You do realise that the guy's labelled a 'sadist' god for a reason?
Hmm... how about I turn him into a Sleep-Mode Size loli? Sealed Evil in a Can, basically.
That makes for a good Sacrifice actually...
Term of Importance: Sacrifice is the inherent level of evolution your skills have. The more you lose... the more you gain. The more you have, the more you lose. Makes for good balancing system.
Now then... I need help thinking of the setting...
Always be ready to do the unusual and unexpected.Modern setting, Magitek. Think Mid-Childa, if that makes sense to you. Alternatively, Medieval with basic Magitek. XD
Also likely to be a massively complicated binding, such that her* skills in the body are completely non-existent. Being a Time Abyss is going to be helpful for knowledge, though.
That works too, though I'm trying to go for a lot of different places too...
Hm... what do you think of a library, with the characters inside the pages of one novel crossing into another for a change of location?

Always be ready to do the unusual and unexpected.I just though up a Mind Hive / One-Man Army / Legacy Character / Ressurective Immortality character.
Ooh, I like the sound of the library idea... Although modern day Magitek also sounds like fun. Mind you, they're not exactly mutually exclusive, so...
Anyways, I have a vague idea for a character I want to try out. A Stepford Smiler Magical Girl, who has been growing steadily more powerful as time passes, but as she does so her humanity starts slowly slipping away, which is something that she's trying to hide from everyone for as long as she possibly can. I still need to hammer out a few kinks in the idea, but, um, yeah. >.>
Death Seeker, MASSIVE mental issues, the fact the resurrection makes him 18, loses him all his experience with his powers, memories and could possibly have him on the other side of the world (and any gender at that. Or any species.), he's dead if his soul is destroyed, he's a Glass Cannon....
Need any more?

Phantasm here literally can't die and that ability's tied to their shell 'cause... well, who wants the fully powered version back? XD
I think the person most likely to be responsible for the sealing would be Creation... AKA his twin sister.
Anyway.
The library ideas sounds interesting but... moving from one book to another just seems... odd. Dimension-hopping with a library as The Hub? Fun. Book characters? Strange.

Well... the library system is how souls get reborn. You end your life in one book and move on to the next one in a never ending pattern. That's the normal cycle for people once they reach The End.
However, one of the caretakers decided to tinker around with the books, aka creation itself, and now things have become a lot more grim in the works he meddled with... And so, in necessity, some characters can freely breach other works in order to try to stop the mysterious Author...
@GCR: That's good.

Always be ready to do the unusual and unexpected. His powers are the manipulation of nanites in his bloodstream, to create any weapon imaginable. Vehicles count as weapons. Nanites are created on a needs basis, by altering the amount of electrons, protons and neutrons in an atom, and the atom's atomic bonds.
He has to be touching the thing for it to work.
He's also a deconstruction of One-Man Army, being that every governement wants to kill him to dissect him and create more soldiers out of him. He's under the protection of several city-states, but he protects them more than they protect him. He gives his life to his secret identity as "The Squad."
Did I mention this is all the year 2769?

Well, he seems a bit too powerful still. How about he only has a limited amount of nanites for usage, and that there's a cooldown time between creations so he has to use them more strategically? And the bigger the weapon, the more time before he can make another?
Always be ready to do the unusual and unexpected.

Decided to try my hand at a G Ming once more...
Alright, let's see...
And... that's about the bare bones.
Give me some opinions on how to make this better or tell me if it sucks.
