFVII or TOME or Twilight Princess did, because there isn't really much of a plot. I want to watch/play something where I actively root for the characters rather than just sit by and watch what happens with vague amusement.
Maybe FFXV will be good. I don't know. I want it to be good.
