I guess it would just affect different Servants differently, really. Depending on what they went through during their lives, it might be almost completely ineffectual on them, or it might end up utterly crippling them.
...And I think it's a pretty cool NP, to be honest. If anything, it's one of the more original ones I've seen, and the fact that it doesn't rely on pure brute strength or overwhelming power really makes it stand out.
It also preys on our natural reaction to death, which is mostly panic. We're hardwired to avoid death at all costs, so the bayonet forces us to deal with those instincts all over again. Plus its a great distraction for escaping from combat, which is Avenger's actual focus, as he can't win a slugging match.
Alrighty then... Lets work a little on our city.
Saint-Marie-Sur-La-Loire.
It is divided by the Loire river... though most of it is one the East bank of the river, spread along it's length and then grew towards the East. There are a couple of hills to the East so in general in that direction the elevation gets higher the more you move away from the river.
As for some sacred spots...
Maiden Sainte Cathedral where the Overseer now resides is on the very heart of the city. A large cathedral that used to receive lots of guests... but now the church has declared it "Under Maintenance" only letting a selected few wander inside.
There's a small lake to the south of the town, with some population on its north shore. The focus of the power of this lake lies on a little island near the center.
There is also a magical spot on a local amusement park... And I'll let Moerin come up with the details of it~
To the tastes of some heroes there is a good spot on the ruins of an abandoned keep on the West side of the river. Thankfully it is a little walk away from the city so not many people visit it.
These ones are ones I shall reveal for now. If you have an idea for a location bring it up and we shall see if it can be incorporated.
I kind of added the Trans Global Specialists Inc.'s French branch building as the main resident of Mark Liu and where he's based for the French deployment. So I'll need to work on its location too. I be figuring out where in the city it is, but I be planning on placing it a few km away from civilization for... "security reasons".
I'll be certain that the city has the Police Nationale city police force station and not the municipale one since their numbers suck... Can we also add in the Saint-Marie-Sur-La-Loire Fire/Rescue station too?
I be free to draw the map, though I may not be accurate.
Meanwhile, time to get your posts up people.

Oh no, not the TGS building again
Anyway, If we're suggesting sacred spots, may I reccomend one in the grounds of one of the city's universities? It could be one of those really old, prestigious institutions that go back hundreds of years. I could see maybe a statue or monument tucked away in a private courtyard or something.

Mmmm, okays, since I'm apparently allowed free reign over the design of the theme park, I thought I should at least throw out some of my notes about it here before I actually make any post concerning it. Okay, here goes...
Brunestudland, Kingdom of the Moon is a theme park loosely based on both Disneyland and Tsukihime (more specifically, all the really weird crap like Neco-Arc, Doorshark and Magical Amber), which contains a mana hotspot underneath what was supposed to be its star attraction, the Millenium Castle. Unfortunately, due to numerous safety concerns and budget problems from the get-go, it was a financial disaster, and after some mysterious deaths occured on one of the attractions ("we swear, those people were decapitated before they entered the Brunestudland House of Knives!"), it was condemned and has pretty much been abandoned for a few years now. Except for some reason it still has electricity and the rides still work (don't ask how or why).
...How does that sound? Um... Does that work out okay, or is it, uh, too goofy or something?

Only loosely based on it. And really, for some reason in my head I like to think it's based on "Necoarc Brunestud", a vaguely popular cartoon character. >.> Although that's kinda silly and probably not what it actually is, but.
...It's really just a little in-joke, and it's not actually Tsukihime it's based on. Just really using the image of Neco-Arc and the Millenium Castle Brunestud without any of the history behind them. If that makes sense.
...Look, I'm not saying Tsukihime is fictional in this world. I just wanted to have a castle in the theme park, and I thought it'd be a nice in-joke if it was Millenium Castle Brunestud, that's all. And it kinda snowballed from that. But like I said, the only Tsukihime characters that would be mentioned at all would be the Necos, Doorshark and Magical Amber (and possibly Phantasmoon, I dunno), and even then they would most likely have no connection to the characters they're, uh, connected to. >.>
...Gah, I need to post, so I'm going to include it for now, and if one of the G Ms sees a problem with it they can let me know. >.<

I should not be up now, too tired... but oh well.
Edited post to include them arriving at the church.
Also, if anyone's curious, this
is what Archer's casual clothes looks like. ^.^
And now I'm off to bed, night folks.

"What the hell are you doing?" "I'm playing a role, sir, what are you doing?"Seems that I'm able to post the map now.
This is a mere prototype of the map for Saint-Marie-Sur-La-Loire.
Things may be a bit wrong here. (After all! It's just a draft).
I feel that some details may be a bit wrong, so feel free to let me know if this should be changed or if someone can come up with a better map.

The main thing of No Blood, No Sacrifice, No Victory is that it is not a gameplay weapon.
It's a Roleplaying weapon. Making a weapon that does X-Amount of damage is easy. Making a weapon that forces the opponent's character to go through the hell of giving them the view point of a soldier under their command dying instead drives a role playing situation. How does the character react to that? Horror? Grim determination? Instead of being an attack to dodge, it becomes a fear of not wanting to face that ever again.
