Samantha looked over in Daisuke and Justin's direction, Huh...Looks like those two are done already. I wonder what the kid was playing... her head snapped back to the duel in progress as Simon activated his field spell. Wait, Abominable what? How come I never heard of these?
Then Simon summoned Yreg, she stared at the freakish rat for a moment before speaking up, "Aww, it's kinda cute...In a weird, 'hideous sin against all that is good and pure' kind of way...Maybe cute was the wrong word there."

Burn up, hurricane of justice!"Eh, I like my deck the way it is." Justin shrugged. "I don't bother with strategy, so I might as well play what comes my way."
Justin glanced over to the other duelists, finding himself wincing at the sight of that... thing. He'd never seen a monster like that before, and wouldn't have minded never learning of its existence.
Still, a duel's a duel, and Justin nodded in reply to Daisuke, eager to see how this match played.
Simon merely sighed at the girl's accusation. It wasn't the first time someone said something like that to him when he used this deck. "It is just a deck. It is the tools I use to get some fun and, hopefuly, victories with."
He turned back to his opponent. "Now, where was I... Ah yes! Yreg's horrific appearance is built into his card effect. You see, nothing can look upon it without feeling a sense of fear in regards to something so inherently wrong and sinful against nature. So your little figurine is now going to try and shield its gaze from this being."
Simon's grin widened. "It gets better..." A huge gust of wind buffetted the field arriving with a cry. "Any time on of your monsters has its Battle Position changed, the Abominable Wasteland feeds on its fear and anger. I place an Abomination Counter on Abominable Wasteland, to be used later.
"But that's not all! Yreg's secondary ability kicks in. Once per turn, when an opponent's monster has its position changed by the effect of an Abomination monster, I can special summon a Level 4 or lower Abomination from my deck to the field! Behold, Abomination Nkip!"
Another horrific being appeared on the field. This one seemed to bare a vague resemblance to a panther. However, it was neon pink with a design that was painful to look at on each of its sides. In the center of these bizarre patterns were clawed arms. Its four eyes were black irises and white pupils and were arranged all over its face. Its back had two enormous maws, which were gapping and drooling a liquid that was a darker pink. It lacked a mouth on its face and its limbs appeared to be formed at perpendicular joints, seeming to be jutting out from the side of its bodies then shooting straight down into the ground.
1600/1800
"Anything to say to this little fella?" Simon was unphazed by the appearance of his monsters, though he remembered when the sight of them had given him nightmares for a month.
"Evii is right though" -Saturn "I didn't know you were a bitch Evii." -Lior ValSam winced at the neon monstrosity's appearance before turning away, "Too much pink. Eyes. Burning."
She took a break from her overly dramatic reaction, looking contemplative, That battle position switching's gotta be really useful against...well, pretty much every archetype. Well, except the Arcana Force...and Ancient Gear...and Karakuri...and Clowns...okay, so there are a bunch of archetypes that don't have a problem with them.

Burn up, hurricane of justice!Thumbing through his deck, Justin recalled the brief - but enjoyable - duel. He hadn't done too badly this time, what with the large lead right from the start. It was too bad that he had ran out of defences just one turn before Future Fusion activated. That probably would have won him the duel, although Daisuke probably had some sort of gem Knight for that situation too. Oh well, the victory wasn't important. It only signified the ending of a duel. The duel itself was far more important.
"So." Daisuke said to the others that had approached, the two girls and the guy who seemed...well, like he wanted to be anywhere else but here, the smile on his face never leaving. "The day is young, and I see we're all duelists..." He looked between the three of them.
"Would...anyone else like to duel, or...something?" he offered.
Sam turned to Daisuke, resisting the strong urge to follow up on that 'or something' part. "A duel?" She paused for a moment, contemplating the suggestion.
Well, it's not like I've got anything better to do today.
"Sure. I'll duel you, that is, if you don't mind losing." she said, grinning.
Burn up, hurricane of justice!Sam stepped back and took a deep breath. She activated her duel disk and drew her opening hand. "Samantha." she said, her face and voice showing none of the emotion they had seconds earlier. She looked at the cards, "It is nice to meet you. Shall I go first?"
She turned to address Justin, "So am I."
Burn up, hurricane of justice!Sam nodded and drew her sixth card. I could activate that, but it'd be a really big loss if he destroys it. The alternative's kind of risky though, so...
"I'll activate the spell card Terraforming to move a Light Barrier from my deck to my hand," she announced, adding the card to those she held, "and then I'll activate it."
As she slid the card into her duel disk, a small ring of golden light appeared in between the duelists, gradually growing until it surrounded them.
Now then, which one of you do I want to summon?
Burn up, hurricane of justice!Well, he showed up in that reading this morning, and the field advantage is always appreciated...so why not? "I summon Arcana Force V - The Hierophant."
The humanoid monster appeared on the field. It's elongated head bowed in prayer, its legless body taking on the appearance of a flowing white robe, concealing its hands. "And because of the Light Barrier, I get to choose which one of his effects is used. So if you destroy The Hierophant in battle, I'll be able to summon another Arcana Force monster with 1500 or fewer attack points from my deck."
Sam glanced back to her hand, placing one card in the spell/trap card zones "I'll set one card face down and end my turn."
Burn up, hurricane of justice!"Ah, Arcana Force, that's where I know this field from."
But that monster, on the other hand, I don't. And with Arcana Force, there's a few she can pull out with that effect alone. He thought to himself and drew his card. Do I risk destroying that and dealing damage, but dealing with something worse, or wait for her to bring out one of the bigger Arcana Force?
He sighed and slapped a card in, shouting, "I summon Gem-Knight Sanyx in Attack mode!"
A red armored warrior appeared, weilding and spinning around a massive ball and chain, with a spiked ball made entirely out of onyx at the end of it. It grunted. (1800/900)
"Anything to that?" He asked her, eyeing that trap card.
Sam simply shook her head. "Continue."

Burn up, hurricane of justice!Heh, perfect.
A slight smile appeared on Sam's face as her monster was utterly annihilated by the attack. Letting out an inhuman shriek as the spiked ball connected.
Sam: 7700
"Thanks to the hierophant's effect I'll call forth Arcana Force IV - The Emperor. And I think he'll be using his heads effect, giving him and any other Arcana Force monsters I summon an extra 500 attack."
The metallic monstrosity appeared. Its torso seemed human enough, if one were to look past the metal plating, bizzare glowing lines and staring face. Several clawed appendages stretched out from its arms, its hands appearing where a human's legs should be. Great bladed wings stretched from the creature's back and a grinning, red-eyed face sat atop its broad shoulders.
The Emperor 1900/1400
Burn up, hurricane of justice!"Oh...right, I forgot about that thing." he said, wincing heavily. He looked at his hand, one card in question getting his attention especially. Maybe this could save his bacon.
"Well...I'm not afraid of your monster!" he declared, bravely. "Even if it is really creepy looking! I'll set one card facedown, and end my turn!"
Oh, this is gonna suck, I just know it.
"It looks creepy to you?" she asked, tilting her head.
Sam drew her next card. "In my standby phase I have to see if destiny's on my side this turn. Light Barrier."
A hologram of the field spell's card appeared above her head, spinning several times, slowing and gradually coming to a stop upright.
"My Light Barrier's effect continues to work. Now I'll summon Arcana Force VII - The Chariot to the field."
The creature appeared alongside The Emperor. Its body was shaped like a lopsided hourglass. Six arms reached out from the upper body while the lower, eye lined half had what appeared to be three cannon arms coming out of it.
Arcana Force VII - The Chariot - 2200/1700
"Whenever he destroys one of your monsters by battle, I have the option of summoning it to my side of the field. Unless your facedown can stop him."

Burn up, hurricane of justice! He was hoping for something...weaker. So he winced and pointed to his facedown card, shouting, "I activate Pyroxene Fusion."
His trap card lifted up, and the Blue knight, Sapphire, appeared beside Sanyx, kneeling down with her sheild up.
"This card is a trap card verison of my Gem-Knight Fusion spell. I was really hoping you'd summon something weaker, but I guess it'll do for now. I'll fuse Sanyx and Sapphire to summon Gem-Knight Citrine!"
The two warriors flew into a rainbow colored portal, this one far more armored than the previous two. His prominant color was dirty brown, and his hands were bright orange, almost fiery. His sword, like his hands, looked like it was solidified magma. 2200/1950.

James was not amused in the least. He said in a more serious voice, "Continue."
Carol glared at the creature, and she shouted at Simon, "That monster is like so totally hideous! And for using such a hideous monster, you have to be like, some kind of crazy killer or something or some evil servant of some squamous...lovecraftian...thingy!"
I really think the Abominations are waaaay too overpowered. They can perpetuate infinite loops, destroy all monsters I control very easily, and all around are not a very fair thing to pull off on someone using all REAL CARDS. Tone them all down, there is no real flaw to the deck. A deck like that which can easily get all the cards it needs on turn 1 is often heavily nerfed by banlists.
