...Aside from a rather out-of-place paragraph in your bio, it seems simple enough.
Character sheets, as I understand them, are:
-
Name: (Based on culture?)
Age: (Army age, I'm guessing. Probably from eighteen to late twenties, given these are soldiers...)
Height/Weight: (Apparently in both measurements—American and metric.)
Gender: (Uh...given this is an option, I'm guessing that this new society doesn't separate females and males in squads or whatever. But maybe I'm wrong. Depends on how the roleplay starts.)
Favorite colors: (Seems to be filler.)
Favorite food: (Likewise.)
Genengineering type: (Elemental, Psychic, or Blender (A mix between the two.) Related to your powers, I guess.)
Allegiance: (Who the home team is.)
Rank: (Uh, I don't know what system he's using, but it has major in it, so I guess it's Army, and either based on the system used by Canada, Germany, the US or England, or maybe a few others. I'm betting on the US.)
Element: (If you have an element, you say what it is and how you use it.)
Psyche: (Same as above, but with the psychic set.)
Weapons:
Magic: (Your magical weapon, described descriptively in the description.)
Issued: (Your non-magical weapons.)
Weaknesses: (Personality faults.)

You know what I hate? Hypocrites. That and obscure self-referential statements.- Name: Michel "Runer" Castagnia
- Age: 27
- Hair/Eyes: a rather tacky looking black mullet, and dark red eyes.
- Gender: male
- Personality: Arrogant and manipulative, he is, while competent and a decent Chessmaster, a disliked member of the Imperial forces. He tends to annoy people by insulting their plans and never freaking dying, he is always being quite smug, and has no concept of a higher ethic. He supports a certain sect within his own camp that wants to split Christianity off again just because it gives him a good excuse. He does have a good Freudian Excuse: as a child, Michel was often beaten and denied everything in favor of his older noble brothers, having to climb the social hierarchy of the household via his own wit and qualities. As a result, all he has for himself was his ego and his wits. Due to them never really failing him, he is very self assured now.
- Genegineering Type: Michel has an odd bodily capability, one which could be called vampiric capabilities. It is not known if this is a result of magic or genetic engineering.
- Vampiric Abilities include: Hypnotic Eyes, enhanced strength, speed and endurance. Due to the level of vampire he is, he can also repair most any damage to his body. The most extreme damage he has ever repaired? Being reduced to bloody paste. Its implied he gained these powers through unorthodox bordering on unethical means.
- Allegiance: It seems he and his affiliates are working for the Empire.
- Element: Electromagnetism, he mainly uses this power for a number of complex things, some more electro than magnetism.
- Psyche: Telepathy. He prefers, due to his ego, to read people's thoughts and then insult their plan for dealing with him. He has a darker use for this power. Should he die, his ego can take over another body. His whole life cycle is based around his selfish egoism.
- Weapons: He can create electrical traps, which release a huge amount of force when tripped, some of which can be tied into other traps, which activate in a chain with the first sprung trap. He can also place extra charge on people every time they get hit in the fight, and then, he can trigger an "internal sprung trap" and grievously damage enemies. He also has eye based powers that make it more difficult to concentrate. He can send electromagnetic pulses at things to make them not work properly.
- Weaknesses: Michel is...arrogant to say the least. He is an egotistical, self centered man who refuses to accept if he has done anything wrong. While high functioning, he is still a Smug Snake. Fitting that his nickname among the others is "The Serpent."

No, mainly because the vampires are, you know, sired by someone else. Namely someone who had a Life element and enormous powers, and who decided to use them to create other vampires for a Xanatos Roulette.
While there technically was no established limit on how many powers we could have, I wouldn't recommend adding something as big as a giant super-powered life using, "Vampire," to the canon without explicit permission. But each to their own.
You know what I hate? Hypocrites. That and obscure self-referential statements. He's dead though. So, no worries about him.
The problem lays in that he made a Xanatos Roulette. And none of his "children" can decide what its aim is, nor even if there is one.

I'm sure anyone reading that title would wonder what happened to the first six. Well, the truth is, they all exist (more or less) simultaneously in a single Verse, but I was only able to mostly conceive of the last one. There are a lot of things that go into the creation of a world after all (even if they're all just Earth through a different lens), and I'm not a person with an abundance of time or energy.
So anyway, here's how the seventh one works:
Technology is highly advanced, but not uber post-futuristic. 'Smart-fiber' and personal rail guns exist, nanomachines don't. However, the developmental curve is quickly leveling out.
The 21st century boom of minor cults and religions has collapsed in on itself. Judaism, Islam, Catholicism/Christianity, Buddhism, and Hinduism had all (forcibly, of course) re-assimilated their countless branching sects and began trying to take over each other by the end of the 23rd century. Incidentally, the big 5 had also all been merged against their will and intent by fanatic followers (and atheists, and random assholes) taking advantage of the ease with which misinformation is spread and the growing disinterest in human history. The result is that the 'faithful' currently believe in a single religion varied just enough to accommodate the majority. This would normally lead to confusion as people refer to the deity(ies) in whatever form they wish and other religious people translate it to mean the one they worship. Kind of like how people learning new languages translate the new one into their first one, gross errors included. Ironically, the new global religion is not actually corrupt (at least, no more so than Real Life ones). However, akin to Dragon Age, faith in the religion itself provides no direct power.
Magic has been rediscovered. Amusingly enough, this is going to be harder to explain than the state of religion. 7WW's magic exists in three forms: psychic and elemental. Everybody has one of each. Please keep *everybody* and *one of each* in mind. There is no deviation regarding the presence of these magics, only the extent to which they apply.
Elements: Fire Water (with a higher tendency toward one form than others) Air Earth Electromagnetism Void (as typical, primarily manifests as gravity) Life (includes but not limited to Lovecraftian Super Powers and, of course, healing.) Chaos (awesomely destructive, nearly impossible to control, responsible for as many accidental suicides on the user's part as stupidity and/or carelessness)
In cases where more than one element applies (such as mud or lava), users of both elements can manipulate it, but neither can generate it directly.
Psychic Powers include (and are limited to)
Telepathy/Telekinesis: Power of (and over) the mind. Allows for highly refined control and utility. Weakened by loss of concentration.
Empathy/Empakineses: Power of (and over) the heart. Not limited to nice, stupid, and/or unimaginative people. Weakened by loss of motivation.
Note that no power is by default greater than the others, however some combinations of elemental and psychic powers have a greater tendency to synergize than others. These combinations appear more frequently in the population than their counterparts. Fire, Steam, Air, EM, and Life tend to synergize better with Empathy. Ice, Earth, and Void tend to synergize better with Telepathy. Liquid Water is kind of iffy since it depends on its owner's personality. Chaos, obviously, does not synergize, and lest anyone believe otherwise, it is hardly the only power that can harm its owner. Just the one most likely to.
Weapons are (within reason) evenly distributed among combat characters. A signature weapon entirely unique to each is generated by a combination of its owner's magic in solid form, even if the element variant (such as steam or lightning) is not normally solid. Please note that signature weapons are protected by odd grips of reality, such as that solid steam is not ice, and is in fact still well above the boiling point of water for anyone not given permission to touch the weapon by its owner.
In any case, the weapons can be any shape, but their natural form is based on their owner's preferences, and their shape change requires a moment of concentration on the new shape. Disruption of said concentration during the shift will cause the transformation to stop exactly where it's at and remain that way until deliberately changed. Outside of a fight, or when un-summoned or broken, a weapon will resume its default shape.
Ahem, now that that's out of the way, here are the traffic signs: the previously-unmentioned (cut me some slack, there's been a lot to mention) Unifying War is the setting. The North Hemisphere Empire (previously about three-quarters of the UN) is trying to turn the world into a single nation the old-fashioned way. The chosen name is actually incorrect, since half their enemies are located in the Northern Hemisphere, but that's irrelevant. What's relevant is that every country has made attempts at raising their own super soldiers.
So your character can be from any existing country, however their loyalties are not necessarily bound to that country's side. Can't imagine the hometown being thrilled about a defection, though.
The problem I have with the setting is location. I've been to a lot of places, but my memory's not that great. Also the battles tend to roam the planet -and cut swathes through the landscape. But I don't know where to start. Anyway sample character time. (In case you were wondering, this character was the first of mine to bear this name.)
Name: Dairo Leon Age: 24 H/W: 5'11" (180 cm)/ 190 lbs (86.4 kg) Hair/Eyes: Black/Gunmetal Blue Gender: Male Favorite Colors: Black and Silver. Favorite Food: Chocolate, but he's acquiring a taste for Shaved Ice of Dawn. Genegineering Type: Blender. Not the most elegant means of purchasing jeans.... but they did manage to stitch dozens of strands of coded proteinds in such a way that my body just started sewing itslef back together. Allegiance: Imperial- Ranked Major, still dodging assignments of command despite numerous threats against his career for doing so.
Given the powerful and just barely disciplined nature of their soldiers (one wonders why there isn't a mass of infighting) and the insurgent nature of their opponents (Ragtag Heroes or Motley Terrorists?), the NHE has pretty much given up trying to assign a specific uniform. They basically issue out a policy of 'practical, professional attire' then cross their fingers and close their eyes.
Military and militaristic officials all possess a 'smart-cloth' cloak that functions in a manner similar to Spawn's, although effective manipulation of this ultimate multi-purpose tool requires attention. Also, being as it is the primary identifier of a military target, anyone possessing one is qualified as a combatant.
Element: Void- Of the Gravity variant, and is just as adept at wormhole manipulation as sheer crushing force. Which is to say very much so. He has a penchant for using the wormholes to wield vehicles he is not currently operating as weapons.
Psyche: Empathic- Remember Heart Is An Awesome Power? He exemplifies it. Although his kinesis is pretty much limited to pushing and pulling (good kinetics can be as diverse as there tele- counterparts), his personnel influence is crippling. His preferred method is to cause an opponents' self-esteem and will to fight to drain over the course of a fight, usually in such a way as to minimize the chances of them noticing that he's causing said drain. Please note that this a matter of brutal pragmatism, rather than sadism.
Weapons: Magic- Nightblade. In three primary forms: jian, katana, and zweihander. The blades are pitch black and littered with stars, and the zweihander even has a phasing moon. His original style consisted of using the three swords at once like the Devil Sticks game, but he gave the third as an engagement gift. Issued- Commander's .45 cal rail pistol, as well as a Clint Eastwood style magnum.
The last was intended to be decorative but he modified it to be functional, for the sole reason that in a war where very little of the sound came from firearms, he wanted to scare the shit out of people with it. Incidentally, he only uses it on opponents who have lost and refuse to surrender, partly because few combatants are slower than standard bullets and partly because the distinct sound it makes emphasizes the finality and inevitability of defeat by the Empire.
Weaknesses: Laziness and poor pain management. Like all empaths that survive to adulthood, he's learned how to shut out pretty much any external emotion and/or sensation not directly pertaining to himself. However, he still feels the pain of every wound he inflicts, and consequently tries to end every conflict instantly, or drag it out until his opponent gets exhausted and gives up. Due to his own personal distaste for violence, he is weakest when alone as there is no one else whose motivation he can augment and feed off of.
_______________
So yeah like that, more or less. Also, two last road signs before you get started, and these are of dire importance.
"BEWARE THE FLIES!"
These are in fact tiny remote-controlled aircraft with high-resolution cameras attached. They completely disregard any variation of personal privacy, related laws, and the consent of their targets. They are used by everyone from major news mediums to forum trolls in order to capture the 'perfect candid' holos of combatants and exploit these images for their own gain. Destroying on sight is not required, though it is highly recommended. Their presence might be deemed somewhat less offensive if *any* of them proved to have been used for the purposes of their environment, as opposed to say war scenes being used for yuppie gambling or spank material.
"NEITHER SIDE IS EVIL"
The Empire's military consists of a force of Well-Intentioned Extremists bent on making 'One World, One Way or Another'. The Emperor is of the benevolent dictator variety, and so far it looks like the participant nations of the NHE are improving overall under his rule, though many also chafe at the loss of 'freedom' and 'identity'. These two terms are referred to a national level, and if they sincerely carried the notion to a personal level, it'd be a surprise.
The Believer's International Proactive Defense force has something of a disadvantage in terms of resources, but given that their greatest contributors are what remains of the Big 5, then it's entirely possible that the bosses honestly believe in the possibility of their respective deities to act on their behalf. For the part of the atheists, this is an interesting phenomenon to observe. After all, what better way to a prove a god exists than to drag it out of blissful paradise and down here the company of its creations. And if said god did exist, then man, wouldn't they be so irate at us for putting them through a thresher like that.
Incidentally, Ambien makes you wonder why you're not sleeping right now. Oh yes, please feel free to introduce your character
