Digimon X3 V-Pet Announced In Japan
The storm has now resided, the wolf now rests.Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth: Complete Edition ‘Raising / Training’ trailer
The storm has now resided, the wolf now rests.Interesting tidbit from a voice actor who revealed their involvement in Survive
- He's at least voicing Xuanwumon (so the other three Holy Beasts might be involved?)
- At least 10 chapters
- "T(akuma?)" route is one of the game's routes where this character shows up
I seriously get Zero Escape vibes from the Anyone Can Die nature of the routes in this game.
Watch SymphogearDigimon ReArise now available in the west
The storm has now resided, the wolf now rests.So on Cyber Sleuth... Geez the translation is bad O_o;
Also you can really spot it being psp game because of presentation
It was made for the Vita lmao
Vita is still PSP, just with better graphics.
And you can tell game's presentation was for both handheld and system with less resources. Like the character models <_<
How is Re Arise by the way? I haven't touched it yet.
Digimon Survive introduces Ryou Tominaga, Kunemon
The storm has now resided, the wolf now rests.Time to update the Sandbox page!
The Protomen enhanced my life."Doesn't want to believe he is in another world...?" Well, we have someone that'll probably be very hard to keep alive.
Wake me up at your own risk.Digimon Survive details more story, Ryou, Kunemon, and Search Actions
The storm has now resided, the wolf now rests. So I learned a couple days ago that the exact parameters for obtaining the Secret Characters in the original Digimon World (Phoenixmon, MegaSeadramon, and HerculesKabuterimon) were only discovered in full this year.
That has to be up there with the "lost" FFIX sidequest and the Dragon Quest V love triangle myth as one of the most baffling stories in gaming history.

Still nothing about a release date from Survive, huh >.>
The digivolution mechanics in DW 1 were rather poorly understood for several years. People had all sorts of vague ideas about how it worked, but nobody could seem to provide a consistent framework and they only had broad ideas of how to get each Digimon. It's part of why the game has a reputation for being so cryptic and random.
It took people dataming the game extensively to figure out how it actually worked. Once you understand it, it's actually pretty reliable to get the exact mon you want. I've actually gotten all three of the "secret" ultimates since.
There's an arguably bigger "mystery" with Kimeramon in Digimon World 2.
People were looking for it ever since the game came out, because the Prima guide mentioned he was in it. A lot of people thought he was in the last floor of the bonus postgame dungeon.
It turns out the only way to get him in Japan was with a pocketstation and a save from another digimon game. Since the Pocketstation never made it out of Japan, he was most likely just dummied out and the NPC responsible for the pockestation stuff either isn't in the game/doesn't give you the option to use it (forget which).

Now that I think about it, with Survive being a Visual Novel format, I wonder if there will actually be any Persona-style animated cutscenes for major events.
That was one thing I found a little concerning, that Survive felt more like a visual novel with some gameplay, rather than a strategy game with visual novel segments. I mean if the story is good, then it's fine, but I hope the gameplay is solid at least.
Digimon Survive Introduces Saki Kimishima And Her Partner Floramon, And Free Time
The storm has now resided, the wolf now rests. So we now have five Digidestined.
Floramon’s a rather odd choice though, none of its digivolutions strike me as very appealing.
Then again Kunemon is the same way.

Hmm I think Bogleech would disagree there
But yeah, interesting that besides Agumon, all of them are old child level digimon that never were partners with anybody in any of shows
Eh, Labramon was someone's partner in a Tamers OVA, so it's not entirely without precedent?
Also there was a Falcomon in Data Squad that had a partner.
Digimon don't necessarily have a specific evolution route. For all we know, Floramon in this game might have access to more conventionally appealing digivolutions.
^^Yeah, but that was new ninja palette swap version! Kinda surprised to see classic falcomon return

Shame there's no release date for it.
