Since today everyone seems to be making a " did you like this show thread" I was wondering, what did people think of Atomic Betty? Who's your favorite character ( Paloma for the win!) Favorite Episode ( Takes one to Know One)

I didn't really watch this show, but I liked the visual style of it. From the bits I've seen, it seemed like one of the better shows out of Canada. (Hear that, Kid Vs Kat and Almost Naked Animals?!)

[up][up] I don't like it. I'm sorry. I found Captain Flamingo, a show created by the same regime as Atomic Betty to be better overall, however.

I could drone on about why... But I don't want this to degenrate into a bash-n-thrash thread...

[up] Both are good and under-appreciated, IMO.

I don't remember much beyond the main characters, the way Betty's ship and house looked, and the theme song (which I actually have on my iPod, 'cuz it's awesome), but I do remember liking it. And looking back, is it just me or would Betty's character design (when in her Atomic Betty mode [?]) fit really well in The Jetsons?

I kind of seeing, but not really.

It'd have worked better as an out and out space comedy, I think. The attempts of action adventure and tween 'drama', for lack of a better term, didn't convince me.

The fact I watched it at the same time as the much superior Buzz Lightyear Of Star Command didn't help.

[up]x6 I disagree with your statement about Kid vs. Kat being compared with Almost Naked Animals, the show isn't a bad after all, many fans liked that show.

I watched it sometimes but never really formed an opinion of it.

[up]Right, speaking of Atomic Betty, let's hope that Atomic Cartoons will release the Complete Series DVD of the show this year.

[up]x9 Acutally, that show was created by Heroic TV (a different studio) not Atomic Cartoons.

Dude, the people you're replying to probably don't even use this site anymore, those posts are five years old.

Also don't use that many arrows—that's really bad form and just looks hella messy. Just do something like [up]x78 or @<username or post number> or something like that.

I remember watching this show on Cartoon Network when I was eight. I thought it was okay. Still do today.

I never really got into this show, but then again I barely remember it coming on. Does it have a sizable fanbase?

Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?

Well, I liked it. :)

At that time I wasn't so internet savvy so I'm not sure how many more people did—if there's enough interest to warrant a box with all the episodes...

I know this thread is old but I recently re-discovered this show after only seeing bits and pieces of it as a kid.

I like it, and the theme song is extremely catchy. My favorite character is probably Sparky (and his voice reminds me of Booker from Garfield and Friends even though it isn't the same voice actor)
