I have to agree...it makes it very difficult to see the links. I never particularly liked it even on the Fridge tabs, really.
Writing a post-post apocalypse LitRPG on RR. Also fanfic stuff.I'm going to agree here. It might discourage people from moving links there since it doesn't look like the rest of the example subpages. I also worry that it will encourage natter thanks to looking a bit like the old Troper Tales pages.

Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. Dick![]()
Same. Never liked it on the fridge pages but it made a bit of sense cause of the yellow lightbulb icon. XD
My only issue with the way tan pages are at the moment is that all internal links, active or dead, appear to be the same maroon color. While I can see the red text as a flag on regular wiki pages for some sort of correction, I don't have that on tan pages.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.Bump. While my vote is still to just have the subpages normal color, if its going to stay, the links need to change. It's just too confusing as maroon.
Writing a post-post apocalypse LitRPG on RR. Also fanfic stuff.Red links should always be nonexistent or This Troper type stuff. Blue links should always be existing articles. If it was possible, another color (like green) could be for redirects.
2025: the year it all ends?My main concern is that it may give the impression that the YMMV tab isn't held to the same standards as the main page, especially since the other pages with that color scheme aren't(not to say they aren't held to any, of course).
Yeah, unwritten rule number one: follow all the unwritten procedures. - CamacanYes, it is a recognition that a different standard of behavior has accrued around the YMMV tab. Attempts to control that behavior toward the less opinionated style we aim for in the white pages are pretty much doomed, since YMMV is all about opinion.
Turning the page yellow sort of gives us who care permission not to sweat it, freeing up energy to look after the white pages more.
Goal: Clear, Concise and Witty^^ Be that as it may, I for one am still going to try to keep a leash on the hypersubjectiveness, at least for the ones I regularly follow.
Even if it does kinda leave me in the position of the Dutch boy plugging holes in the dike, or Canute ordering the tides to stop.*
Now WMGs are yellow too!

The Protomen enhanced my life.I think TearJerker/ should probably be yellow, too. Awesome/, Heartwarming/, and Funny/ are all in the Sugar Wiki portion of the site - while NightmareFuel/ and HighOctaneNightmareFuel/ are in the Darth Wiki portion. So it kind of makes TearJerker/ being white stick out, and that's definitely opinion-based (especially since many tearjerkers are unintentional).

Diagonalizing The Matrix
Look at the page!
Look how it shines for you
Subjective through and through
Yes, it is all yellow
Don't get worked up
Over this endless pool, of
Hyperbole and natter, too
Because the page is yellow

Pretentious quote || In-joke from fandom you've never heard of || Shameless self-promotion || Something weird you'll habituate to

Any idea when/why this happened? The Fridge pages I can see being in yellow but not YMMV.
