Suddenly, a portal appeared and dropped a rather curvy, red-blonde girl by members of the Science Team. She straightened out her glasses before standing up and dusting her long skirt off. "Okay... Of all the things I was expecting that machine to do, THAT wasn't it. Now, where am I..."
She noticed the group of people she was now in the company of. "Oh! Sorry for dropping in like that. My name's Agatha... uh... please don't kill me?"
bluhbluh huh?Magic? That... interesting idea.
Ro sighed inwardly. He would not describe himself as particularly intelligent, but it was plain to see that his companions consisted of idiots, lunatics, or simply people too wrapped up in their own world to be of any help. He suspected that for the first time in his short life he was the most rational being in the room, a prospect which terrified him.
Perhaps this new person would change that. He addressed Agatha:
If you like rest of us, we brought here by red-line man to help find lost superweapon called Sifuri. Confusing stuff.
Agatha regarded the first man to greet her. She was suddenly reminded of the Baron for some reason. It might have been the looks, or the attitude. She'd have to roll with it, however. "If I was stupid I doubt I'd still be alive."
She then realized that they hadn't really overreacted to a portal opening and a young lady falling out. "Do you... often have people drop in like this? You seem awfully calm."
bluhbluh huh? What does he mean "more intelligent than the rest"? Shiho sent a piercing glare at Sherlock for that remark. She knew right away that he was going to be a problem. And the best way for dealing with problems was to make them disappear. All she had to do was wait for a chance for an accidental misfire. Heehee, a creepy shadow appeared on the girl's face as she thought these dark things.
Sherlock noticed the slight differences in her speech when talking about the effect, but he spoke differently when he talked of murders, so he found it to be a mark of greatness. Still, even idiots can get obssesed... Sherlock responds to her question after a short moment, "A person, or at least I assume Mibli is a person..."
Agatha couldn't very well argue with that. "It does get hard to tell sometimes. This "Mibli"... how does he/she/it do that? Have you seen a machine or something? If I could reproduce that portal effect, I could do so many things with it... oh yes, so many things..."
She cleared her throat to get her mind back on track yet again. So easily distracted by science! Or was it that she had a hard time being distracted by non-science? "Oh, right, is there a reason for kidnapping us or is this Mibli just a mad social scientist?"
bluhbluh huh?Hmmm.. She seems interesting. A bit mad, but interesting. Sherlock nods slightly, "Well, none of us have actually seen him do it... And, yes, he does have a reason for bringing us here. We're supposed to be retrieving a weapon called Sifuri for him, but the problem is he doesn't know where it is, and the pieces of the device that can find it." Sherlock begins to smile slightly, "Another complication is that there is another group searching for Sifuri, and we cannot allow them to get it! Its rather wonderful, actually! Quite the challenge!"
Koragg entered another part of the forest where he was confirming his decision. He looked at his rusty sword. It has been long since it was shiny and purple. He then looked at his shield, ever again opening up to fire off a few Wolf Attacks. " They are right. I am now a rusty piece of trash... If the Master saw me now... he would cast me aside and call me worthless. That's what I am now... worthless..." Koragg said as he pointed his sword towards his chest.
" I will end this now."
Sheik stood wordlessly outside the red portal for a moment, pondering Bouken Silver's words. The rest had already left, leaving him the only one standing in the ruins of the ship. Finally, he muttered something to himself, making his feelings on the matter clear.
"...Yes, Eiji. It does have to be this way. For in the fight for the preservation of worlds... personal feelings must be put aside. No matter what they are."
He turned, and made as if to walk into the blue portal - then a single image flashed before his mind. An old, decrepit figure in purple armour with a rusty sword pointed at his chest.
Koragg. No.
He ran into the circle of light, with every motion of haste.
Sheik landed on the green ground of the familiar forest - and then froze, remaining stock-still, his mind probing the area around him for the purple-armoured Ranger's distinctive train of thought.
There. Wordlessly, he straightened up - then immediately dashed off in a certain direction, moving in a blur of haste, leaving the rest of the party with no explanation as to why he had suddenly run off without a word. There was no time for that.
Soon, Koragg would hear a rustle - then the jumpsuited Sheikah jumped through the trees, landing on the ground. "Koragg! What are you doing? Stop this madness!" His red eyes were firm and commanding, and his voice was stern, aiming to dissuade the Knight Wolf from his guilt-induced insanity through force of will.

Koragg was about to impale himself when Shiek interfered. He then looked at him. " What am I doing? I'm doing everyone a favor. I am old and weak... I am no longer the warrior I was before. I am now just an old rusty pile of scrap who was taken from his master. There is nothing for me now..." Koragg said.
Sheik simply looked at the Knight Wolf for a moment, his crimson eyes seeming to probe deep into the fighter's soul - then they softened, sympathy and understanding beginning to show in their depths. He understood now. Koragg was a warrior. One who lived for the joy of battle, who rejoiced in the strength of his sword. If anything could shatter his belief in himself, it was being changed into an old, decrepit man like he had been.
How long had it been since a certain Princess had become similarly overconfident in her knowledge of the future, and in her ensuing actions had shattered everything she had lived for?
Far too brief a time. He still had the scars to prove it. Sheik sighed and walked over, placing a gentle hand on Koragg's shoulder while using the other to remove the sword from his limp grasp and cast it to the ground. His next words were soft and soothing.
"Do not despair, Koragg. There will be some way to remove the curse. After all, Moja cannot have his pawns incapable of fighting forever. So look to the future, and have hope. Do not end your life, and in doing so end your chance of ever escaping the fate that is laid out for you."
"And remember that there is always hope."
He stepped back, and his hands began flying across the strings of his lyre. The song that rang out was filled with a beautiful wistfulness, the simple melody holding a power to calm the mind and bring insight into the depths of one's very soul. It would seem to Koragg himself that he was in a sparkling chamber of ice, the light gleaming and reflecting in a wondrous fashion off the icicles hanging from the roof as the peaceful melody filled the room, weaving its introspective thread throughout the depths of his subconscious. Interestingly enough, it seemed that the player himself was enthralled by the music he was weaving, as if he was caught in the memory of a different time, where one now lost forever had walked with him and he had been content.
Then, after what might seem like an eternity to the musing listener, the Sheikah put his hands on the strings with a sigh, and both the music and the vision faded away. He looked up, waiting wordlessly for a response. He needed no words. The music was enough.

Agatha again pondered the information. "So we're hunting for lost technology..." She looked again at the people assembled before her. High-tech Clanks, very unusual Constructs, and people who could pass for human but were dressed in outlandish clothing. That, and someone who could almost pass as a Jagermonster general. "If I've been kidnapped through space... do you think the portal can act as passage through time, as well?"
Unbeknownst to Agatha, time/space portal tech would be something she had already encountered and would discover in the future. She would come to learn to dislike temporal mechanics.
bluhbluh huh?"She's smart. Smarter than the rest. Probably still not as smart as me, but she comes close. Is what he thinks," Shiho said out loud, having snuck up to Sherlock and touched his back, "Honestly, judging my intelligence before even speaking to me, I expected more from the supposedly great Sherlock Holmes."
