That Simon mention cuts deep when realizing Dev shares the same VA as him and co-showrunner Lindsay Katai working on Infinity Train.
While it's nice to see Vicky returning (and having Grey DeLisle voicing her again), I can't figure out why Dale hired her as an entertainer for Dev's party. She's the one that kept him locked up for 7 years, does Dale have partial amnesia of that event or something, or does he see Vicky as Easily Forgiven?
Would've been nice if his son Dev discovers that Vicky kidnapped his father many years ago and gets his revenge on her. Maybe then, Dale would undergo a Heel–Face Turn. Or are they saving that for a later episode? (assuming the show gets a second season)

Dev does mention when Vicky arrives that Dale probably just picked something based on an algorithm based on what kids like (and it ended up picking up "princesses"), and thus probably wasn't even aware that it was Vicky in the first place because of how checked out he is.
"Hey, least I didn't lose all my artistic talent when I crash landed in the arena here."Disclaimer that Nickelodeon is airing the episodes Out of Order. Dev wished Peri away in yesterday's episode, but in today's episode, he still has Peri. Peri temporarily quits, allowing Irep to become Dev's fairy via a loophole. And since Peri is gone now, Irep will most definitely come back
Sinners are TRASH / And they are A**HOLES
I wonder if Foop/Irep's parents, Anti-Cosmo and Anti-Wanda (or maybe they'll be called Omsoc and Adnaw now), will make a return? We haven't seen the two in over a decade and a half.
And going back to Vicky, I wonder how her family's doing in A New Wish? Maybe they're living peacefully in Dimmsdale without her. Given how she's treated her parents and her sister Tootie, I wouldn't be surprised if they decided to disown Vicky.

It would be pretty surprising if Tootie didn't have her happily ever after with Timmy, raising Tammy and Tommy. (This is potentially motivated by that fact that I have personally seen a whole lot of support for Veronica/possible trans guy Trixie in my own social medias, drowning out the rival ship. As someone who has been Timmy/Tootie since I was a wee little one, I recognize that the algorithms might have kept me from knowing that almost everyone love Timmy/Trixie and ignored all content besides that one episode where he crossdresses. But I know that's not the case in truth.)
(But let's also be real, introducing the kid of Trix/Vero would be a power move to style on Hartman, and I hope that they do it just for that.)
(And also Sanjay and any guy of his choice.)
(Fuck Butch Hartman.)

Does anyone actually read these?
Thing is, that episode had the fairy godparents come back to their previous godchild after Vicky was tricked into saying "I'm happy and I don't need fairy godparents anymore". As far as I know, there was no recorded case of kids purposefully wishing they didn't have fairies anymore (ones that didn't grow up or aren't happy with them, anyway).
If A New Wish brings back Trixie Tang, I'd imagine she'd have a new voice actor. Maybe they could bring in Charlet Chung or Jessie Flower to voice Trixie in A New Wish. Either way, it would make for a good case of Full Circle Portraying.
