I'm also not entirely happy with Wolffang having yet another ridiculously powerful Servant on top of Gil and Lancelot, even if he is a GM. Then again, this might be a little biased due to, um, things I'd rather not discuss.
...Please don't take this the wrong way, but to me it seems like the people on the Skype chat seem to get away with a lot more than the people not on it. Um... Sorry, just I was never really a fan of using it for discussion of this RP in the first place, and seeing how certain things turned out I'm still not very fond of it, so, um... Gah, sorry. >.<
I'm with David on this. Perseus's N Ps also have functions in canon(well, sort of kind of) which were interesting and useful. At the moment, he's sounding very overpowered.
"Oh, dear. The toad, the monkey, and the dog have all screwed up."- Class: Archer
- Master: -If applicable-
- True Name: William Tell
- Gender: Male
- Height/Weight: 180 cm/72.57 kg
- Alignment: Neutral Good
- Appearance: Minus the ears and the lute(it was a pain finding a decent picture)
- Personality: Archer is brave and uncompromising towards the tyrannical. He will do everything he can to protest the rule of a Master he perceives as a tyrant. On the other hand, a Master he sees as fair and just will gain his favor. Archer is not a braggart and, while he is proud of his archery skills, he lets them speak for him and does not focus on extolling his abilities. His internalization of his pride sometimes leads to him overestimating his own abilities, which lead to his original death(despite him succeeding in his goal). Archer does not like the sight of children being harmed.
- Stats:
- Strength: C
- Endurance: C
- Agility: B
- Magical Energy: E
- Luck: B
- Noble Phantasm (Rank): B
- Class Abilities:
- Independent Action: B
- Magic Resistance: D
- Skills:
- Bravery: D(Having repeatedly defied a tyrant even when he knew it meant death has to count for something)
- True Marksman: B, even small targets can be hit with incredible accuracy.
- Noble Phantasms:
- The Single-Bolt Victory, Appleshot: C, Anti-Unit. An apple that can be thrown at the target. While this seems harmless at first, the apple becomes a magnet for Archer's crossbow bolts. It will attach itself to the target, and all bolts fired will home in on it. The apple is soft enough that the bolts simply pass through to the target. However, the apple will attach itself to shields and armor, even ones that are unbreakable. This means bolts will not be able to penetrate. The apple can also be removed or destroyed. The apple also boosts the piercing strength of the bolts that pass through it.
- The Weapon that Slew a Tyrant, The Tell Crossbow: B+~B++, Anti-Unit. A finely-crafted dark brown crossbow and the bolts fired from it. If there is no obstruction between Tell and the target, the arrow will always hit what it is aimed at(Unless the apple is in play, in which case it will hit the apple). This applies to internal organs, as well. If Archer aims specifically at the heart, it will hit the heart. If Archer aims specifically at the brain, it will hit the brain. However, the bolt can not adjust its course unless the apple is used, and therefore heavy armor, other obstructions, or simply moving can prevent being hit. It will always hit a target who was a tyrant in life, and gains incredible piercing power when used against them.

"Oh, dear. The toad, the monkey, and the dog have all screwed up."Hmmm... Alright, lets see. It is not because of him being in the Skype chat, the reasons Wolffang gets more leeway on Servants is due to being Co-GM.
Still, since this latest Servant has raised such concerns we'll discuss it once he goes online.
As for William Tell he is approved, though I'll recommend that you even add another effect to his last Noble Phantasm. Namely, a curse that affects those who were considered Tyrants during their life causing a good amount of damage to them.
Ehehe, don't apologize and don't worry, Moerin.
Those are legitimate worries that I should address. There could be a certain bias at play that I haven't realized in favor of skype players... though as I said, I don't see it. Still, since you brought it up it's another angle that I can keep sight off in the future when judging things to make sure I'm as fair as possible.
Talked it out with Ragna and here we go, a Master for the Caster.
- Name: Yohann Morreaux
- Age: 19
- Gender: Male
- Appearance: Skinny, and not in an in-shape, secret muscle kind of way. Just skinny. About 5' 9'', 133 lbs., definitely does not have a tan. Straw blonde hair that's obviously grown out and unkempt, but at least he has the decency to shave. Wears glasses, t-shirts, and jeans, usually, although he does have a few pairs of contacts.
- Personality: An all around nice guy if you get to know him, but good luck with that. Yohann is extremely shy and introverted, a male Shrinking Violet, and generally doesn't talk unless spoken to when amongst strangers (unless he has a strong opinion on the topic). He doesn't really have a high opinion of himself, having come to terms in a sense about what people thought about him. His own self-damaging behaviors are evidence of this low self-esteem and self-loathing, as they serve merely to mask his own feelings of inadequacy. Actually isn't that bad a guy, but he doesn't see it in himself. Quite intelligent, and is no slouch when it comes to recognizing and exploiting patterns. Kind of a Meta Guy.
- History: A French otaku and borderline hikikomori who got into manga in his early teens and never really got out of it (not many do). He went full-bore with his hobby, devoting much of his free-time to reading manga and watching anime at the expense of other, more important things. This wasn't exactly the quickest way to become popular, so he received his fair share of odd looks, behind the back whispering and social ostracization, both from other people and his own family. As many will tell you, his first response to this was to simply cling tighter to the behavior that was the root of the problem, using it as a coping method. This carried on through middle school and high school until he began to fear and abhor the words "social contact". Now, he's moved out of the house, but is currently not at school, being too distracted by his obsession to pass any of his preferred college's entry requirements, and is mostly trying to float by, working a job at his local hobby shop. Not much more to say other than that, except that thin but present mage blood runs through his veins, placing him in a category similar to Shirou and Ryunosuke.
- Abilities: None. Zip. Nadda. He has magic circuits, but no magic, and no one to teach him. Ironic considering who his Servant is. He does, however, possess skills outside of magic. He's a speed-reader, and an excellent analyist (although he doesn't think of himself that way), and he is also Dangerously Genre-Savvy. Comes from him having "read more manga than God".
- Assets: A painfully small salary, an equally small apartment, and a collection of manga, dvds, and videogames the likes of which mortal eyes have never seen. It has its own room in his apartment.
And there you have it, another normie and a Master for Tamamo-no-Mae.

I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialHm, didn't see this guy when I skimmed the servants posted so far...
- Class: Saber
- Master:
- True Name: Uesugi Kenshin
- Gender: Male
- Height/Weight: 190cm/78kg
- Alignment: Lawful Good
- Appearance: "The Dragon of Echigo, at your service, master."
- Personality: Kenshin is kind, calm and polite, even to those he should consider his enemies. Should he cross paths with an adversary, he's more likely to strike up a conversation than attempt to fight them. In fact, the only reasons Kenshin would fight anyone are to defend himself, his master or an innocent or because he's deemed the opponent a worthy rival, at which point he will cease discussing the weather and begin fighting to the full extent of his abilities. He loathes those that would rely on dirty tricks or dishonourable tactics to win. He is respectful of the dead and will never speak ill of the fallen nor show any sign of happiness at a victory.
- Stats:
- Strength: A
- Endurance: B
- Agility: B
- Magical Energy: C
- Luck: B
- Noble Phantasm: B+
- Class Abilities:
- Magic Resistance (B): Cancel spells with a chant below three verses. Even if targeted by High-Thaumaturgy and Greater Rituals, it is difficult for him to be affected.
- Riding (B): Most vehicles can be handled with above average skill. However, cannot ride the likes of Phantasm Races such as Demonic Beast and Holy Beast-rank creatures.
- Personal Skills:
- Charisma (C): The natural talent to command an army. Increases the ability of allies during group battles. Kenshin was a renowned warlord and leader in his time.
- Divinity (C): Kenshin was famously known as the avatar of Bishamonten, the Buddhist war deity. This lead to one of his nicknames, "God of War".
- Military Tactics (C): Bonus modifiers are provided during use of one's own Anti-Army Noble Phantasm or when dealing against an enemy Anti-Army Noble Phantasm.
- Noble Phantasms:
- Takeda no Tachi, Keepsake of a Worthy Adversary (B+): Anti-Unit. A katana that is just under a metre in length. This is one of many gifts Kenshin exchanged with his rival, Takeda Shingen. This blade symbolises the bond they formed through their repeated encounters on the battlefield. If Kenshin fights an opponent on more than one occasion, he can activate this Noble Phantasm to increase his strength and agility, as well as the sharpness of his katana for the duration of an encounter. Subsequent encounters will further increase the benefits.

Burn up, hurricane of justice!Making a master for Astolfo~
- Name: Hitomi Chidori (Given, Family)
- Age: 20
- Gender: Female
- Description: Except no Cat ears, heh. Also she wears pink gloves.
- Personality: Fun loving and hot headed, she runs around and does things at high speeds. She has the most fun when working on her magical implements. She has many Mystic Codes back in London (Where she's a student in the Clock Tower) but she has brought none with her but her Gloves and Necklace to Japan. She's easily teased however and will react violently at times if one is mean to her.
- Abilities: Her elements of Fire and Earth are combined to allow her to make use of Lava. Specifically, she can in fact create small amounts of lava by focusing all the heat of a single verse spell into a single area, but due to the length of her spells she tends to use her Mystic Code during combat. She also uses Strengthening on her body during combat to improve speed and endurance, combined with enhanced clothing for defense, to allow her to be a vicious soldier. However, she would be in trouble against a servant (Duh), and would at best serve as a distraction.
- Mystic Codes:
- Heat Gauntlets: With but a single verse, she can enact a great deal of heat from her gloves which stays for a full battle. This heat can cause fire, or given some time melt metal. Combined with her natural affinities and magecraft, she can effectively seem to be punching her targets with lava.
- Anti-Magic Necklace: Cancels Single-Action spells, and weakens one verse lesser magic targeting her. (Magic Resistance: D)
- Mystic Codes:
- Bio: Coming from a relatively young family, the Clock Tower was reluctant to take her very seriously. She's the first in her family to go to their university, and she wasn't well accepted. She found out through a friend of hers she met during her travels about the Holy Grail appearing in France and decided that this was her chance to make her family famous! This was the chance to show how powerful they really were! And on a more personal note, she could maybe use it to make her life a little easier.
- Assets: Uhm, stuff. <.< >.>

Token Loli!So... Random idea I came up with. Hope it's okay, ahah~
- Class: Caster
- Master:
- True Name: Victor Frankenstein
- Gender: Male
- Height/ Weight: 157cm, 50kg
- Alignment: Neutral
- Appearance: "It's alive, it's ALIIIIIVE!"
* (minus the gun, of course).
- Personality: An immature man who leads with his heart first and logic second. His obsession is not just science, but to utilise science to recreate the divine itself. However, due to certain events in his past, he is rather more reluctant to pursue his obsession than he once was, coming off as a man who has pried too deeply into that which man should not pry into. He's still rather irresponsible, though, showing that whilst he did learn something from his experiences, he didn't learn enough. It should be noted that, once he really gets going, he is very excitable, overdramatic and, to put it bluntly, rather a large ham.
- Stats:
- Strength: E
- Endurance: E
- Agility: E
- Mana: E
- Luck: E
- Noble Phantasm (Rank): A+++
- Class Abilities:
- Item Construction
(A)
- Territory Creation
(B)
- Item Construction
- Skills:
- Alchemy (A)*: The ability to use scientific process to replicate the effects of magecraft, with the ultimate goal of one day being able to replicate true magic.
- Mental Pollution
(D)
- Surgical Procedure
(A)
- Noble Phantasms:
- Galvanism - Spark of Life (C) (Anti-Unit): A pair of thick leather gauntlets, connected by primitive cables to an alchemical apparatus worn on Frankenstein's back. This allows him to utilise a variation on the Galvanism skill his infamous creation possesses, letting him convert all thaumaturgical attacks involving no material existence, such as wind manipulation, energy bullets, beam attacks, etc. into electricity, which is stored inside the back-mounted device. He is then able to turn said attacks back at his enemies in the form of discharged electrical energy.
- Magnum Opus - The Modern Prometheus (A+++) (Support): The dark secret Frankenstein took to his grave, an abomination against the natural order: the secrets of life itself. Using this Noble Phantasm, and given the proper raw materials, Frankenstein is able to recreate his most infamous creation, the cyborg that was forever linked with his name
. As he has long since realised the error of his ways, he does not like using this Noble Phantasm at all, and will refuse to utilise it unless he is either forced or placed under a Command Spell to do so.

Um, sorry to be rude but I was wondering if there's a reason it's taking so long to hear anything back about Kenshin, as well as David and Moe's characters. I know that sounds horrible, sorry. It's just that most characters seem to have recieved at least some GM response on the day they were posted.
Burn up, hurricane of justice! It's more than likely that our GMs simply forgot any signups were pending or haven't had the free time to look at them yet. Have patience.

GM: AGOG S4 & F/WC RP; Co-GM: TABA, SOTR, UUA RP; Sub-GM: TTS RP. I have brought peace, freedom, justice, and security to my new Empire. No, he's being entirely serious. They typically have a lot of things to keep up with and thus don't always have time to fully evaluate signups, and it's not easy to remember to check and re-check the thread with one's attention so divided, even with watchlists. That's part of the reason we have a co-GM and stat-GM in the first place: Dalt wants to judge all comers fairly, but is often very busy.

GM: AGOG S4 & F/WC RP; Co-GM: TABA, SOTR, UUA RP; Sub-GM: TTS RP. I have brought peace, freedom, justice, and security to my new Empire.Don't worry about it. It' just that sometimes, we're doing something and we just happen to check signups for a sec, but don't actually have time to approve/reject them. In that case, we remind ourselves but we can't always remember to go back. Constant reminders help.
Yeah, when I read my post again, I sound pretty sarcastic. Unintentional.

I agree. This kinda feels like a bit much. With this setup, Perseus could probably easily beat Gilgamesh (considering that "reject all projectiles" thing)
