he's gotta take that magnet bomb first
which he does of course
and since metagross is faster than magnezone he can now throw up double team
which plunges the chances of your already low-accuracy thunder and zap cannon down even further
so now, any semblance of strategy or tactics has been reduced to blind chance
and, on the (extremely likely) chance that those attacks miss, metagross can now safely set up substitute and get his busted ball rolling
you see where i'm getting at?
@gameboy: the tiers don't work that way
it's perfectly permissible to use Pokemon from a lower tier in a higher tier
you just can't use higher tier pokemon in lower tiers

but again, the substitute he set up when you switched out Magnezone for porygon z will tank that shockwave
which he will of course follow up with his Metagross' turn by either hitting Porygon Z with meteor mash, or switching back out to Blissey, thus repeating the cycle
we should of course also go on the assumption that most of, if not all, of hypothetical opponent trainer's Pokemon, or at least the bulky ones meant for defense, have double team
i mean, why wouldn't he, it'd be foolish not to do so
