No more stop motion is bad. Though perhaps Shaun can keep it relevant.

Admitedly a lot of Aardman's modern stop motion is so refined it practically looks like CGI anyway. "Matter of Loaf and Death" was fun but it lacked that rougher more traditional feel the original shorts had.

Clearly, the answer is to reduce regulations for TV animators until their conditions are the same as overseas animators, thus making it cheaper!

You can't even write racist abuse in excrement on somebody's car without the politically correct brigade jumping down your throat!

Eh, does it really matter if it's made using CGI or stop motion? Or whether it's made in Britain or America? All that matters is that it still looks sorta-similar.

As long as they keep control of the actual content of their films in England where it belongs, I don't mind. Aardman's appeal is in the quirkiness of its characters and stories, not in its animation quality.
