I'm imagining zombies, roving gangs of hoodlums, feral dogs, giant scorpions, and random bands of ineffectual military remnants....or an ever burning nuclear hellfire.

IIRC, there was this enlightening documentary about what the earth would do if all the humans disappeared and shit like nuclear meltdowns from unattended reactors happened. My one quibble with it was that they said the smaller dogs would all die off due to lack of humen friends. Really now, they may be tiny and stupider than straight-up wolves, but they're still carnivorous predators, and there'd be a big enough rat problem to where they could find their niche pretty easily.

I think I saw a similar documentary, did it involve cats eventually evolving to the point they were suited to living in old abandoned sky scrapers?

If it did, I missed that bit. F'real, though, terriers and such are actually very fierce predators.

What Trip means to say is that you should have a bowl of ice cream and kick back. That will def help your eyes.

[up]From my meager Icy osmosis knowledge of One Piece, yes.
