Okay, let's do this:
* Name: Cyber Research Systems Series 840 Terminator, or T-850 for short.
* Race: Terminator/Robot
* Gender: Although supposedly gender-neutral, his sheath is male.
* Franchise: The Terminator.
* Description:
** Physical appearance: This guy.
◊
** History: The T-850 was constructed to kill John Conner, seeing as John Conner was fond of Sheath Model 101. After killing John Conner, he was reprogrammed to save John Conner and Katherine Brewster. After saving them from Judgement Day, and the T-X, he died when one of his Hydrogen Fuel Cells ruptured, causing a miniature nuclear-style detonation. It was around this point where a spare pair of sunglasses that appeared on his person was found to be an Acclimator, which restored him to full operational capacity.
** Personality: He's a robot. Personality traits are few and far between, though he is incredibly loyal towards his original programming, even forcing himself to reboot to remove brainwashing by the T-X. Seeing as he has been taken away from his mission, he will be attempting anything and everything to return to his home world.
* Traits:
** Powers: Super-Strength, low-level Super-Speed (faster than a human, but not much), made of a highly-durable Titanium Alloy, which can take even direct plasma fire, an electronic adrenaline system, which routes extra power to systems needed for combat when a fight is detected, limited regeneration of Skin Sheath, and various protection subroutines, including moving circuitry to protected areas in case of massive electrical shock. Other abilities include: Detection of Infrared, Thermal, Radio, Directed Sound and Cell Phone signatures, extensive databases on weaponry, psychology, zoology and culture and the ability to evaluate a situation and assign it a probability.
** Weaknesses: Anti Armour Weaponry, High Heat, High Pressure, sustained plasma fire and rupturing it's fuel cells.
** Equipment: Currently no weapons, black shirt, underwear, leather pants, leather jacket, leather boots.
** Acclimator: This pair of Sunglasses.
When activated, it creates a form-fitting metallic black suit, the sunglasses substituting as a visor.
** Class: Close Quarters Combat, Most ranged weaponry roles, Damage Soaking.
I hope this is good enough. And I hope I do well.

- Name: Connor MacLeod, aka The Highlander
- Race: Immortal.
- Gender: Male.
- Franchise: Highlander.
Description
Physical Appearance
Link
◊. Connor is a man of average height and slender build. He is frequently seen in blue jeans and a leather jacket, sneakers and a khaki/tan trenchcoat.
History
Born in 1518, Connor Mac Leod was raised a warrior by his Clan who were at war with the neighbouring Frasier Clan. During an epic battle in 1536 between the Clans, Connor was impaled by another immortal, The Kurgan. Dealing him a mortal blow Connor lay on the battleground dying.
Found near death at the end of the battle, Connor was taken back to Glenfinnen for his last rites and a proper burial once he was dead. On his deathbed, Conner was visited by his family and honoured by his Clan until he died.
Reviving from his first death, he believed it was a miracle, unfortunately the other members of the Clan, his family included, thought differently, they believed it was witchcraft, the work of the devil. Facing being burned at the stake for his crimes Connor was banished from Glenfinnen by the Clan Chieftain Angus Mac Leod.
Now alone and unsure of who he was, Conner wandered the highlands, trying to find a place of his own. In 1539 Connor met Heather Mac Donald, the two fell in love and were married. In 1541 he met the man then known as Juan Sanchez Villa-Lobos Ramirez, another immortal who had been born as Tak Ne three thousand years earlier in ancient Egypt. Ramirez took Connor under his wing, becoming his teacher in the life of an Immortal and the rules of The Game. Training him in styles of combat that Connor had never seen before, Ramirez quickly became friends with the younger immortal.
Ramirez told Connor of the man that had dealt him his first death, The Kurgan, an immortal from Russia who was as cruel and sadistic as he was strong. If he was to win The Game then mankind would suffer an eternity of torment. Training to beat The Kurgan became the driving force in Connor’s life, forsaking the building of his house for now he began training harder than ever before. Under the guide of Ramirez he became adept at swordsmanship and trained in various forms that Ramirez had mastered from the Far East.
One night while Connor was away, The Kurgan finally attacked. After a heated battle The Kurgan slew Ramirez and absorbed his Quickening. Raping Heather and destroying their home in the process The Kurgan was furious that he could not find Connor. Believing Connor dead, The Kurgan moved on.
Returning to the scene, Connor found Ramirez body and buried him honorably. Heather never told him about the ordeal she faced with The Kurgan, something he wouldn’t find out for over four hundred years. As Heather grew old Connor stayed with her until she died an old woman, after her death Connor buried her in the Highlands and burnt down his house, now intent on finishing his training as an Immortal he left Scotland and started exploring the world.
Personality
For the most part Connor is reserved and aloof from most emotions, and can be standoffish to people he considers too frivolous. He keeps his thoughts and feelings to himself, although he will occasionally let a smile or his trademark stacccato laugh. He posesses an extensive knowledge of human history, and has skilled experience with most forms of weaponry. In particular, he is an almost peerless swordsman.
Traits
- Powers
- Immortality: Connor can potentially life forever, and is immune to the effects if age and disease. He cannot die from other wounds that would be fatal to a mortal such as gunshots, electrocution, and falling from a great height. Though these actions cannot kill him, he may still be severely injured. At most, he can "die" for a brief period of time, reviving fully intact once his body has healed itself.
- Healing Factor: He can recover from almost any injury quickly, with the exception of decapitation attempts.
- "The Buzz": When concentrating, Connor can sense the presence of other living beings in his near vicinity.
- Enhanced Strength: Connor's strength is slightly above that of any human.
- Enhanced Speed: The same applies to his speed.
- Sword Mastery: His skill with bladed weapons is unmatched by any ordinary human, with four hundred years of accumulated experience at his disposal.
- Weaknesses
- Decapitation: Removal of Connor's head will kill him instantly, causing his Quickening and releasing a wave of energy that makes everything in a hundred yard radius explode.
- Holy Ground: All Immortals are forbidden from fighting on holy ground. Holy ground is defined as any land or building held sacred by any people in the world. Examples of holy ground include; Native American sacred lands, cathedrals, churches, chaples, cemetaries, monasteries, and mosques.
- Equipment
- Ivory Handled Katana: Connor's ivory-handled Masamune katana is a weapon like no other. It was forged in 590 B.C. by the legendary master swordsmith for Immortal Juan Sánchez Villa-Lobos Ramírez, as a dowry for his marriage to Princess Shakiko. Using revolutionary techniques which would not become common until the 14th century A.D., Masamune folded the metal in the blade over two hundred times, creating the katana's infamous razor-sharp edge.
- Acclimator: A brooch in the shape of the MacLeod crest
◊, worn under his coat. When expanded, it takes the form of a suit of 16th century plate armour.
- Class: Swordsman

- Name: Ford "Ix" Prefect
- Race: Betelgeusian.
- Gender: Male
- Franchise: The Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy.
- Description: A humanoid alien hailing from a small planet somewhere in the vincinity of Betelgeuse, Ford resembles (and has been mistaken for) a human being on several occasions. He has striking (but not extremely handsome) features, with gingerish hair brushed backwards, and a tight face. That said, he is not entirely human- he rarely blinks and and smiles somewhat too broadly (in addition to not understanding sarcasm well, as they don't have it on Betelgeuse), and is extremely long lived.
- History: A roving reporter for the beloved (although frequently apocrypyhal and inaccurate) repository of Galactic knowledge, Ford chose his name as part of his undercover period spent on Earth, due to having mistaken the dominant lifeform. For fifteen years he was stranded there, but when the Vogons arrived to demolish the planet he hitched a ride with his friend Arthur. Since then, he has had a wide variety of adventures across space and time, that have, at various points, involved him getting shot at, insulted, blown up, reconstituted, timewarped, and generally not having a good time of it. His real goal in life, of course, is to get drunk and dance with pretty girls, but whether or not travelling across the universes will provide this is anyone's guess.
- Personality: Ford is generally a pretty froody and altogether guy- cool in a crisis, (sometimes a little too cool), calm, relaxed, and easygoing. Despite not having any real powers, he is still surprisingly competent and always seems to have formulated a plan of escape or action even when it's impossible to carry out. He's also not very good at understanding sarcasm, as pointed out previously.
- Traits: Ford has no real powers to speak of besides his level head and preparedness, but he does have a strange sense of persuasion that allows others (even robots and aliens) to comprehend and empathize with even his strangest ideas and desires, due in part to his heavy consumption of Janx Spirit in Orion Beta. He's also a happy alcholic, and will cheerfully consume all drinks, from mild tonics to Pan Galactic Gargle Blasters.
- Weaknesses: A distinct fondness for alcohol, some mild short-sightedness in his otherwise excellent plans.
- Equipment: Ford, of course, has the most important and useful tool that a galactic hitchhiker could want- a towel, which can be used for a wide variety of purposes, including a hand-to-hand combat weapon, parachute, sail, blanket, and, of course, as a towel. In addition to this, he also possesses a Sub-Etha "thumb", which allows instantaneous teleportation onto any unshielded vessel or ship, at the cost of some salt and protein. Finally, he posseses the most accurate electronic encyclopedia in the universe * , the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, which is a massively useful electronic repository, with just about anything an interstellar traveller might need. It is likely that over the course of his adventures he will update the Guide with tales of his exploits across the universe (such as informing any potential travellers where the best alcohol is.)
- Acclimator: Ford's acclimator, is, of course, woven into his towel, and takes the form of a small, thin metal disc, with the words "DON'T PANIC" inscribed upon it in large, friendly letters. When activated, it expands around him, creating a spherical orb with several rotating "rings" around it, giving the illusion of a small planet.
- Class: Fighter, technician.

- Name: Evangeline Athanasia Katerina McDowell. Also known as...
- Race: True-blood Vampire, whatever that means. About all that is relevant to Evangeline as of this moment in time is that she can quite cheerfully drink blood and happens to not age. Whether or not she's as easily killed as she should be in her current state is a mystery.
- Gender: Female
- Franchise: Mahou Sensei Negima. To be more specific, a crossover (yes, as a background) between Mahou Sensei Negima and Ranma One Half. The reason for this is that, firstly, disregarding the irrelevant* inconsistency between dates, the two universes fit together pretty much seamlessly—magic, ki, ki has strange effects, magical items with strange properties, half-human characters. The second reason is this enables Ranma* to remain incapable of avoiding being engaged despite being in a different universe.
- Description:
- Physical appearance: The first and most notable thing about Evangeline's appearance is this: she's physically ten. Having been turned into a vampire on her tenth birthday back in the late Middle Ages, she's been ten for anywhere up to seven centuries at this point and, as such, does not appreciate attention being drawn to this fact. This means that, amongst other things, she's a mere four foot three in height and about as lacking in muscle as one would expect from this, as well as being completely undeveloped physically. She does know a spell that would age her to her actual age... but that isn't an option.
The second most notable thing about Evangeline's appearance is that her hair, blonde and in a Hime Cut for whatever reason, is practically as long as she is tall. Whilst she may be short that is still an alarming volume of hair and is as easily noticeable as she herself isn't. As might be expected, she has icy blue eyes to go with her fair hair, which is rather fitting.
Several other, less noticeable, features clue one in to Evangeline's nature. The fangs, small as they are, are an indicator that she is a vampire. So, too, does the pale skin, though that could just as easily be explained away by poor constitution and rarely leaving her house. Whilst the latter two facts are completely true, they are a result of her being a vampire rather than a cause of the pale complexion.
Finally, there is the vampire girl's clothing: the standard Mahora Girls' Junior High School clothing. This consists of a red waistcoat, ribbon, blazer, and plaid skirt along with a white shirt and, in Evangeline's case, thigh-high black socks, for whatever reason. - History: A brief summation of Evangeline's past shows that she is far from the luckiest person to have ever existed. It all started back in the middle ages, when Scottish nobility gave birth to the future Queen of the Night. Nothing happened much until her tenth birthday when someone* turned her into a vampire. When she woke up, everyone in the castle was dead, including the man who had done this to her.
For centuries, Evangeline wandered the world and killed everyone who attacked her, which was a considerable number given how people often feel about vampires. Along the way, she developed Magia Erebea, magic that works by fusing a spell with your soul and has a considerable number of ways to go wrong if you are either unsuited to accepting everything—the good or the bad—or overuse it. She also created Chachazero, a gleefully bloodthirsty puppet, and gained both a reputation as the boogeyman of the magical world and a terrifying number of epithets. She also put a castle, a villa, and several wildernesses in bottles, however that works.
Skipping over the rather dreary events of her life, two things of interest happened before she was sealed in Mahora. Firstly, she ran into a martial artist and his young son on a training trip and offered him a meal in exchange for an engagement or his blood, expecting no-one to accept the former deal. Having proven herself a more than capable martial artist (as well as being in her adult form), the man accepted, gaining Saotome Ranma yet another engagement. The second thing of interest was that the Thousand Master saved her from... something, though what could make her require saving is something of a mystery. After that, she became a Stalker with a Crush, leading to his ultimately cursing her to remain in school.
Whilst many things happened after the Thousand Master's son came to Mahora, this Evangeline hasn't yet had the pleasure of having Negi arrive at her class and is, as such, incredibly bored. Over ten years of going over the same three years of education is mind-numbingly boring, especially when you're centuries old. - Personality: Evangeline is something of an enigma. She plays up to her reputation, threatening the most reprehensible acts imaginable and possessing a tendency to break into insane laughter, but her actions tend to indicate that she's far more noble than anyone could guess from reputation alone. Other things, such as the way her room is arrayed, a noted tendency towards playing video games in the nude, and being willing to force classmates to cosplay for her own amusement, suggests that she's just a lonely, bored girl with a lack of interest in social mores. Or footwear, if it can be helped.
Evangeline has a marked tendency towards comparing herself to a video game final boss and making other game analogies.
- Traits:
- Powers: Evangeline's abilities have many sources but are all, ultimately, learned from experience or were developed by her over the course of her life. The full list is considerably extensive—and mostly irrelevant, given that the conditions of her sealing still affect her—so only those abilities likely to become relevant at some point are listed here:
- Martial Arts: Ranging from 'capable of pulverising people without trying' to the more subtle (and far more useful, given her current condition) ability to incapacitate people with pressure points and an iron fan, Evangeline has a considerable range of martial skills at her disposal. This is just as well, given her current state.
- Magic: Whilst Evangeline's magic is mostly unusable in her current state, she is extremely skilled with it, especially ice and darkness magic, and is fully capable of developing her own spells. However, unless she is placed in an area with extremely high ambient magic—such as you would get from the dissolution of a magical world or a tree pumping it out—Evangeline is incapable of accessing the full measure of her supernatural abilities. The 'base' level for ambient magic appears to be just enough to prevent her from ageing. The blood of those themselves high in magic is also suitable for giving her a brief boost in power.
- Vampirism: The only main effect of the blonde's vampirism appears to be the lack of ageing. It is likely that, with magic to actually fuel the abilities, the supposedly-strong* barriers protecting her from harm fall under this, as do the strength boosts. What certainly does is an ability to regenerate wounds such as 'having half her chest blown away' without comment. So might the flight.
- Weaknesses: Evangeline's list of weaknesses is nearly as extensive as her strengths, given the situation she's in:
- Age: All else aside, she still has a ten year old body with all the attendant flaws and weaknesses. Without magical access to compensate, the vampire is the epitome of Weak, but Skilled.
- Constitution: Being a vampire for centuries has left her base constitution rather weak, such that she is extremely vulnerable to illness. Once again, without magic to compensate, it doesn't take much to turn her into an Ill Girl with the addition of being sensitive to sunlight.
- Allergies: Garlic and leeks. She also hates garlic. This has nothing to do with Evangeline's being a vampire.
- Lack of Innate Magic: For whatever reason, being sealed in Mahora prevents her from storing her own mana, forcing her to instead draw it from her surroundings or other people's blood. This means that Evangeline cannot access her abilities unless circumstances permit it and is extremely vulnerable to damage or ranged attacks if caught unaware. For whatever reason, the same item enabling her to travel, bypassing the remain-at-school curse, enforces Mahora's sealing of magic on her, which is fortunate for the people that she encounters.
- Equipment: An iron fan. It's best not to ask what this was doing in her pockets.
- Acclimator: Evangeline's Acclimator is, as befits her tastes in clothing, a plain silver cross, worn about her neck. There's a considerable level of irony inherent in a vampire's wearing crosses. When activated, the armour provided comes in the form of heavy black plate, which is rather awkward for her, joined with a dress.*
- Class: Assuming that Old Master isn't a class, Evangeline's fighting style is, by necessity, that of a Fragile Speedster/Glass Cannon hybrid: she can take down most human, or human-like, enemies in one or two blows given similar enough physiology but she cannot take damage in her current state. Or, for that matter, easily deal with large, non-human enemies.

Nice work, Vox; as for you, GCR, you may need to tweak the formatting of your post just a touch.
Now then, as promised I shall provide you all with...
A Sample Character
- Name: Peter Parker, a.k.a. the Amazing Spider-Man.
- Race: altered human (mutate)
- Gender: Male.
- Franchise: Spider-Man
Description
Physical appearance
A slender Caucasian man in his mid-twenties, Peter Parker possesses short brown hair and hazel eyes. While of average height and slight of frame, Parker’s body is far more muscular than his frame would indicate; thanks to his lifestyle and the mutations to his genetic code brought about by that fateful spider bite, Peter is in peak physical condition beyond even that of the finest Olympic athletes. In his civilian guise Peter Parker typically wears casual, unassuming clothing; at the time the game begins, his outfit consists of simple sneakers, brown cargo pants and a blue sweater—overall similar to his attire from Spectacular Spider Man.In his Spider-Man guise, Peter wears his iconic costume—a full-body suit consisting primarily of red and blue, with a complex pattern resembling a great spider’s web covering the whole ensemble. Spider-Man’s face is totally concealed behind his distinctive mask, the lenses of which function similarly a two-way mirror—from inside the mask he can see through them without any difficulty, but the same cannot be said of anyone trying to peer through them on the outside.
History
Orphaned at an early age and taken in by his elderly aunt and uncle, Peter Parker’s formative years were hardly ideal; frail, bookish and not of an athletic persuasion, the young Parker was frequently picked on and ostracized by his peers. All this changed, however, when a freak accident at a scientific demonstration he was attending one day saw him get bitten by an irradiated spider—and rather than come down with a case of radiation poisoning as might have been expected, the spider’s venom instead altered and changed his genetic code, granting Peter abilities and powers far beyond those of an ordinary human. At first, Peter sought to exploit his newfound powers for his own profit and swiftly developed a narcissistic streak; however, when his uncle was senselessly gunned down by a burglar and he realized that the murderer was a thief he could have stopped earlier that very day, Peter learned a harsh lesson: with great power, there must also come great responsibility. Thus was Spider-Man born.
Since that day, Peter has dedicated himself to opposing crime and evil wherever he can; in his ten years as Spider-Man, he has fought many villains and been a member of many different superhero organizations, including the Avengers, the Fantastic Four, the Defenders, the New Avengers, and most recently the Future Foundation. His life has hardly been easy—for a long time he was feared and hated by the very people he had sworn to protect, he has lost both the first great love of his life and his best friend to death, he suffered from an identity crisis where he was not certain whether he was actually Peter Parker or a clone of the real Peter, and his greatest foes always seem to find a way to return from the grave—yet for every downward turn, there is an upward climb; and he refuses to let the low parts drag him down.
Personality
Ever since the death of his Uncle Ben, Peter Parker has never forgotten that with great power there must also come great responsibility; he does not hesitate to help those in need, even when the inhabitants of New York fear and hate their self-appointed protector. Peter is characterized by his indomitable will; no matter what sort of curveballs life throws his way, no matter the hardships he is forced to endure, Peter takes his licks and never gives up. Despite all that he has lost, Spider-Man has never lost his sense of humour; unless the situation is deadly serious, he will always be ready with a string of quips and corny jokes to frustrate his enemies (and occasionally, his allies) into surrender or defeat. In addition to this, Peter is something of a scientific genius; he devised and created both his iconic web-shooters and the remarkable adhesive known as web fluid during his teenage years, and has invented several more devices since then, such as a technologically-advanced stealth suit and a bullet-proof costume incorporating steel plates into its design. Highly intelligent, Peter was a Science Major in university and taught science in high school for a brief time; he is an accomplished chemist and physicist.
Traits
- Powers:
- Superhuman Strength: Spider-Man possesses the proportionate strength of a spider; he is capable of lifting 10 tons with minimal effort, and his great strength enables him to hurl heavy objects like semi-trucks with ease. This strength extends to his leg muscles as well, allowing him to leap several stories in a single bound.
- Wall-crawling: Spider-Man is able to cling to sheer surfaces even through the fabric of his costume, allowing him to scale walls swiftly and easily. The precise mechanism of this ability is not fully understood, even by Spider-Man himself, but it seems to involve some level of mental manipulation of his body’s electron shells.
- Superhuman Speed: while nowhere near the level of such speedsters as Quicksilver or the Flash, Spider-Man is still capable of running and moving at speeds beyond the physical capabilities of the finest athlete; on foot, he is fast enough to catch up to an accelerating car.
- Superhuman Durability: tougher and hardier than ordinary people, Spider-Man can withstand impacts that would cripple or kill a regular person—such as a fall from a great height, or being struck by a foe with far greater super strength—with little discomfort. In fact, his musculature and body are so durable that he must roll with the punches of his non-powered (or slightly weaker) opponents so that they avoid breaking their own wrists.
- Superhuman Agility: Spider-Man is extraordinarily limber and his joints are twice as elastic as those of an ordinary human despite their enhanced strength, giving him incredible flexibility. His balance, agility and acrobatic prowess exceed those of the finest athletes, aerialists and acrobats in the world, and he regularly incorporates complex gymnastic sequences of flips, rolls and springs into his movements when fighting criminals and supervillains.
- Superhuman Equilibrium: Spider-Man possesses an innate sense of orientation, allowing him to balance on any surface no matter how small or narrow.
- Superhuman Reflexes: Spider-Man’s reflexes are far superior to the norm, being roughly 40 times faster than those of an ordinary human’s. When employed in tandem with his spider-sense, Spider-Man is very difficult to hit; he can dodge nearly any attack, up to and including gunfire if there is sufficient distance between himself and the shooter(s).
- Minor Healing Factor: Spider-Man’s injuries heal faster than those of an ordinary human. While not up to the level of say, Wolverine, he is capable of healing from broken bones and severe tissue damage in a matter of days.
- Foreign Chemical Resistance: Spider-Man has a higher tolerance for drugs and diseases than a normal human, and can recover from the effects of larger doses rapidly; this resistance is even sufficient for him to overcome the effects of vampirism and delay—but not prevent—turning into a zombie if bitten by one. Strangely, the one exception appears to be alcohol; his tolerance for the stuff is no better than that of the average man, and may in fact be weaker.
- Spider-Sense: a passive, extrasensory ability which warns Spider-Man of potential imminent danger; it manifests as a tingling sensation at the back of his skull, which grows stronger based on the severity of the danger. It is tied into his superhuman kinesthetic abilities, allowing Spider-Man to dodge nearly any attack; however, it does not distinguish between harmless if aggressive gestures and true hostile intent, so at times he is forced to cognitively override his reflexes to avoid giving his identity away. His spider-sense is directional, and can guide Spider-Man to or away from hidden weapons and enemies.
- Weaknesses:
- Spider-Sense Disruption: certain drugs and specialized equipment can block or temporarily weaken Spider-Man’s spider-sense, causing its effectiveness to be diminished drastically; in addition, it will not react to things which it does not register as a threat, such as the Venom symbiote and its progeny, clones of himself and Anti-Venom. When deprived of his spider-sense Spider-Man becomes vulnerable to surveillance and attack, and web-slinging requires his full concentration; otherwise he will miss his mark and in all likelihood fall several dozen stories…and while he is not certain whether or not he could survive such a drop, he is not particularly keen to find out.
- Ethyl Chloride Vulnerability: perhaps as a by-product of his superhuman abilities, Spider-Man is just as susceptible to the pesticide ethyl chloride as his arachnid namesake.
- Equipment:
- Web-shooters: Spider-Man’s most well-known piece of equipment, these wrist-mounted devices can spray thin strands of a powerful adhesive known as web fluid with a simple application of pressure; the web-shooters’ pressure pads require an exertion of 65lbs to trigger, thereby preventing Spider-Man from accidentally shooting webs whenever he makes a fist. The web-shooters can be adjusted to fire their contents in a variety of ways, though typically he fires them in lines of varying consistency; these are used to swing from buildings, ensnare fleeing villains, and various other things.
- Web cartridges: Spider-Man’s supply of web fluid is not infinite, and his shooters will run dry sooner or later; to avoid running out of the stuff at crucial moments, he carries additional web cartridges on his person at all times. These cartridges carry enough web fluid, pressurized at 300 p.s.i., to produce a 60-foot stream of complex web-pattern, and can be swapped in or out of the web-shooters themselves at a moment’s notice.
- Utility belt: concealed beneath the hem of Spider-Man’s costume, this belt carries his supply of spare web catridges (10 at the start of the game) and his Spider-Signal, a light mounted near his navel which projects an image of his mask over a short area.
- Acclimator: Spider-Man’s acclimator takes the form of an ornate silver gauntlet which slides over his left hand; it lacks any sort of palm, to prevent it from interfering with the operating of his web-shooter. A red-and-blue crystal roughly the size of a date sits on the back of the gauntlet, and the glove’s surface is ridged and webbed in imitation of his costume’s distinctive patterns. When activated for multiversal travel, the Acclimator expands to cover Spider-Man’s entire body in a suit of armour not entirely unlike his Iron Spider costume; this sleek, form-fitting armature differs from the Iron Spider suit only in colour scheme, with blue and tarnished silver taking the place of that costume’s red and gold, respectively.
- Class: Pugilist—owing to his many years of experience as a crime fighter and superhero, Spider-Man is a master of hand-to-hand combat and has developed his own style of martial arts based around his superhuman attributes and abilities. In battle he makes heavy use of his agility and manoeuvrability to control the battlefield, artfully dodging his enemies’ efforts to hit him while delivering powerful blows with his fists and feet.
- Name: Malachite
- Race: Technically human but with access to magic.
- Gender: Male
- Franchise: Suburban Knights
- Description:
- Physical appearance: what your character looks like. Malachite is a humanoid man wearing all black along with sunglasses. Most of the time Malachite will only carry two things. A staff he seems to use as a walking stick along with his Gauntlet. The Gauntlet used to look like a tool befitting a great sorcerer like Malachite however a Mr. Chuck Jaffers got a rare prototype to the Nintendo Power Glove and attached the gem which was the source of his and the gauntlet's power to it ironically fusing technology and magic. While Malachite looks like a man in maybe his 30's he is actually eons old and under those Sunglasses are black, pupilless, "soulless" eyes caused by his dependence on magic.
- History: Eons ago there was a sorcerer named Malachite and an alchemist named Aion. Both were the best in their repesctive fields. One day the King of all the land called both men and said he would develop a force based on the strongest force. While the King said science Malachite disagreed and challenged Aion to a duel to prove which was stronger. Malachite created his gauntlet known as Malachite's Hand to focus his strength and to stop the lifeforce draining side effects of magic. However Aion created a ring that later became the Heart ring given to Ma-Ti to combat the Hand. Aion won the duel and took the gauntlet from Malachite. This led to society becoming the technologically dependent society we live in today as magic vanished and the gauntlet was buried. Malachite who was immortal or at least long-lived as long he didn't use magic watched this change and grew to loathe technology with all of his being. Malachite hunted for his Hand in order to destroy the technological world and bring us back to an age of magic. After leading the Nostalgia Critic and friends to the field where the Hand was buried he mercilessly kills the self-proclaimed guardians of the Hand, took the hand and nearly killed the entire TGWTG crew with the world soon to follow. However Ma-Ti used Aion's ring to defeat Malachite. Malachite vanished in an explosion during the battle with him and his hand never to be seen.
- Personality: Malachite is a bitter, determined man focused on the destruction of the technological world and now revenge against the TGWTG crew in Ma-Ti's stead. Malachite will ask people using technology especially as a crutch will ask them what they think of the 21st century. If the answer is not to his liking he'll use magic to kill them right then and there. Technology is seen as a crutch and a disgrace to the world by him and he sees himself as well-intentioned trying to bring the world to its glory days.
- Traits: the aspects of your character which will factor into their adventure. These include:
o Powers: Malachite is a strong magician with access to martial arts. With the gauntlet he is making a man hit himself in the crotch, ripping out a man's heart without him noticing, sending lightning from the sky to evaporate a woman and firing a big green laser. Lastly Malachite has strength stronger than any normal man. Maybe the strength of about 5-10 men
o Weaknesses: Sadly even with the Gauntlet stopping the life-draining properites of magic Magic is still very tiring. Even with the Gauntlet Malachite can only cast a few big spells or use magic for about 15 minutes before becoming exhausted and needing to focus on martial arts. Also weapons based on Heart will cause extra damage to him and probably knock him unconscious and kill him. Also he can be damaged by bullets, cars and other things just like a normal man.
o Equipment: Malachite has of course his gauntlet. A Nintendo Power Glove due to the interventions of Chuck Jaffers a man who discovered the gauntlet. The Power Glove has a green gem engraved on it. That green gem is the real source of the gauntlet's power and a tool for Malachite to focus his magic on. Also with Malachite is his staff for martial arts if needed. Lastly is a cell phone in his pocket that presumably will not work or have access to in this RP. He is wearing black jeans, a black trilby or fedora, a black T-Shirt and sunglasses to cover his black pupilless eyes.
o Acclimator: A second gauntlet with a blue gem covering Malachite's non-covered hand that when activated turns into armor reminiscent of the Dark Magician from Yu Gi Oh.
o Class: Black Mage with his hand Malachite can use offensive magic for a good period of time before becoming exhausted. However place him with more technologically savvy teammates and he may have to be reminded to be in a truce.
Anything else Sullen?

Well, if you could break down the traits section, that's be nice, fuse I see that you've already covered that. Seems decent, though.

The Danse Macabre Codex...I hope this is okay, ahah... If it needs any more work, just let me know and I'll see what I can do.
- Name: Satsuki "Sacchin" Yumizuka
◊
- Race: Dead Apostle (vampire)
- Gender: Female
- Franchise: Tsukihime
- Description:
- Physical appearance: Satsuki looks like your everyday, average 16 year old Japanese girl. At 161cm, she's a little taller than average, with a slightly atheletic build. Her hair is long and brown, and usually styled into twintails, whilst her eyes are suspiciously blood red (the first real sign that she's not exactly what she seems). She almost always wears the girls' uniform from the high school she used to go to; a yellow vest over a white blouse, with a blue skirt and similarly coloured ribbon around her neck, and a pair of Mary Jane shoes. Notably, her canine teeth are somewhat pronounced.
- History: Satsuki used to be a normal girl, making her way through high school without much incident whilst pining away with unrequited love for her classmate, Shiki. One day, she finally plucked up the courage to walk home with him, and convinced him to promise her: "If I'm ever in a pinch, you'll come and help me, right?". Elated at this, she headed off to her own home, not knowing that this would be her last living memory, for that very night she was attacked by the Dead Apostle Michael Roa Valdamjong, who infected her with vampirism. Whilst most people bitten by a Dead Apostle either die or turn into a weak, mindless zombie, against all odds Satsuki regained self-awareness and sentience, completely skipping past the intitial stages of vampirism and becoming a Dead Apostle herself rather than a zombie or a feral ghoul. However, she was still hungry and, unused to her new vampiric state, went on a short rampage before coming face to face with Shiki once again. What happened between them there is unknown, but somehow she survived the encounter and went into hiding for a short while. Eventually, she met up with a fellow vampire named Sion, who has been helping her adjust to her new state as well as make amends for the initial unpleasantness she caused in her unlife. Lately, things have been looking up for, as she has began to accept her status as a Dead Apostle, and has made friends with an old friend of Sion's, a vampire hunter named Riesbyfe; the three form a group that is informally known as "The Backalley Alliance". However, no matter how things change, she'll always cling to the hope that one day, Shiki will finally notice her and return her affections.
- Personality: Satsuki is somewhat shy, and harbours something of an inferiority complex, although she generally tries to stay cheerful despite how unhappy her life has been. She's usually a sweet, gentle girl, but when her bloodthirst acts up she begins to revert into a feral, highly aggressive monster who takes a little too much joy in perpetrating acts of violence. When her thirst is quenched, however, she will instantly be full of regret for anything she has done during that time.
- Traits:
- Powers:
- Undead: Satsuki is a Dead Apostle, a kind of vampire, and is no longer "living". She does not age, and is practically immortal. Abilities, spells, etc. that only affect living targets will not affect her.
- Superhuman Strength: As a Dead Apostle, Satsuki benefits from greatly increased strength. It's not entirely clear just how strong she is, but she is capable of launching a fully grown human across a room with one punch. However, she lacks any real fighting technique or training, mostly just relying on sheer brute strength whenever she has to fight.
- Superhuman Speed: Satsuki is also able to move faster than a regular human. At top speed, she is almost impossible for the eye to follow, although going at such speeds tires her out rather quickly.
- Superhuman Durability: The body of a Dead Apostle is much more durable than a humans, and only really takes significant damage from weapons specifically designed to kill vampires. Whilst she can be killed by mundane weapons, Satsuki takes so little damage from them that any wounds suffered from such things are almost instantly declared moot by her healing factor anyway.
- Superhuman Agility: Satsuki is capable of feats of agility comparable to those of an Olympic gymnast. However, this is somewhat compensated by the fact that she's actually a little bit clumsy.
- Superhuman Reflexes: Tied somewhat to her speed, Satsuki's reflexes are far superior to those of a regular human. She can easily dodge a bullet fired from almost point-blank range.
- Healing Factor: Satsuki's wounds seem to heal incredibly quickly as long as she has a regular supply of blood.
- Mystic Eyes of Enchantment: A supernatural power possessed by most Dead Apostles. If Satsuki locks eyes with someone else, she is able to hypnotize them. As she doesn't have much practice with this power, all she can really do is implant simple suggestions, or make someone ignore something they would otherwise take instant notice of.
- Maiden's Unrequited Fist: A special attack that channels all of Satsuki's unrequited love, as well as her anger and sorrow at her condition, into her hand, causing it to burn red with awesome power. By grabbing an enemy with her shining fingers, the heat from her hand causes them to take critical damage. About ten seconds after activation, the power in her hand erupts into an explosion that causes even more damage, whilst for some reason leaving Satsuki herself unharmed. It is unknown where, when and how she developed this attack.
- Depletion Garden: Satsuki's Reality Marble,
a special ability possessed by very few people where the user can temporarily overwrite the surrounding reality with a landscape representative of their soul. It is a representation of her mental world; of the girl who faces continuous loss-without-gain. It takes the form of a blasted wasteland full of dead plants and trees, and drains all of the mana in the surrounding area away. It effectively works as a very powerful form of Anti-Magic, completely negating any and all magical effects from occuring within the garden, and possibly causing immense harm to creatures/constructs who need magical energy to survive. It costs a great deal of energy to activate Depletion Garden, and Satsuki can only keep it active for a few minutes at most. Currently, Satsuki does not even know she has this ability, and so it only very rarely manifests itself.
- High Magical Potential: As those who possess Reality Marbles need to have a high magical potential to be able to manifest them, it can be assumed that so does Satsuki. However, she is unaware of this, and the only notable effects of it so far are the extremely unusually short time it took her to become a full-fledged Dead Apostle and the manifestation of Depletion Garden, although her Maiden's Unrequited Fist may also be linked to it somehow.
- Weaknesses:
- Bloodthirst: As a vampire, Satsuki is plagued with an inhuman hunger for the blood of the living. If she does not regularly quench her bloodthirst, she will steadily grow weaker and her mind will become more unstable.
- Degeneration: The body of a Dead Apostle is constantly degenerating, and will eventually rot away into nothingness. The only way to prevent this from happening is for Satsuki to drink blood at regular intervals.
- Sunlight: Exposure to direct sunlight speeds up the degenerative process, causing Satsuki's body to rot and decay at an incredible rate, and as such she does whatever she can to avoid it.
- Running Water: As a vampire, Satsuki cannot cross running water.
- Equipment: Nothing of note.
- Acclimator: Satsuki's Acclimator is a pair of glasses, just like the kind Shiki wears. She usually wears them on a ribbon around her neck, due to the fact that if she wears them like a regular pair of glasses they will prevent her from using her Mystic Eyes of Enchantment. When it is activated, it sheathes Satsuki in a skin-tight suit that looks suspiciously like the flight suit of Domon Kasshu.
- Class: Bruiser - Satsuki's fighting style is unrefined and lacks finesse, but her superior strength more than makes up for that.
- Powers:

@ Fuse: Not as far as I can tell, no.
All of you seem to have done quite well with your profiles, though I'll hold off on 'officially' accepting these characters for the time-being; I do not intend to start this game before next Thursday at the very earliest.
The Danse Macabre CodexRanma Saotome
- Race: Human.
- Gender: Male or female depending on form.
- Franchise: Ranma One Half
- Physical Appearance: Ranma is a reasonably handsome young man with a well sculpted frame. His trademark hair style is always in the form of a three part pig tail, which like a real tail can move around. In female form, he becomes a well endowed red headed version of himself, much smaller in size and very curvaceous. He often wears outfits associated with China like his sleeveless Kung Pao or red star green uniform. Other times he wears his red tunic with black pants or a simple white gi.
- History: Ranma is an only son, and as a toddler was removed from home to be trained as a martial artist by his dad, spending about fourteen years training. In China, he had bad luck and fell into the cursed Jusenkyo Spring, specifically the Spring of Drowned Girl. As a result, he gained the curse of turning female whenever he is exposed to cooler waters, and reverts to male via warmer waters. Afterwards, he hunkered down in the Tendo Dojo and had also enrolled in the local high school. He then led a rather adventurous life, making friends, rivals, and fiances and generally either being dragged into conflicts or outright causing them.
- Personality: Ranma is generally carefree and friendly to most people, though he has a hot blooded and stubbornness streak also. He also has somewhat bad social skills, capable of creating consequences easily without knowing so. He has immense pride in his manliness, though he's willing to act like a female to suit his needs. He tends to be easy to embarrass and will not give up until he is victorious in encounters, no matter how powerful the opponent.
- Powers: Ranma is a very capable martial artist and due to training his body, he has gained superhuman qualities. Ranma is swift enough to land hundreds of strikes on his opponents in the span of a few seconds, agile enough to leap from tree branch to tree branch, powerful enough to lift boulders and crash through walls with ease, and durable enough to survive falls from great heights as well as blows that can split rocks and bend steel. He also has an impressive ability to bounce back from severe injuries within a day's worth of rest. As far as his fighting style goes, the School of Indiscriminate Grappling trained him to be versatile and do anything to win. He has been known to jack enemy techniques for his own use and is proficient with many conventional weapons, as well as unconventional ones.
- Weaknesses: Ranma has a tendency of hubris, and let his pride make him impulsive. He cannot stand losing, and his temper is also capable of blinding his rational thoughts. As a female, While still strong, is a lot less durable and powerful than the male side, a fact made obvious in any area that has cooler water, which is always a risk. When exposed to cats, Ranma freezes up and runs away. If he is not able to escape, his mind shall warp into a cat's mind frame, bestowing pon him usage of the Cat's Fist, though stripping away mental clarity and sentient thoughts, making him a wild animal that can only be tamed by females.
- Equipment: Ranma makes due of whatever is closest by whether it be chopsticks, bras, swords, staves, monkeys, horses, kettles, other people, and even his own hair. He has no standard equipment save for his uniform, which he sometimes uses in combat.
- Acclimator: Ranma's Acclimator takes the shape of a small gold fillet around his arm so as not to get in the way of his fighting style and if need be turned into an impromptu weapon just by adding more oomph to his punches. When traversing the dimensions, it turns into a Chinese general's armor, consisting of sturdy yet flexible chain mail tunic, a black and gold helm with pheasant feathers, arm and shin guards, a lacquered outer jacket, grieves, and sturdy plated pants colored black.
- Class: Ranma is a Martial Artist.
- Name: Dexter Morgan
- Race: Human
- Gender: Male
- Franchise: Dexter
- Description:
- Physical appearance: Isn't he so friendly?
◊
- History:
- Dexter's mother was murdered when he was 3 years old by three men with chainsaws while he and his brother watched. He was adopted by Harry Morgan, a cop who Dexter's mother was an informant for, and who was sleeping with his mother. Harry soon figured out that his son was a psychopath, and began to teach him how to kill only those who deserved it, and to not get caught. That was Harry's Code. Dexter's first kill is a nurse who would cause people to overdose on morphine. He gets permission from Harry to kill her. Sometime after that, Harry came to one of Dexter's kill rooms by accident. A couple days later, he killed himself, a fact Dexter wouldn't learn for years. Dexter went to medical school, but he dropped out, despite being the top of his class, and began to work with the Miami police as a blood splatter analyst. At some point, he began a relationship with Rita Bennett to appear more normal.
- Some time later, a serial killer, The Ice Truck Killer, begins to leave messages for Dexter that lead to him figuring out who the Ice Truck Killer is, his biological brother. Dexter kills him, and stages it like a suicide.
- A bit after, the Miami police discover one of his dumping grounds, and they begin to investigate him, calling him the Bay Harbor Butcher. In addition, he joins a Narcotics Anonymous group at the behest of Rita. His sponsor is a beautiful woman called Lila. Lila begins an affair with him, but Rita quickly finds out, and they break up. In addition, a FBI agent, Frank Lundy, comes in from out of town to work on his case, and a cop, Sergeant Doakes, begins to suspect him. As Doakes goes rouge in his investigation of Dexter, and Lundy begins to suspect Doakes, with evidence to back it up, Dexter finds out that Lila is Yandere towards him. Dexter is able to capture Doakes, and add more evidence that he is the Bay Harbor Butcher, but something goes wrong, and the police begin to close in on Doakes while he is still a prisoner, which would exonerate him. Luckily, Lila finds him, and blows up the house with Doakes in it. Dexter and Rita get back together, and Dexter kills Lila for the murder of Doakes. With Doakes framed for Dexter's crime, Dexter is free to move on with his life.
- Some time after, he accidentally kills an innocent in self-defense, the brother of a popular district attorney. He and the DA, Miguel Prado, soon become friends. Prado finds out about Dexter's secret life, and tries to be a part of it. Dexter teaches him how to do what he does. However, Prado breaks the code, and kills an innocent, a defense attorney who he had a rivalry with. Dexter is able to kill him for this, using the MO of another serial killer loose in Miami as cover. Meanwhile, he discovers Rita is pregnant, and the two of them decide to get married. He kills Prado on his wedding day.
- About 8 months later, Dexter is now a father and husband living in suburbia with three kids, only one his, the rest from Rita's previous, and second, marriage. Soon, a woman is found dead in a pool of her own blood in a bathtub. Soon after, Frank Lundy returns to Miami, now retired, and hunting down the one serial killer he never caught because no one but him believes he exists, the Trinity Killer. The Trinity Killer always kills in the same pattern, woman in a bathtub, woman commits suicide, man bludgeoned to death, and he never kills in the same place twice, until now. This is the second time in Miami, and he's killing again. Meanwhile, Dexter attempts to juggle his three lives, Dexter the husband, Dexter the blood splatter analyst, and Dexter the serial killer. The Trinity Killer kills his second victim, and Lundy gets really close to him, even meeting on the street by accident. However, Dexter's sister, and Lundy are shot. Lundy dies. Dexter steals Lundy's notes, and is able to track down the Trinity Killer, who he learns is not only a serial killer, but, like him, a family man. Dexter decides he can learn from the Trinity Killer, and decides to hold out on killing him, and introduces himself into Trinity's life as Kyle Butler instead. He begins to act like a better husband, but soon learns that Trinity isn't as good a husband or father as he appears to be, leading to Dexter attacking him to stop him from killing his son. Soon, Dexter learns that Trinity does not kill three victims, but four, with a 10 year old kid starting the cycle. He finds this out when Trinity kidnaps a young boy. He manages to save the boy, and begins to threaten Trinity with blackmail to buy himself time to kill him. He also frames a murderer who Lundy suspected to allow him to kill Trinity himself. Trinity searches for him, and finds he's not Kyle Butler, but Dexter Morgan, blood splatter analyst. Dexter kills Trinity as he tries to skip town, but returns to find Rita dead.
- Devastated by Rita's death, Dexter blames himself. At first, he is suspected to be Rita's killer, but it soon becomes clear that he couldn't have done it. So that he can move on, Dexter goes back to killing, and meets a young woman, Lumen, in the house of one of his victims. He takes Lumen in, and she soon reveals that the man Dexter killed wasn't alone. They begin to hunt down the rest together, and Dexter allows her to take the life of the next one. The relationship between them becomes romantic. Meanwhile, one of the cops hires a man to tail Dexter, but Dexter kills him in self-defense. Him and Lumen track down Lumen's attackers, and kill them one by one. Finally, they get captured by the leader of the group, but Dexter is able to get free, and knock him out. He and Lumen kill him, but, before they can dispose of the body, Dexter's sister shows up. she correctly surmises Lumen and Dexter's relationship with the dead man, Lumen a victim, and Dexter a vigilante, but leaves without bothering to find out who they are. Lumen, now no longer wanting to kill, leaves Dexter. Dexter's son turns one.
- Personality: Dexter is emotionally stunted, believing himself to have no emotions whatsoever, but no completely devoid of them. He really likes children, finding them more interesting than adults, and will often get very angry when they get hurt. He believes himself to be conscienceless, but, in reality, he does have a small and weak one. Dexter truly believes in Harry's code, and will go to great lengths to follow it. He has an urge to kill that he calls his Dark Passenger, but its nothing more than that. Nothing more. He has a fascination with blood stemming from his mothers death. He truly cares about very few people.

- Jujitsu
- Skill with knife
- Can set up a kill room in record time
- Great with boats

(Discussion thread located here,)
(game thread located here.)
The multiverse is a vast and unfathomable place; every minute, new dimensions and realities are born from the decisions and idle thoughts of living creatures, creating a vast and tangled skein of interconnecting planes of existence. Supported and separated from one another by a medium known as i-space, these universes constantly expand in isolation from one another like the leaves of some vast, cosmic tree; in this way they maintain their integrity, allowing the various planes to exist without blending together and contaminating one another.
Thus did the multiverse grow, thrive and prosper, and for aeons upon aeons, all was good. Yet nothing lasts forever, and for the first time in mortal memory sweeping changes are being wrought upon the cosmos—the barriers of i-space have begun to wear thin, permitting creatures and concepts from one universe to travel to another, and at the edges of creation a malevolent force akin to a cosmological cancer now spreads across the planes, corrupting all it touches and threatening the continued survival of reality itself.
As if to counteract the threat posed by these strange occurrences, mysterious artifacts of unknown origin have been appearing across the myriad realms of the multiverse; dubbed Acclimators by those who find them, these devices gift their bearers with the power to travel the universes without risk and render them immune to the effects of the cancerous growths infecting reality. Will these beings be able to discover why the multiverse seems to be entering its death throes and do something about it, or will their failure doom all of reality to extinction? Only time will tell...
And this, ladies and gentlemen, is the basic premise behind The Age of Absalom; a Mega Crossover RP wherein your characters will be able to travel across a multiverse of various fictional works, by means of devices called Acclimators. Any questions you may have regarding the setting and how it works can be answered (within reason) here, and of course here is where you'll be able to sign up with your characters should the mood strike you.
Should you wish to make a character for this game, please fill out a character sheet according to the sign-up template which follows below.
Sign-up template
As can be inferred from the 'franchise' heading, your characters should hail from a pre-existing work; original characters may or may not be permitted as well, as that particular aspect of the game has not been finalized. A sample of what a completed character sheet should look like will be provided with my next post, to avoid turning this introductory post into a massive wall of text.

The Danse Macabre Codex
