All I can do at this point is give my absolute assurance that I will never, ever have a problem with you starting stuff with me. You've been very gracious about me starting things with you, and I want to return the favor. I think many here would be glad to do the same.
I just don't like to see your enjoyment of the game hindered. I want you to be able to participate on the level that everyone else does. You're a wonderful player, and several people have expressed their fondness for your writing.
make it through this year if it kills you yet | 2001-2019Actually guys don't disregard Spaz's post at all, it brings up something very important, because things eventually gravitated to our OOC relationships, which means that people were taking things to a personal level. We need to move away from that kind of thing, so that emotions don't get raised.
As for the rest of the post yes, this is part of the reason I don't feel too comfortable doing things with Ram's characters. Lately, they just seem to refuse to get involved in anything or be affected by anything outside of what Ram writes himself. One of the key aspects of roleplaying is "Agency", its the ability to affect the scenario in a way only you can, and a roleplay is only really satisfying if the writers give each other agency. Without knowing it we're applying this principle all the time. However, Ram's characters at the same time refuse to give any one agency nor have any of their own.

I really don't agree that you are being consciously ignored by anyone, nor do I think that anyone here dislikes you.
Everyone should always be willing to accomodate your initiations, but you have to make them and keep making them when they fall flat.
Everyone gets ignored or passed up in this fg at times, it's a chaotic rp format. But the best way to tackle it is to stay active and not be afraid to step forward.
What if there’s no better word than just not saying anything? You're not being insulted, Ram. You are being critiqued.
What if there’s no better word than just not saying anything? You heard mobile. Everyone settle and try and look at this situation without letting it get personal.
What if there’s no better word than just not saying anything?

Spaz might have gotten mixed up, but she does has a point.
I can recall plenty of times where you've consciously sat out of something like a fight, and while that's fine, the best times I've had on this fg is when I've decided to go along with something to see where it goes.
