First up, The Mad Doctor. (Show can be seen here.)
Does he get enough characterization to clearly count? Does the All Just a Dream status of that cartoon make it Negative Continuity? I haven't played Epic Mickey, is the version of that character from that game clearly a Complete Monster, and should we assume he is the same character as the dream version from the cartoon? (Ie. Did the version from the game enter the dream?)

See my post in that thread for my reason why this should be separate. (And the post agreeing with the reason.)

As I've said before, the milder examples on the Disney CM list diminish the value of having the more clearly extreme examples on the list. I mentioned a couple examples for removal, but that still wouldn't address the numerous examples I'm unfamiliar with, nor the ambiguity even of some I am more familiar with.
So let's discuss the Disney CMs one-by-one, in the order in which they appear on the list, and while discussing them, bear in mind that this list should be for the worst of the worst. There obviously are completely monstrous villains in Disney works; Sykes and the coachman come to mind; and we should make sure the list is for villains like those, not for (relatively) milder ones.
