https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jXkI1sTDoEg"I don't pretend to understand politics; like most military men and mercenaries would tell you as a standard response, i'm just a soldier. Discussion's had at gunpoint more often than not rather than at some public appearance. Krogan politics, though, that's a different story."
Her head turned slightly, looking past the Krogan to a hallway behind him. There was a figure casually strolling their way, and the fact that this person had one arm meant she couldn't guess wrong.
"Frankly, Ms. Patterson, i'd hardly call anything involving Krogan political - no offense.", he chimed in, addressing the Krogan, skimming over his personal armory. "... You carry a gun for everything, don't you? Then again, i'd be surprised if there was a Krogan that didn't."

"You lost, Dio. You lost for one simple reason - you were using charcoal." - Hank Hill"All part of the job," Thresh said with a smile.
"Like this woman -Ms.Patterson was it?- said, I'm a soldier, which in my species famed political system is part of every job you take. Scientist, engineer, negotiater...that was me.....politician, you name it, you shoot something every once in a while."
Remembering what he was here to do, he saved the rest of his speech for later.
"Anyway, I noticed the guns and armor and the like, and was curious if you needed some more. Whaddaya say?", he said re-extending his arm.

One final door opened, and Dru was led into a spacious, conservatively lit room. A line of railing a few meters away told him he had stepped onto a balcony. Leaning against the balcony with his back to Dru stood a quarian. As Dru entered he turned around.
"Hey there, kid," he said.
Dru could hardly believe it. After three years, there he was. Just standing there. All of a sudden it was like the last three years of his life had just disappeared. Erased.
Before he knew it he and his father were wrapped in a tight embrace.
"It's been too long," his father said.
"Yeah, it has."
"I'm glad to see some enthusiasm," Ms. Carver said, "Just follow me, then."
She led the group through another set of doors, opposite to those that Dru had left through. The building's glass walls gave a spectacular view of the mountains outside, as well as the other facility buildings and the security tower.
"This facility focuses primarily on the research and production of pharmaceuticals. Our biggest customers are the Systems Alliance and C-Sec. We've produced dozens of countermeasures against various forms of chemical and biological weaponry. If your little PMC has a few funds to spare, it may behoove you to invest in some of our merchandise; you never quite know what that next band of pirates will try throwing at you."
'Cross my heart, strike me dead, stick a lobster on my head.'-Isea shakes his head-
Isea- No pardon to your company. But your stocks have been failing rapidly the last two years.

"So, what have you been up to all this time?" Dru asked his father. "How did you get this job with Binary Helix?"
"I'm glad you asked," he answered, "I've been very busy, working on a new project."
Dru looked over the rail at the lab below. Rows and rows of tables filled the room, with what looked like hundreds of varieties of specialized lab equipment taking up all available space. A cadre of scientists and assistants were hard at work on... well, something. Chemistry and biology had never really been Dru's strong suits; he took after his mother in that respect.
"I'm working on an immune booster," his father explained, "To strengthen the body against infections and allergic reactions. If it works the way I hope it will, it will be strong enough to let us survive without our encounter suits."
"What?!" Dru exclaimed.
"Permanently."
"Are you serious?"
"Entirely."
Dru couldn't believe his ears. What he was hearing hardly seemed possible. Life outside a suit? It just didn't seem real. His entire life his suit had been a part of him. Whenever he saw his hand it wasn't his skin that met his eyes, it was a black glove. That was just the way it had always been. But now....
"Dad, this is incredible!"
"I knew you'd be excited," Dru's father said, probably smirking behind his mask. "That's why I asked you to come. I want you to help me."
"Help? Help how?"
Maria turned and glared at the salarian. "I will admit that confidence in our company has fallen in light of recent events, but that does not change the quality of our products." She looked at Jordan. "To answer your question, why don't we stop by the stock room?"
She resumed walking. "As I said, this facility handles practically everything: antitoxins, antivirals, antibacterials, antibiotics, antiacids. In fact, one of our most famous creations was singlehandedly responsible for rendering toxic ammunition obsolete." She smirked. "A lot of mercenary companies were pretty pissed about that one. But with any luck, our newest cash crop will be ready soon. Sekoi'Peroh vas Moreh has been working closely with us on an immune booster, one powerful enough to let a quarian survive permanently without an encounter suit. He calls it his gift to the quarian people. My sentimental side agrees with him, but my wallet prefers to call it an opportunity. Do you have any idea how much the Fleet would pay for the ability to throw away their suits?"
They reached the stock room, a vast storage space filled with crates of merchandise.
"Most of this has already been sold, but there's always a little surplus that we are willing to offer to enterprising visitors."

Isea- I think i will stick to Kassa Fabrications for my stocks hum... you may have the means to save the Quarians, but not without a price, typical. Not surprised. But don't really care.

Maria's smile widened. "Clearly there's someone who does care. I'm eagerly looking forward to a very beneficial business relationship with the Migrant Fleet. Keep your ear to the ground, quarian; the finished product will be ready quite soon. Within a year or two."

'Cross my heart, strike me dead, stick a lobster on my head.'"Not to put a damper on a joyous occasion, how much are you planing on charging a flotilla of people, cast out by the council and treated like thieves by the galaxy at large, who's idea of a good meal is nutrient paste and a warm place to sleep on a floor that's not completely rigid?" Carn asked cynically, folding his arms. "Please, don't take it the wrong way, but when you're a Quarian who lived on Omega, you get used to the worst of society."

It's kind of funny. Sufficiently advanced stupidity is like sufficiently advanced science; eventually, you find something you can't solve."Extra muscle and doses of high spirits are more than welcome here.", John responded, shaking the Krogan's hand. "Mr. Statham; a pleasure. She", he continued, adressing Ms. Patterson, "is Ms. Patterson, as said before. She's our Strike Team Leader."
Amy stepped towards the pair, nodding.

"Oh, your people have more to offer than you give yourselves credit for. You have powerful ships, stores of resources, cutting-edge computing technology, and your own remarkable engineering skills. If you want your freedom badly enough, and I want my money badly enough, I'm sure we can come to some kind of agreement."

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jXkI1sTDoEg"Finally, a bit of luck!", Thresh exclaimed while lightly clapping his hands. "You wouldn't even know how long I've been stuck on this planet." He took time to shake Patterson's while explaining exactly how long it took.
"Two months or so.", he said. "But don't worry, I've enjoyed some target practice for every single day of it. Miscellaneous mercs keep a krogan sharp, you know!"

"I'm offering freedom. Freedom from the compact mobile prisons that have held the quarians captive for centuries. Freedom from the constant fear of injury and illness. The freedom to actually reach out and touch the world, and not just view it through a foggy visor. I don't intend to take everything from them. Just everything that they're willing to part with. All things considered, I think my price is quite reasonable."

'Cross my heart, strike me dead, stick a lobster on my head.'Isea- So your not saying you wouldn't consider having them become servants. Well, i have a feeling what they would part with may not be in the best interest of the Galaxy, but would help you and your company astronomically. Who knows what they have, geth files, advanced weaponry... Full fledged AI's. But if the Quarian except your offer, do you know were the would live? No planet wants them to begin with.

Isea- But like i said, don't really care. Come on you bitch, break
