Alright, chill out guys.

As much as every fiber of my being wants to approve him... Charles Barkley is simply too powerful... His slams and his jams are a no go.

As for Squanto, Daltar will personally give her input on him when she can.

Anywho, I got a... pretty big sign up. I already got them approved by Daltar ahead of time. Don't hate or kill me for picking this servant. >.<

  • Class: Rider
  • Masters: Hael and Tirion Baelun
  • True Name: Perseus
  • Gender: Male
  • Height/Weight: 200cm, 73.5kg
  • Alignment: Lawful Good
  • Appearance: "I, Perseus, who destroyed the Gorgon, wreathed with snake-hair, I, who dared on waving wings to cleave etherial air kneel before thee to serve."
  • Stats:
    • Strength: D+
    • Agility: B+
    • Mana: B+
    • Luck: A+
    • Endurance: E+

  • Personality:
    • Perseus has a gentle demeanor and looks like a handsome young man. He is polite, emotional, and easily gets teary-eyed. An overall good youth. However, his flaw is that he is willing to give his all for the one he cares, even to go as far as to commit horrible crimes to fulfill their wishes and or desires. He would even go as far as to slay innocents if it meant victory for him and his master. He always wears an odd white mask and he always has his cloak equipped, covering him completely in order to hide his true identity.

  • Class Abilities:
    • Riding (A+): Creatures on the level of Phantasmal Beast and Divine Beast can be used as mounts. However, that does not apply to members of the Dragon Kind.
    • Magic resistance (B): Cancel spells with a chant below three verses. Even if targeted by High-Thaumaturgy and Greater Rituals, it is difficult for him to be affected.

  • Personal Skills:
    • Divinity (A): Being the son of Zeus, and being a demigod, there is no surprise that his divinity is high.
    • Instinct (B): Having lived through the slaying of the Kraken, Medusa, and a dragon, Perseus's instincts for survival are clearly on par with his abilities.
    • Bravery (B): The ability to negate mental interference such as pressure, confusion and fascination. Bonus effect of increasing melee damage. He slew a Gorgon, a Kraken, and a dragon, do I need to say anymore?

  • Noble Phantasms:

    • Harpe, The Beheader (B+): Harpe is the snake hunter's scythe used by Perseus to kill the Gorgon Medusa. It is described as a monster-killing holy sword that isn't actually an outstanding sword by itself. Its true strength is its trait of "Refraction of Longevity", which is a divine ability that nullifies the special abilities of immortals and inflicts wounds that cannot be restored by any methods other than healing in accordance to natural human laws. To put it simply, wounds inflicted by Harpe cannot be healed by magic, Noble Phantasms, skills, or anything besides those of modern human medicine. Harpe also cannot be blocked by anything, only dodged by pure skill.
    • The Cloak of Invisibility and Disguise, Shadow Walk (A+): The Cloak of Invisibility and Disguise enables the user to hide from the eyes of other supernatural beings, functioning much like the cloud or mist that the gods surrounded themselves in to become undetectable. It also allows him to change his clothing into something more modern, however, he cannot use this ability while using its invisibility ability. It essentially works like an A+ ranked Presence Concealment when used for invisibility.
    • The Mirrored Aegis of Athena, Foresight (B+): The mirror shield is a bronze shield polished to bear a mirror-like reflection that projects information from the surrounding environment on its surface so the user can rely on that information to move around without having to move himself away from the mirror. It can also be used as a sort of detection device as it transmits the heartbeats of those in the area. Another effect of Foresight is that it can reflect projectile based Noble Phantasms upon the firer. Even if the Noble Phantasm is of EX rank, as long as it is considered a projectile it would still be reflected upon by Foresight to the person who fired it.
    • Kibisis, The Pouch of Sealing (EX): A Boundary and support type Noble Phantasm that is similar in use to Avalon. It is able to expand and stretch, fitting over Perseus or other servants with ease if needed. It is like Avalon in the sense that it sends whatever is inside to the outside world, causing it to be unaffected by the inside world. It can freely swallow Perseus as a means for protection and spit him out, but it takes a couple of seconds. The sack can only be destroyed by a Noble Phantasm that is of B or higher rank, if struck repeatedly by a lower rank one, it would take quite a few strikes for it to start breaking. When in use, Kibisis reverses the affects of boundaries; if the boundary user is supposed to get stronger, they get weaker; if the boundary user is supposed to drain mana, they lose mana instead; if the boundary user is supposed to become immune to something, they become weak to it; etc. Perseus can also use Kibisis as a means to capture enemy servants or masters, immobilizing them.
    • The Winged Sandals, Talaria (D+): Sandals that allow for flight and a rank up in Agility when in use.
    • Bellerophon (A++): Perseus' prized Noble Phantasm, and his prized weapon after claiming Medusa's head. It is an object that allows him to ride the Phantasmal Beasts, including the abnormal Pegasus that he claimed as his when he slew Medusa.
      • Winged Horse Pegasus: Pegasus is a creature that has lived from the Age of Gods, placing Pegasus at the level of a Phantasmal Beast rather than the normal rank of a Monstrous Beast. It is a divine mystery with magical protection greater than any hero's, allowing it to easily brush past modern thurmaturgy without halting its charge, and it has one hundred times the magical energy of an average magus. The buffets from Pegasus's wings are capable of generating massive shock waves, which raze infrastructure and lacerate the bodies of living beings. It is close to the level of a dragon, and its divine protection is already on the same defensive level as one. While Bellerophon is in use, Perseus's sandals, cloak, shield, and pouch become unusable, however, he is still able to use his Harpe with no hindrance.

  • Name: Tirion Baelun
  • Age: 34
  • Gender: Male
  • Appearance: His hair and eyes are the same color as Lucas' except that his hair is longer and that it goes past his neck quite a bit. He wears a black shirt with matching black pants, along with a black long coat. He also has a pair of black shades that he wears often. Image!
  • Personality: Tirion, unlike Lucas, is a straightforward and serious guy, who ignores the rules of the magi, killing whoever dares to get in his way, even innocents. He doesn't hesitate to kill, nor does he intend to play fair, since he will always go for enemy masters should he be given the chance. Tirion's reasons for joining this war is supposedly to help his sister become a proper Magus.
  • Abilities: Tirion's abilities are similar to Lucas', in that he can create explosions and fire by infusing his mana within objects, but he's able to do it to a greater degree along with being able to control them more easily. He's also able to control the mana once they have left his personnel, choosing when he wishes for them to explode or combust into flames. Tirion's attribute is that of fire, and he holds great control over all flames, being able to manipulate them to his will. This in conjunction with his first ability, he is a deadly mage to be reckoned with. He's also skilled with ranged weaponry, particularly the crossbow he uses.
  • Back Story: Tirion comes from the same lineage of noble European mages as Lucas, learning magic and their arts at a very early age. However, he is the true heir to the Baelun family line that was kept secret from most. He left the Baelun family in order to allow his younger brother a chance to have a living, although he has always looked after Lucas since they were both young. Although, these old motifs may or may have not changed. He's the oldest of three siblings, and he provides Rider with mana.
  • Assets: A personalized crossbow that is able to fire two bolts at once, and reload at an incredibly easy rate. He has a silver dagger that eerily resembles the silver dagger that Lucas has. He also has a large sum of money along with a unique Mystic Code.
    • His Mystic Code is in fact the black long coat that he wears. His long coat is, in simple words, a large and ever-changing jewel. It is a custom made artifact crafted by his grandfather out of an unknown substance which has been infused with crushed diamonds, garnets, and other valuable gems. It is an artifact that is supposed to serve as a device that absorbs and stores mana, gives mana to its wearer over time, and change it's abilities and traits depending on the type of mana inserted into it. What this means, is that Tirion is unable to extract mana from the coat forcibly, however he can still insert his mana into it and will still receive mana from it as long as he is wearing it. Thanks to Tirion placing enough of his exploding fire-like mana into the coat over the course of many years, it has taken the attributes of fire itself upon it. When it is struck by something wind related, it strengthens the wearer. When it is struck by something water related, its mana giving abilities weakens. When it is struck by something earth related, nothing changes. When it is struck by something fire related, it absorbs it as a source of mana and instantly gives it to its wearer. The attributes of the coat can change and bend if given mana from another source besides Tirion.

  • Name: Hael Baelun
  • Age: 28
  • Gender: Female
  • Appearance: Her hair and eyes are contrast those of Lucas and Tirion, in that her eyes are blue and her hair is pure black. She wears a black bikini with black shorts, along with a black long coat that contains a hood. She also has her tails held up into two hair tails, one longer than the other. Image!
  • Personality: Hael, compared to her brothers and unlike what her appearance suggests, is a gentle and quiet person. She's rather neutral on the whole Grail War thing and who lives and dies, and is extremely passive. In a way, she's like a stray pup who follows orders without offering up her own opinion.
  • Abilities: Hael's abilities are rather different compared to her siblings, in that their mana destroys while her's repairs and heals things. This is really her only real magical ability. No matter how broken, torn, or shattered something is, she can restore it by infusing her mana into it. She can also apply this to a person's body, given enough time. This reason, along with Tirion leaving the family and Lucas having been considered to have more suitable magic abilities than her, is why she was disowned from the family. She is, however, very skilled in the use of swords and is able to efficiently take down an enemy magus if she was able to get close enough.
  • Back Story: Hael comes from the same family as Lucas and Tirion, although, because her magical ability was one that heals and repairs, the Baelun family refused to teach her any magic. After being disowned by the family, Hael lived on her own and practiced swordsmanship... until Tirion found her after so many years. After Tirion convinced her that the Holy Grail War can make her a proper Magus, Hael decided to work alongside her older brother to win the war. She's the second oldest of three siblings, and she holds Rider's Command Seals.
  • Assets: She doesn't really have much, besides the clothes that she wears, her black titanium sword that she's very skilled in, a small sum of money that she was given before becoming disowned by the Baelun family, and whatever money that she made by fixing and repairing things while she was disowned.

That was far bigger than I thought it would be. Anyway, I ripped everything about him from the Wiki, stats and Noble Phantasms included. Oh, and what I'm going to use them for will be a bit... surprising.

Let's try again!

  • Class: Caster
  • Master: N/A
  • True Name: Tamamo-No-Mae
  • Gender: Female
  • Height/ Weight: 5'7"/125lbs
  • Alignment: Neutral Good
  • Appearance: "Goshujin-sama!!!"
  • Personality: Tamamo is one to lighten the atmosphere even in a dire situation, to cheer up her Master or otherwise. She's goofy and pretty much an air-head. However, she's capable of being serious when the time comes, but when that time isn't around? She's the cute, bubbly fox that many have come to know and love.
  • Stats:
    • Strength: D
    • Endurance: D
    • Agility: C
    • Magical Energy: A
    • Luck: A
    • Noble Phantasm (Rank): A
  • Class Abilities:
    • Territory Creation (C): Caster, even though she has the skill, finds herself incapable of even producing a work shop because her personality isn't suited for it.
  • Skills:
    • Shapeshifting (A): Caster has the ability to both borrow bodies and change her own appearance. It's a method used by foxes and the badgers of China that are put on part with Tamamo-no-Mae. Again, Tamamo is capable of doing it but due to past trauma, she'd rather not.
    • Witchcraft (EX): I'm lazy for this one. The Dakini heavenly methods. It includes methods to discern one's time of death and secret arts to obtain influence, such as methods to attain status and fortune (for men) and methods to gain the favor of influential individuals (for women). Once again, due to past trauma, she'd rather not reopen old wounds.
  • Noble Phantasms:
    • Suiten Nikkou Amaterasu Yano Shizu Ishi (Personal/A): Once calling its name, the mirror summons a circle of levitating ofuda surrounded by a number of glowing torii. The mirror is charged with immense amounts of magical energy, allowing Caster to use any and all of her spells without the expense of prana for a limited amount of time.

Kinda nitpicky, but Perseus never had anything to do with the Kraken, seeing how it's from Norse mythology and all. Clash of the Titans, as good a film as it was (well, the original, not the godawful remake), is noted for not exactly being accurate at all to the original myths. >.>

...I do have a few other problems with that version of Perseus, but I'm starting to realise that I'm pretty much just bitching about stuff despite having fallen out of this a while ago and, whilst I do have two approved Servants that I could re-enter with at any time, I'm honestly not sure if I really want to right now, so I'm just going to shut up. Sorry for being such a jerk. >.<

EDIT: Actually screw it I am going to re-enter. Just need to decide between Caster and Lancer... Or maybe come up with something new... Um, hmmm... Watch this space, at least. >.>

  • True Name: Dick Turpin
  • Gender: Male
  • Height/ Weight: 1.75m, 71.2kg
  • Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
  • Appearance: Highwaymen are romantic figures, y'know.
  • Personality: Whilst originally little more than a common thief, so much has happened and changed since Dick Turpin's death that he is most considered to be how he acted as he went to his execution: chivalrous, well-dressed, completely fearless, and confident. With these beliefs being on a level with the common opinion of Vlad, given their relative ages and the number of people that know them, it is no surprise that the summoned spirit can be described as a dandy highwayman, dashing and noble in the extreme.

clawthewolf: William Marshall is approved as long as neo saw his stats with just one more condition. Lower Bravery to D level I would say. This is a very arbitrary decision I'm making, but I think a man whose only opponents were human beings should be many steps behind Heracles who is the only official Servant I know off with the skill. Heracles after all had to face a great amount of beasts far beyond human skills to take down, which I think is the reason why he has that skill.

KSPAM: Eleanor I approve, Marko Edelfelt I cannot.

Raineh: Spring Heeled and Rachel are approved.

However, since there has been some complains lately about the genderbends I declare that we shall not be accepting any more than we have unless they are official ones. At least for the moment.

Ragna: Squanto is rejected. His skills in life from the little I was able to read match neither his parameters nor his Noble Phantasms. Charles Barkley is likewise rejected. Moerin explained the reason far more eloquently than I ever could.

On the good side, Tamamo is approved!

neobowman: Sarina is approved.

As for David's question... M Eo DP will not be allowed and a Reality Marble only in very especial circumstances.

And finally as for Dick Turpin, now that one puts me in a bad position. Mostly because of Francis Drake setting a precedent. Still, as I have already rejected ideas for Servants based on their gun use I shall have to do so here as well.

While summoning a legendary beast is an ability rivaling that of a Noble Phantasm, it is done independently of Bellerophon as one of Rider's innate abilities possessed due to her deeds as a Heroic Spirit.

I feel I should point this out again, even if Perseus has already been accepted. >.>

And now to point out something wrong with Perseus's image boast. tongue

The Fate/stay Night universe also removes any references that the Gorgon sisters' hair were made out of living snakes, and thus Medusa and her sisters are depicted to have very long hair, instead of snake hair.

-reads the Noble Phantasms Perseus has-

...Um...

While I'm a fan of taking liberties with things, I think you've gone a bit far with this, eheh. The mirror shield was already useful, adding on the ability to reflect any ranged attack seems silly and highly innapropriate to the legend. Harpe should not be able to leave physical wounds at all, either. And the pouch... uhm... well I think it's kind of obvious what's different there and I don't personally think that's a good call.

Also, balance-wise... "Immunity to Ranged attacks, Immunity to ground-based melee attacks, cause unhealable wounds, Presence Concealment, and Avalon-except-it-breaks"

I dunno, feels a bit too much, at least to me.

Also the snake thing. XD Medusa is one of my top favorite F/SN characters so I know a good bit about the nasuverse version of the story, and even a good bit on the Prototype version.

Also, to clarify, the Reality Marble thing, is the special circumstance "Must be Canon or unusable"? XD Or is it more like it has to be not very powerful? I didn't intend on it being among the top in power wise if I can help it. In the worst case I come up with something and it isn't accepted, and I store it away for later use, but I was going to try and limit it.

Obviously Perseus tried to make Medusa seem even scarier than what she already was. Typical hero boasting /silly

As for Bellerophon, you should change that Noble Phantasm and use simply Pegasus.

[up] More of a will be judged on a case by case basis. Making it not incredibly powerful helps.
