So my friend showed me his collection of digital DC comics, and the "guided view" feature made it look like it might be worth my while. I actually cancelled my pull list at the LCS and I'm seriously thinking about taking the plunge into digital. I'm still on the fence however....

EDIT: Just bought my first digital comic (Hawk & Dove #1). It was a pretty pleasant experience overall. I think I can live without having an actual paper copy. Anyone else thinking about switching to digital?

In my country I get no comic books so digital is the only way for me.

I don't think I could live without a paper copy. Especially because I've had pretty bad luck with losing data these past few years. I think if it eventually comes down to paying stupidly expensive money for physical copies, quit reading comics or going digital the last choice would be the least likely option for me.

Am I a good man or a bad man?

At least with DC, losing data isn't a problem. You never download anything, they just allow you to read online.

It's both a blessing and a curse, the data isn't married to your hard drive, but you can't read without an internet connection and you don't actually "own" anything, not even a file.

You can read offline on Android or an iPhone though.

I like having a physical copy. It makes me feel like I actually own the book.
