Sam drew a card.
I'd better hold on to it, I don't want to run into a Mirror Force...
"I'll move on to my battle phase. Emperor, attack his life points directly."
The creature's clawed arms shot toward Daisuke.
Burn up, hurricane of justice! As the clawed arms retracted, Sam raised her arm, pointing at her opponent.
"Now, Chariot. Feeler Cannon."
The creature didn't bother reaching forward, but instead shot a series of blasts from its cannons.
Burn up, hurricane of justice!"Now I'll set a monster facedown and end my turn."
It's better not to risk a bad result...
Burn up, hurricane of justice!Another person wandered by. This one was a short and thin teenager. He wore a brown longcoat; black pants peeked between its hem and his large brown hiker shoes. His black hair was long and gathered in a ponytail. On his hands he wore black, fingerless gloves. On his back was a rather curious duel disk: Its 'blade' was long and sliver, and its central part was oblong, coloured black but with silver markings.
In his right hand, he held a deck, and was muttering to himself. He nearly walked into the duelling field, but noticed the duel and stopped in time. "Oh, a duel," he said to no-one in particular. "What's that, Arcana Force?"
On empty crossroads, seek the eclipse -- for when Sol and Lua align, the lost shall find their way home.

Justin drew his next card, then compared it to his other cards, making some calculations. It... was hopeless. Completely hopeless. Without Sparkman, he didn't have a monster with the required power to boost. Sure, he could take out one monster, but by the next turn... well, might as well finish right now.
"You win," Justin sighed. "I give. Completely beaten."
