I went to see it on Saturday. First time I've seen it in cinemas, being rather small when it came out originally.
I hadn't watched it for about a year and had forgotten just what a good film it was. Plus the sound was slightly on the loud side and there is nothing quite like feeling your seat vibrate with a T-Rex roar!
Sad thing was, we were in one of the bigger screen rooms (the ones usually reserved for 3D) and there were only about 15 people there. This re-release has had shocking publicity, especially for something as big as JP.
An American release probably won't be happening any time soon. Most theatres with digital projectors have Dolby Digital and it's insisted that this film be screened with DTS (since Spielberg was a backer of DTS and has all his movies mixed with it).

...in the UK, at least.
Anyone else taking the opportunity to see Jurassic Park on the big screen? I was a very young child when it was first released, so it's great to have a chance to see it in a cinema again. I'm going to one of the showings tomorrow.

With cannon shot and gun blast smash the alien. With laser beam and searing plasma scatter the alien to the stars.
