So after anime Yakko, Wakko & Dot, we get 80s action cartoon Yakko, Wakko & Dot?
I have a feeling that Yakko's and especially Dot's more adult body types in this sketch will inspire a lot of artists on DeviantArt...
Deviant Art is full of fat fetish art, wakko is gonna get more pics than yakko I believe.

Here's some information from series co-creator Gabe Swarr. When Odysseus had his head in the sand, his hairy butt was exposed. The finalized episode instead covers it up.
Yeah, that's Fan Disservice if we ever saw one. Though it would have fit with the Gross-Out Show nature of the revival.

An advanced review for a few season 2 episodes came out. It's seen as an improvement over season 1, but there's the feeling that the show should be more serialized.

Just finished watching Season 2, I'm so glad they brought back Pepé Le Pew. Even if it was for a brief speaking role in Episode 7.

There's an interesting tweet from Scott O'Brien, one of the show's directors, where he talks about the legal process of approving established characters to appear on the show. For example, the cameos from the Looney Tunes could not be shown in the same style as Looney Tunes Cartoons.

I don't know what dub this is, but this is a foreign version of the original series theme song.

Saw a few pictures of Season 2 (not being able to see it where I am), especially some related to the episode with all the artists. I think Animaniacs is only the second animated show I've seen that includes a cameo of Japanese conceptual artist Yayoi Kusama
. (The other one was Space Dandy, though in that case the cameo wasn't really "her".)
What do you think about this second season? Is it better than the first or more of the same?
"Effective Altruism" is just another bunch of horsesh*t.Having watched it, I'm somewhat surprised they did sequels for all three of the new segments (Starbox and Cindy, the Incredible Gnome, and Matherpiece Theater). Especially for Starbox and Cindy, since that segment has essentially one joke with relatively little flexibility to it. That said, Matherpiece Theater is amazing and I want more of it.
I generally like it, although I do have a couple of nitpicks. The first two shorts of episode 5 both suffer from being shallow criticism of very low hanging fruit (pretentious artists in one segment, world dictators in the second) without much in the way of other jokes. And there's a short in the last episode that uses Ben Franklin as an antagonist that feels like it should have used Thomas Edison instead given the situation it was going after.
If the third season happened right now or a fourth and final season, and Julia returned once again, how she would make Brian feel guilty and ashamed for what she did to her back in Mousecharian Candidate and expose his evil, cruel, and ruthless actions to him thanks to a recording tape of the election three years ago. Also,I would have a episode like Born Again,Krabs with Brain actually being killed by accident and landing in hell and he is forced to change his evil ways by giving up his desire of world domination. Also, the reboot should've have more characters like the original show did and have Seasons 3-4 come up with new ones and have Slappy Squirrel(if I wished the new crew got Sherri Stoner to reprise her role, despite Tom Ruegger's dislike of the reboot)and Mr. Director make cameos, along with the original characters.
I liked how Brain went from a determined hero set to make the world a better place to now taking a darker, twisted path with his ego and schemes and becoming more wicked,short-tempered, and power-hungry by now willing to make the entire world do him a favor instead of making it a better place once he gains control so he won't be helpless again in the 2020 reboot, which is I appreaciate his character development and like new Brain more than old Brain since he's like a complete supervillian now to make the world do him a favor and worship him as a dictator.(He probably realize the error of his evil ways once he becomes ruler of the world and probably also, become even better than Napoleon from Animal Farm).
Is it me, or did the second season just came and went with no fanfare at all and nobody discussing it? Feels like it wasn't promoted at all and everybody suddenly stopped caring about the remake for one reason or another. I thought it was somewhat well-received (the first season at last) but it seems it didn't manage to gain any traction. Maybe there's just too much stuff in general, or was it a flop?
