"...You got that right." Noel muttered quietly, watching an odd-looking man walk into a nearby alley. "Anyway, maybe we should get back to looking at some clothes." The NOL lieutenant said thoughtfully.
Another thought came to her. "Come to think of it... why are in this particular world? I hope there's a point, otherwise..."
I'm worrying about work again... Noel cautioned herself.
"This has been a refreshing conversation citizens, I hope to see you all soon!"
The people in the music store wave goodbye to the Old man as he left and walked towards the nearest members of his party, namely the Squirrel girl and the Golden-haired girl with the criminally short tunic.
"Greetings! Have you found anything interesting?"
Shameless Self-promotion ho!Makoto
"Hmmm... I wonder what's in fashion." Makoto said as she looked away at the townspeople nearby. Leather, armor plate, strange hats, weird shorts and a lot of belts. "Umm.. never mind! I'm fine with what I'm wearing now, besides, I like to FEEL the breeze!" the girl said to Noel as she turned to see the old man.
"OH, hey old-timer! Did you have fun?" she heard the music from nearby and it had a nostalgic feel to it. "I really liked it, good show, ol' man!" the girl saluted in a goofy manner.
She let her arms fall to her sides as she turned back to Noel. "So.. WHAT do you want to do?"
Archer
Archer watched the strange fat man walk by. He shook his head and sighed. He didn't care, he walked into the nearest bar he could find.
The faster he could get something to drink, the more he could cope with this situation.
Koril chuckles at Makoto's lively personality, It seems that she even acts like the animal she emulates.
"Oh please! It was not me who played that melody, It was by a talented musician whom I managed to convince to play such a song!"
Humming a few bars from the song that was playing a few moments ago, He then looked around for anything to do.
"Since There is nothing else of interest for now, May this old man accompany you? The more the merrier they say."
Shameless Self-promotion ho!Makoto
"Huh? Oh, I don't mind!" Makoto said as she looked to the old man. The guy seemed nice enough, and it could be nice to have a third person.
"Hmmm... alrighhhtt, so what do you guys want to do? Clothes, browse, shop, sleep, ride more BIRDS?" the girl yelled out the last suggestion. One would say she loved riding the big yellow chickens.
"Could you at least sound like you're wearing clothes...?" Noel sighed, and turned to face the person who approached them. "Oh, hello."
Noel didn't object to the man joining them, and Makoto sure wasn't either. Again, Noel looked thoughtful.
"Well, clothes are apparently out, and the chocobos are gone, so..."
The NOL lieutenant looked around the town, looking for an interesting landmark, and eventually pointed to something that looked like a booth. "What about that thing? Looks like there's a show on."
Makoto
"A show?" the squirrel turned to look at the booth Noel was pointing at. "M Mmmm.. I don't know if this place will accept our kind of money... and I don't know if we HAVE the time." the squirrel turned toward the ill girl.
"HEEEEYYYYYY!" Makoto yelled out, hardly straining her lungs. "GIRL-WHOS-NAME-I-DON'T-KNOW.. DO WE HAVE TIME TO WATCH THE SHOW HERE?" she should have gotten her attention with that. The kids, the women and men looked at Makoto. She apparently drew quite the crowd.
"Umm... hi!"

The girl whispered something to me, pointing at the squirrel girl and pulling at my hair. Did she have to act so much like Haruhi? I have no desire to ever sit in front of this girl; she would just pull me over backwards by my ponytail and give me a concussion. Still, ignoring the insistent tugging of a chibi is difficult.
"Umm..." the Girl said, once she was within earshot, "You can go watch things but... don't you need money for that? If you can get me a coin then I can make some money for you but I really, really need the coin first..."
The green reploid eyed the man as he walked past with a mixture of curiousity and suspicion. Just who was he? Was it worth investigating? In his mind, any information he could get at this point would be good enough. He may not have been built from the ground up for stealth capabilities like Phantom was, but he could do a decent enough job if the situation called for it - which, thankfully, appeared not to be the case.
"...You go on ahead, I want to find something out," said Harpuia, following the fat man in hopes of catching up with him and perhaps talking to him.

The man known as Baku continued his walk down the alley. "Hahaha..." he laughed and proceeded down the alley way.
"Hey boss." a boy spiky, red-hair walked out from a bar nearby.
"Oh, Blank! How are ya?" Baku asked as he stepped toward the bar.
"Uh, boss..." Blank pointed down the alley and straight at the green machine man. "You were being followed."
"Oh, it's not like it matters! Hahaha..." the big man said as he turned toward the Reploid, smiling. "Hey, what can I do for you?"
Koril's stiffed laughter can be heard by Noel and Makoto if they were to listen a little closely.
Shameless Self-promotion ho!Noel didn't bother reprimanding Makoto for her incredibly loud voice. This time, at least. It would be lovely if she could learn a little restraint though.
Shaking her head, Noel looked for the little girl Makoto was speaking to. It took her a moment, but when she finally spotted the chibified girl, Kyon would find her shoulders being tightly gripped by Noel, who was peering closely at her head with a look of utter admiration.
"Too cute! You look way too cute!" Noel gasped in wonder. "I wanna take you home!"
While he was in the Market area, Lloyd started to spot a Magic Shop. Intrigued, he deviated from his main thing in mind as he entered the Magic Shop. The only thing he has on his mind is to speak to someone who happens to sell magic. He walked up to one of the people.
"Excuse me, but do you know what kinds of magic this shop has?"
Shutdown sequence initiated. So the fat man had back-up. It wasn't of too much concern to Harpuia right now, since he could merely fly out of reach, but it was something to keep in mind. He decided to be careful with his response; it wouldn't do to spook him or get in trouble with the law. At least he seemed in good spirits.
"Well," began the Wise General, pausing as he tried to gauge the effectiveness of what he was going to say next. "I need to get some colleagues of mine to a certain area. Unfortunately, we won't be able to do it alone, as doubtless there will be safeguards in place to keep us from getting there. We're... travellers, and thus we aren't particularly familiar with this place - assistance would be appreciated."
Harpuia stood silently, watching the man for any body language or other hints to his reaction. Frustratingly, he had a feeling that he had given away too much, but on the other hand he was liable to have confused Baku if he hadn't gone into slightly more detail. It was a necessary evil, unfortunately.

Magic Shop
"Huh?" a young lady at the counter looked up from the wooden table and to Lloyd. "Magic? Oh.. uh.. we sell staves that are infused with magic, if that's what you're thinking. You can't sell magic apiece, you know." the girl said with a smile.
Alexandria - Front Gate
Ten armored guards ran from the plaza and down the road. Any of the ill-girl's comrades could see them running past. They were in a frantic rush, sprinting as fast as they could. What were they doing?
"Bombs attacking the front gate! Go go! Close it!" one man yelled as he ran out the front door. A large explosion occured, sending the man into the air and onto the ground. He wasn't dead, no, just unconcious.
Alexandria Alley
Baku smiled and laughed at the reploids words. "Ahahaha, don't worry!" Baku walked forward, smacking the machine on the back in a friendly manner. "Just tell me where you want to go and I'll get you there!" this man had just met them, was he serious?
Blank looked at Baku in confusion before he shook his head. Afterward, the boy with one eye walked past Baku and toward the main square of Alexandria.
Makoto
"WHOA!" Makoto was about to say something to Noel, but the explosion caught her attention. "Noellie... I think theeree's trouble!" the squirrel pointed down the road and to the running guards.
"Think we should help?"

"Huh?" Distracted by the concentrated cuteness atop Kyon's head, Noel looked towards the gate, where several soldiers were running to fight monsters.
It looked like they could use some help, and those monsters were rude enough to distract her from admiring the chibi. They had to pay.
"Okay, let's go, Makoto!" Noel said, crossing her before her chest. "Bolverk!"
A long-barrelled revolver appeared in each hand, instilling a calm confidence in the normally timid lieutenant. She rushed to the scene, one of the guns pointed at the odd looking monsters. She would have fired, but she remembered that explosion from earlier, and those things looked volatile. She didn't want to risk detonating the lot of them...
The Explosion caused Koril to whip his head toward the source and ran towards it with speed and stamina unbecoming of his appearance.
More like that beast we had fought? Or perhaps rebels... Either way, If me and the others were to stop the threats, we might be rewarded.

Shameless Self-promotion ho!Harpuia was almost bowled over by the man's friendly gesture due to his fairly thin frame. He had to restrain the urge to double take at the man's willingness to help. Was it really going to be that easy? He had been expecting there to have been at least a little bargaining, perhaps a touch of persuasion... but there was no point in looking a gift horse in the mouth.
"Thank you," said Harpuia lamely, still somewhat surprised by the results. "You see, some of my friends are defenceless, and we don't have a penny to our name... therefore, we need to acquire some weapons from an armoury. Are you still sure you can - "
He never got to finish that thought as he saw the men run past and the guard's panicked remark. "...We may need to postpone that. Come on, let's help out!"
With that, the reploid jumped into the air and let the flight pack take over, activating his twin beamsabers in the process. Hopefully, the fat man and his erstwhile colleague wouldn't blanche at this point.
Locking you up on radar since '09Bombs, and here I was completely defenceless apart from a supernaturally powerful chibi. At least the blonde girl accosting me had ceased to be a problem and produced weaponry of her own. With Makoto and Noel—as their names seemed to be; it was rather strange that the chibi had picked two friends—between me and danger, I felt perfectly safe standing where I was and didn't rush into the cover of a nearby doorway.
Kyon's hiding in a nearby doorway. :D
Looking at the Bomb creatures, Koril formulated the best Course of action as he stared them down.
"Ladies, I suggest we lure these... Walking fireballs outside the city walls to avoid damaging the city and casualties."

"ALRIGHT, TIME TO FIGHT!" Makoto threw off her black cloak. The cloth flew into the air and fell onto Kyon's head, no less. "LET'S GO!" the now half-naked squirrel sprinted forth and down the road. The sheer speed she ran at morphed her body into nothing more than a brown and orange blur.
On her speed high she knocked a couple of guards out of the way on accident. "HERE IT COMES!" the girl bent down and then leaped high into the air.
The girl then summoned up her tonfas and swung downward, firing a large bolt of electricity at one of the bombs.
GM Post
Baku
The fat man scratched the top of his head as he watched Harpuia fly into the air. "Hahaha, I'm sure you folks can handle it... you're probably more suited to it then an old fool like me." the man said with a smile.
Bombs
Four guards ran in and attacked the floating balls of red fire.
◊ They only laughed as they waved their arms about. Each and every guard attacking caught on fire.
"AA.....AHHH!" they screamed as they ran back into the city. After only a few seconds, each of them fell to the ground, nothing but charred remains. There were a total of seven of them. They advanced forward in a pack, laughing at the destruction they had caused.
One bomb maneuvered away from Makoto's attack, only to smile wide. The bomb waved its arms into the air like it just didn't care, only for a large ball of flame to swarm forward and at the squirrel.
Makoto
"OH BOY!" the impact of the red fireball was certain. It exploded, sending the NOL agent flying back and into the ground. It only took a moment but she recovered the best she could. Makoto stood up, shaking her head from left to right. "That... hurt..."
Seeing the Over-enthusiastic Squirrel girl get blown up by a fireball disappointed Koril greatly, causing him to shoot a Glare at the beastkin for her recklessness.
"Rushing in aimlessly like that with no plan or assistance is idiocy!"
To Demonstrate why thinking ahead is a good idea, Koril runs towards a Barrel filled with water; lifts it and hurls it at one of the fireball monsters, using it as a distraction/attack as he runs towards his target.
Shameless Self-promotion ho!"Makoto!" The squirrel girl had leaped high, firing an electric attack only to be blown back. Rushing to her side, Noel saw she was mostly okay.
Koril was right, they had to lead them out of this place. Especially if they just rampantly exploded. But how to do that...?
"...I hope this works..." Noel muttered, gripping Bolverk tightly. Inhaling, Noel rushed forward, towards the swarm of Bombs, leaping above and onto one, using it as a stepping stone to bypass the lot. She had no idea how trigger sensitive these things were, but if they were extremely volatile, Noel wasn't likely to escape the blast radius before attempting to bait them into following her.

Vita raised an eyebrow at Kyon, but shrugged. "I'm Iron Knight Vita, of the Wolkenritter. This..."
She raised Graf Eisen, grinning a bit as she did.
"... Is my Iron Count, Graf Eisen! Wait... no money?"
Vita's grin faded immediately.
That... she hadn't thought about. She didn't have any money either... and this girl seemed to want cake, and considering her power, would likely not leave until she got it. "Damn it... I don't have any either, how are we supposed to get the stupid cake? I'm not stealing."
"Oh, dear. The toad, the monkey, and the dog have all screwed up."
